Very responsive throughout the process between setting the appointment and finishing the service. I had a foam mattress with pet stains and odor on it and they completely restored it! They breathed new life into an old area rug thats been in my family since I was a kid and refreshed my favorite couch of all time. Brett came in and saw that I was alone with 2 kids and immediately upped the price, saying my carpets were terrible, and charged over twice the amount of the promotion he was running on his website. Apparently they were so horrible he decided to use my own broom and vacuum and then had the audacity to recommend me to get a different brand vacuum despite it being good enough for him to use. Did not remove any stains from the carpet, including the water soluble paint that my kid had spilled the day prior, which I then removed myself after he left, pretty easily.

Hi, We had moved in and when the a/c was replaced there was a mishap and we had a small flood (cleaned up right away); however the carpets were still wet. We saw Desert Steam offered a flood service and we hired them to get the water out and also sanitize. Brett (owner) and Mike came out and did a great job, they go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Mom was worried because the carpet was soaked and Brett came back out to inspect and sure enough a few hours later it was 90% dry (100% dry a bit later). These guys are incredible... a nice house with 5 college guys living in it for 3 years (carpets rarely cleaned or vacuumed) and they come in and it looks and smells like brand new carpet. Just purchased a house who’s previous owners owned a pair of cats and we were able to tell by the smell as you walked upstairs (ew). Called Desert Steam and reached the owner who scheduled a full service clean for the 3 bedrooms and main floor to hopefully rid the place of the noticeable feline scent. The gentlemen were very friendly and covered the whole house in a little less than an hour. Now we have no more cat smell and the carpets look great! Called on Christmas day and left a message. I knew they were closed but I wanted to get a call back after Christmas so I could get my carpets cleaned ASAP since the kids were out of town...they called back on Christmas day!!! We scheduled for that Friday...they were in and out in 20 minutes and my carpet was dry the next day! They were also $60 cheaper than what Stanley Steamer wanted to charge me!
