This is my second time using FloorPro and I’m always impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Shamond. He was so friendly and easy to talk with. He was also patient and kind to my kids. We will definitely use FloorPro again in the future.

I used Floor Pro a couple of weeks ago for cleaning carpets and furniture, and I am very pleased! They provided quotes on FB Messenger, were excellent at communicating (including sending the names & pics of the technicians who were coming and a text with ETA), were very professional, were reasonably priced and stuck to their quote, and did great work. Lawrence and Nelson was very professional and courteous, walked through with me explained everything they were going to do as well as other lotions open to me. Floor Pros was contracted to refinish our hardwood floors. The floors are heart pine and are almost 110 years years old. Floor Pros professionals did a fantastic job and made our floors look as if just installed. The work was done on time and exactley as promised. I recommend this company without the slightest hesitation.
