Royal Treatment is an fantastic company! They are polite, professional and extremely easy to work with. They were able to accommodate my schedule and went out of their way to do so. The carpet looks spectacular - brand new and smells great! I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are top notch! I was referred to Royal Treatment by a neighbor through the Nextdoor app and I couldn’t be happier! Austin was very professional and super nice on the phone. They arrived on time and were very thorough. Mind you, I’m super picky and a major clean freak. I had a white area rug, white sofa, and stairs cleaned. Royal Treatment cleaned some carpet and rugs at my home. They did an incredible job as the carpets and rugs were night and day cleaner. They were professional and punctual throughout the process and I would highly recommend them.

Royal Treatment was called to come out after we discovered a water leak in our kitchen. The crew arrived and found the leak and had the water shut off extremely quickly. They had professional equipment that they setup and were very educated about drying up the water that was in our floors and under the house. They had us back to pre loss condition by the next week and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted this company on 12/27/18 to schedule an appointment for the carpet to be cleaned in my home. The appointment was scheduled for January 7, 2019 @ 10:30 a.m. On the day of the appointment, I followed-up by telephone when no one arrived by 10:40 a.m. and I had not been previously contacted regarding a late arrival. I was advised that an incorrect telephone number had been entered in the system so the technician was unable to contact me and as a result, he/she proceeded to the next job. The receptionist was very apologetic and took responsibility for this error. I was offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience but my carpet wouldn’t be cleaned until the following week. This was a huge inconvenience because I was scheduled to return to work the following week and the furniture in my home had already been moved in preparation for the carpet to be cleaned. I declined the offer and advised I would contact another company to see if I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Thank goodness for G & S Janitorial Services, as they were able to clean my carpet the same day (at a less expensive cost too). The experience with Royal Treatment was very unfortunate, especially since I had chosen this company based on the excellent reviews.
