They were prompt. On time. Went to work immediately. Professional. Did great work. Carpet looks considerably better. There are still a couple of high traffic areas that show wear. But that is expect with carpet that is 24 years old. Wish we had had them come clean our carpet years sooner.

I had a great experience with Columbia Carpet Cleaning. I lived in my small home with 3 animals (2 large dogs and a cat) for a year before we decide to rent out the space. Obviously the carpets were victims to the fur babies. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace the carpet, but I decided to try the carpet cleaning service first because it was a much cheaper option. I work an 8-5 job so I wan concerned I was going to have to take time off or use my lunch hour, but they were able to come and do amazing work without me being there. They were professional, quick, and made the carpet look AND SMELL like new.I will definitely be using them again.

I had a burn in my carpet in a front room about 3 inches in diameter. I called to schedule a repair. They were professional and efficient from initial phone call to the end of the repair. I appreciate them working with my schedule. I cannot even tell exactly where the burn used to be because it blends in so well. I highly recommend Columbia Carpet.

I just had a whole-house carpet cleaning job for a very reasonable price. I was able to schedule quickly, they arrived promptly, and did their usual outstanding job. They also cleaned one piece of upholstered furniture, and were honest about why they couldnt safely clean the other two pieces, which I appreciate. I have used this company for years, and would not call anyone else.

I made an appointment on the website. 30 mins before the appointment they called and told me there was a minimum charge so even though I was only charged 65 for the carpet I still had to pay 95 no matter what. They wouldnt compromise and let me pay for something to make up for that. Okay whatever. But then when they got to my house they said you should just get new carpet this isnt going to do much. I still had them clean it and it looks so much better so Im not sure why they said that. I feel as though they didnt want to make the drive to Fulton in the first place and when they got here they didnt feel like cleaning at all. It was frustrating to want to pay for a service and have them tell you they dont think it will make a difference when they are constantly advertising carpet (that looks way worse than mine) coming clean while steaming it. I am only giving the 3 stars because of how well it cleaned up, but as for everything else it was a huge hassle. I will go to someone else next time just to avoid it.

I had a wonderful experience with Keith Anderson and his team at Columbia Carpet. I had a pipe that froze over the winter and flooded part of my house. Columbia Carpet responded VERY quickly and did an excellent job of being very thorough in removing the water and drying everything out to prevent mold growth. The repair work they did was wonderful and they left my house looking new again! I would highly recommend using Columbia Carpet!

Keith and staff did a terrific job of getting our lower level back together after a water episode. The fact that they are a local company and do it all, carpet removal, dry wall removal and replacement and even bring the carpet samples to you, made it so easy for me. He went beyond the call to assist in finding the water leaking source, made good recommendations and even got sandbags to slow the water spread. A great company and crew to have on your side.

I am a Realtor in Columbia and recently used Keith for replacing the carpet in one of my clients homes. the clients were out of town so they entrusted me to organize the choice and installation of the carpet. I was out showing houses to other clients (all over town) and was not able to meet Keith at his shop to pick out the carpet so he ended up meeting me at one of the houses I was showing with carpet samples and I was able to get it all figured out with a bare minimum of time spent on it! If that isnt excellent service, I dont know what is! Keith and all of his guys do great work and you can trust them to make it as easy on you as they can too!

Eric saved my house and my wifes sanity. It was pretty late in the evening when our doggie had a little... well, actually BIG accident. We tried to clean it up and really just made it worse. Eric was there within an hour and the carpets look like nothing happened. This isnt my only positive experience with them either. A huge thank you to Columbia Carpet cleaning who took care of a red kool-aid stain on my carpet that I was SURE was impossible to get clean. Within 20 min, the stain was completely gone! The guys were incredibly friendly, quick, and professional.
