I was very pleased with the work completed. I had EXCESSIVE dog hair from my 65 lb shepherd mix that always rides in my car and these guys did an amazing job removing all the hair. The car smelled great and looked even better. They performed quality, quick, and professional work. I will definitely use them again. 10/10 friendly professional customer service.

Please consider going somewhere else. I feel immense regret going to Automotive Perfection. I overpaid for what I ultimately received. Despite what the other reviews state, this is not a detailing service. Though I paid $236, I only received a deep vacuum and wiping down of consoles, not a shampoo of my carpets or precision cleaning. Their menu of options is confusing, you cannot receive both headliner cleaning and shampoo of carpets. Though the customer service is great (friendly) the cost doesnt match the quality. Even after paying $215, I still had to pay more for the exterior to be washed (of course Id have to pay even more for wax). Please do your research! There are other local companies who truly do offer total packages for the same price I paid (plus they offer educator and military discounts). I thought because I was paying more I was getting more. I wasnt. PLEASE dont make the same mistake.Photos: The parking break crevice is still dirty, as is the air conditioning vent. A spot on the headliner isnt clean and the fabric is now fuzzy.

My car hasnt been detailed since I purchased it 5 years ago. The leather was dirty and carpet needed cleaning. After I saw my Baby I had the biggest smile on my face. She looked JUST like I had bought her off the lot. Perfection! Id also like to add they cleaned my SUV after my son spilled a cup of slushie on the carpet. It was the same great service. Im a lifelong customer now! Next Im getting my windows tinted and headlights restored.

These guys were awesome--professional, efficient, and the finished product was outstanding. There is a great indoor seating area with a TV where you can wait for your car to be finished. I had a LOT of dog hair in my car, and it only took them about 40 minutes to get all of it out (trust me, this was impressive). I highly recommend their services, and I will definitely be back.

This past time I brought in a Jeep Grand Cherokee to Automotive Perfection that I’ve been building houses out of and hasn’t had the interior cleaned in years (as bad as that sounds). KC does an amazing job, I was amazed even more that he is interested in doing whats right for you and your car, not whats going to get him the biggest payday. He worked carefully with me to make sure I understood the benefits and drawbacks of different protective treatments for my vehicle and helped me select the best treatment. He came in below budget and ahead of schedule. The car still looks amazing. Dirt doesnt stick and he taught me the right way to maintain the coating to keep it lasting a long time. Ill definitely be coming back.

I’ve had KC do interior cleaning of my cars 4 times, most recently 2 last Friday. He and the crew did a phenomenal job every time:1- rear door seal leaked and soaked the inside of my Civic, leaving a horrible odor. He did a upholstery/floor deep clean and took care of it 100%. Also polished up the dash while waiting for me to return!2- minor stains in the upholstery of a Prius, he did an interior detail and left it sparkling3- bought a Santa Fe that mustve carried kids in the back- lots of small spots and stains, and generally a dirty car. I asked for the carpet/upholstery deep clean and again came back to a car that looked WAY better than I expected. Again they wiped down the dash for me which was above & beyond!4- did the interior detail of the Prius, which has surprisingly cheap upholstery in the 2014 model. It spots terribly when water drips on it. KC did an awesome job getting every spot out & detailed the back cargo space where a plant got knocked over. It looks good as new! I noticed after we left they even wiped down the exterior and left the tires shining too!We won’t trust our detailing to anyone else! Highly recommend!!

They did a very thorough job of detailing the car. There were many scratches and discolored areas due to tree sap and touch up paint that had been applied incorrectly. It is practically gone now. Great work!

