I have used this company twice now (thank you ice storms of 2015 and 2021) and both times the company has been very quick to send out the mitigation team. They literally have saved my house (2x). Once the mitigation process is complete they are great to work with as far as scheduling and approving repairs. Each member of the team has been courteous, on time and reliable. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend 5 Star Restoration. May 3, 2020, a storm passed through. A tree feel on my carport and back porch. Very scary time for me. I contacted 5 Star that same night. Mr. Huckaby was first concerned if I was okay. The company came the very next day and took very good care of my home. Professional, efficient, and they left my home making me feel much relieved. The restoration experience we had with 5 Star Restoration is the absolute best we’ve ever had with a contractor. They were thorough, paying attention to every detail. They were thoughtful, always attentive to our needs during the demolition and restoration. The PM was communicative and easy to reach. He always responded in a timely manner. And, they completed every phase of the job on time as scheduled. We recommend 5 Star for restoration needs.

A water leak in our home resulted in significant damage to floors and walls on the first floor and basement. Through our insurance company we selected 5 Star and are glad we did, because they were very responsive and treated us with respect and our home as if were their own. Mark was exceptional as the project manager; he managed the process and kept us posted along the way so we knew what was to happen and when. He also followed up with us regularly and took the time to explain things to us whenever we had a question. The subcontractors 5 Star used were also very competent and were good to work with as well. Importantly, each person who came into our home cleaned up after themselves after they finished their work, which was terrific. All things considered, this company, and more importantly the personnel there, are both professional and personable. They worked with us. The entire process took about 12 weeks; we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We will also contact them in the future should we have any restoration or renovation needs.

I worked with 5 Star as a reference from my insurance company from a water leak that messed up the wood floors downstairs in my house. The team from 5 Star was punctual, polite and professional. Mark, the project manager I worked with, made communication easy and kept me posted with the timeline of events. The entire process was much easier than I expected it would be and my floors look great.

Mr. Lance Sanchez came on the scene and made my mother feel very comfortable during a really difficult time. At 88 years old, things can upset her so my sister and I were certainly concerned with how she would deal with construction going on in her home. Lance was not only professional but extremely courteous and showed a level of customer service that, quiet honestly, seems to be lost in our society today. He always contacted one of us to bring us up to date on the process and if there was a delay he didn’t make excuses. He was very honest and forthcoming. Because of Lance, it will be a pleasure to recommend 5 Star Restoration any time the need arises to any of our friends. Mark Whitten and his crew have now dried out my condo, replaced my flooring, and made repairs TWICE in the last six months due first to a broken ice maker water line from one neighbor, and then a busted water heater from the neighbor on the other side.I couldnt have had a more responsive, expedient, and comprehensive company to handle my restoration than 5Star. I have nothing but positives to say about their work. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Hands down best people i have worked with they helped me fix my leaky ceiling quick fast and in a hurry! wonderful people to work with I called them and spoke with TJ about this issue and was worried i would have to replace more then i would be able to afford and they worked with me the whole time. 5 Star Restoration is highly recommended. We just completed a major water damage project which required repair and replacement of carpet, hardwoods, drywall, structure beams under the house, painting, you name it. Every crew brought in did excellent work In addition to being friendly and professional. T. J. Golden did the initial assessment and estimate and was always accessible, congenial, and empathetic with this very stressful situation as was the Project Manager, Mark Whitten. This customer is very satisfied.

My 82 year old dad had a toilet leak in his bathroom and they came in and fixed everything and remodeled it into a brand new bathroom. They treated him so well and their work was 5 star for sure!! Would highly recommend them to tackle anything.
