I called on 09/27 to make an appointment for 10/02; I informed the rep I stayed on the third floor, and she advised me it would be extra, and I agreed. The technicians arrived at my apartment on time, and they stated they werent informed the job was on the third floor. They told me they wouldnt do the job because they did not have the portable. I called the office, and the rep stated they would come back out. The service was terrible, and my carpet and sectional look the same. I paid 345.00, and it was a waste of money. I work hard for my money. I feel the technician could tell I was disgusted. He took me when it was dry; I could tell the difference. Those dark spots in the pictures are not from the lighting. Those are the spots I wanted to remove that I had from the start. I will be calling seeking a partial refund or additional service. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you were given the services free. I feel as if I could have done a better job.

I got the first appointment of the day which I needed before everyone get home from school day work. So I got up at 7am and I was told they would be at my home from 8-9:30… they arrived on time but took forever to come in. Yo the point I actually opened the door to see what was going on. I guess it was too early for them because they seemed tired and tired already. I actually spoke first and said good morning. Then they came in without masks on when I ask the person who sets the appointment to mark sure they have on mask. So I keep my distance with was easy because I have a fair nice size house. I got my carpet cleaned before by another company and they usually do a spot treatment first and then start. This company didn’t. They were in and out in under an hr and I ask about the protection spray and I think that was overpriced. It felt like they was rushing and What spent wasn’t cheap. They also could have been a little more friendlier. All in all my carpet and stairs do look descent. Mainly bc I don’t allow shoes to be worn on the carpet.

I have hard wood floors in my house and purchased some beautiful oriental rugs. Last week I decided they looked a little dingy (this might be because my guest brought a dog for the weekend). Stanley Steemer gave me a quick appointment when I called, came when they said, was very efficient with his time, and they looked great. In fact, I asked him if he could do another area rug and the price was extremely reasonable to add that on. No mess eitherWhen he left . Because they use steam, the rugs dried quickly. And so much easier than going to a home improvement store to rent one of those machines. Get Simone who knows what they are doing!!!

Very pleasant! Answered any questions and concerns that I had. They were fast and courteous! The only issue that I had was that they didnt leave the bottle of spot treatment that I was supposed to get with the 3 room special.

Service tech was very professional and courteous. Arrived on time. However, the job was rushed. I have a 5 bedroom home, a large walk-in closet, FROG and carpet on the stairs. It took them less than an hour to complete the job and it shows. They also cleaned 3 area rugs which are still dirty. I will seek a partial refund.

I waited two weeks for my scheduled visit. They arrived and could not do the work. They use a lot of water 💧 and my sofa and love seat might have had water marks because of the type of material. They referred me to a dry cleaning company and my price went from $134.00 to $235.00 with the dry cleaning company. They either need to offer a dry cleaning service in addition to what they do or have a representative do some fact finding before the appointment is made.

The young men were friendly and I professional. They cleaned our carpet and were willing to go back over one high traffic area.

I used them 3 years ago and the job was good. This time it seems they put no cleaner in the system. I have white carpet and upholstery so I let it dry and noticed it was not any better. I took out my 300 dollar bissel and did 3 passes and wow it came clean. I called to cancel the service agreement and finally spoke to Jon Pucci. He asked me to send pictures, I did and I waited. I had to e mail him 5 days later since I heard nothing. He emailed me to call the office and they would credit me for the future visits. They charged me 220 dollars for the initial visit of one room and a sofa and loveseat that they basically ran dirty water over. I would NOT do any business with them. If you cant see a change in white carpet think about the darker ones. Run from them

From scheduling and pricing to the actual carpet cleaning, everything was great. Dana was very helpful and accommodating, and able to schedule my service quickly. Nobody had to come look at my carpets first just to give me pricing, and she was more than happy to price based on my needs rather than a preset package.Brandon and his partner called to tell me they were on their way. They were both incredibly polite and again, very accommodating. Their primary concerns were making sure I was happy and doing the best job possible. They even added protectors to my door frames to make sure the hose didnt scratch anything.My carpets were stained from taking care of a sick dog all week. Brandon did the actual carpet cleaning and while I knew my carpets wouldnt look new again (they were previously stained from a few years ago and the last carpet cleaning company couldnt get rid of it), they look 75% better, which is WAY more than I expected. Brandon even got some navy blue paint stains out that set in months ago.I had concerns about any pet stain products being used bothering my asthma and can happily report that it never bothered me at all, and the room has a nice light citrus scent.My carpet is over 14 years old, has been through potty training 2 puppies and occasionally caring for my parents dog who was the culprit this time and Im incredibly happy with the results.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience with these guys. I highly recommend getting the contract that allows for three visits for $150. That’s a heck of a deal.Especially when a single visit can sometimes cost 80 to 90+ dollars. You have no idea how dirty your carpet can get, overtime. They always arrive on time and are very professional. Nothing beats good old hot water and soap. Don’t be fooled by these chemical carpet cleaners. I’ve tried them before and they all suck!These guys do a great job and have always done a great job. They are the only ones I’ll ever use.
