I’ve had Eco Chic Maid cleaning service for almost a year. They are dependable, trustworthy, and the prices are fair. I appreciate they are willing to provide a monthly cleaning service, rather than require a greater frequency, as this helps extend my weekly cleaning and takes care of the spots I don’t often get to (for example dusting fans and blinds). I feel safe and comfortable with them in my home, and I’d recommend their cleaning service to anyone within a driving distance of Columbia.

This company is amazing! They were able to do same day service and for the price... you can’t beat the phenomenal work that was done on my apartment. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone who ask! Great job!

I’ve never been more impressed with the level of customer service over the phone. The woman I spoke to clarified everything to a T and helped me understand the process, since we have never used a cleaning service before. I had called other companies trying to find the best, but this company was an easy choice!

I have tried a few cleaning services and am only providing feedback for EcoChic Maids, because they are outstanding. I clean and tidy rooms in my house daily because I live with another adult, two busy toddlers, and a cat. Typically, my daily efforts are determined by my tiny tornadoes. Before I engaged EcoChic Maids, I hired two services near my home. I gave each a tour and asked for specific areas to be addressed. Rather than help, they overstaffed the appointment (extra cost), cleaned according to their checklist (rather than my request), and asked for more time to do what I had originally requested. A friend suggested EcoChic Maids. I received the exact assistance I sought for the exact time and price requested. Booking the appointment was easy, the communication was clear, the staff were courteous, and the cleaning was perfect. I was left stress-free with a sparkling clean house.

Completely wasted my time. Paige is the most unprofessional person i have ever encountered. at 2:34pm I called inquiring where she was for a 2:30pm appointment. was told she was going to call me back. Then she informed at 2:44pm that she could not make the appointment because their bogus system was down. Do not use this company. We are under time restraints and this woman and company have completely wasted my time.

We had a shifting move-out date and EcoChic Maids were accommodating and kind. They were even able to clean our apartment on Mothers Day! I am so glad we went with this company!