My car was in government storage while overseas for 4 years. The interior was awful and had a foul odor when I returned. I took it to Automotive perfection today and it’s like a new car! I HIGHLY recommend this company! I called late in the day right before Thanksgiving and KC was at my house in an hour. He shampooed my cloth seats and made them look brand new. He overhauled the entire car in a meticulous way. KC and his coworker were incredibly efficient and effective in making my car presentable to trade in at a dealer. I went there with a really, really dirty minivan. I was able to get a package that REALLY cleaned the seats and carpets (which, as you can expect with a minivan, was needed because we have three kids with another on the way) included in the detail service, for a reasonable price. An employee used my wife’s credit card that they found in the vehicle. They were so dumb they paid a cellphone bill. Basically asking to be caught. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Needless to say I doubt I’ll be back...As far as the service I’ll give them a 7/10. I noticed streaks in my windshield as I drove away. Also, the interior was still wet and could’ve been wiped down again.If y’all tried to reach me y’all didn’t try that hard. I will continue to leave negative reviews via word of mouth and any other way. You have done nothing to right this wrong, so to have the audacity to ask me to stop is a joke. Let’s just be glad this isn’t 20 years ago.

Very prompt in getting me scheduled and responding to any questions that I had. The staff was very professional, and since I didn’t have a ride, I was able to stay in the waiting area and work thanks to the WiFi. But at the end of the day, you also pay for the detailing, and honestly I expected more for $250 (before tax and tip which brought it close to $300). Now, to be fair, my car was dirty and it looks A LOT better. However, there were streaks on some of the chrome colored parts and windows, and they flat out missed some areas vacuuming. I ended up buffing my windows and taking some protectant to the tailgate area when I got home.

I bought a Groupon to have a full detail for my car prior to trying to sell it. I received a prompt response in making the appointment, and I was able to schedule the detailing for a time that was convenient for me. I added extra services once KC got to my house. He did a very thorough and excellent job, and gave me a really good deal on the extra services. I would definitely recommend Auto Pro for your detailing needs! I wish I had done this before deciding to sell my car!

Great place to get your car detailed

I just repossessed a vehicle from my second son after he stopped making his agreed upon payments (long story, irrelevant). What is relevant is that he left the interior of the vehicle in a shambles. Filthy, smoky-smelling, down into all of the little corners and crevices of the car. I intend to use the vehicle myself and needed to get it restored to a more civilized state.I found AutoPro online and was very impressed with their list of services and the fact that they offer them in a mobile context. I called at 10:00 on a Saturday morning, and KC (or Casey, I forgot to ask) and a young apprentice/minion/son showed up around 11:00 or so. I moved the car out into the driveway and they got to work. I was very hopeful that they might minimize the smoke smell and get a fair bit of the gunk out.What I got was, in my opinion, a miracle. After these two were done with the inside of my car, youd swear the thing was brand new. Absolutely zero smoke smell, not so much as a crumb or a smudge to be found anywhere in the vehicle, including the trunk. The whole job took something along the lines of an hour. The words Id use to describe these gentlemen would be courteous, professional, thorough, quick, and most friendly. Couldnt recommend this service any more highly. If youre looking to get your vehicle returned to that new car feel, inside and/or out...start here. You wont be disappointed.

Sorry, i thought you guys did a great job on my car only to realize that you only faded out the dust/stain on my car seat and leave all dust in the seat. you should have scrub it better and extracted out. And you guys charged me $220. You guys should use clean cloth towel to wipe because after my car got dried, all i saw was dark water spot all over in the interior of my car.

The wine is gone! Mr. KC offered a convenient early morning appointment to detail my Camry. The backseat had a 3-weeks old wine stain, which I was unsuccessful in removing. Within 45 minutes, the wine stain was gone, my front dash was shiny, and my car smelled delightful. I did not have the exterior of my car detailed (although I believe it should have been included in the price), but I will certainly use AutoProKC again should the I have another interior mishap. I highly recommend this business if your vehicle is in need of a deep cleaning.

Amzing service. I have 4 boys so my van was destroyed. When they were finished it was cleaner than when i purchased it. They got stains out i was sure wouldnt come out. The customer service was spectacular and patient. I couldnt go anywhere else after seeing the way my van turned out. It was a hard job and they nailed it.

The men that I spoke with were so polite. I had some complaints about my car after it was done, some minor nit picky things, and they came back out a second time to take care of it with no charge. Thats honestly all you can ask for from a company as far as customer service goes.
