To say that this thing is clean would be an understatement When they say they do a thorough job they are not kidding. I dont think the car looked this nice when I bought it brand new. It is absolutely spotless. This is definitely the place to go absolutely 5 star rating from me. I would recommend anybody to this guy right here. The attention to detail and the effort he put into making this look as great as it does is off the charts. Give you want a good detailing job you want your car to look absolutely incredible take it to this guy. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will be referring everybody I know.

Just getting into my truck for first time after they delivered it back to me on Tuesday. I know my truck was filthy but I expected better. I’m disappointed. It’s not a great job. Inserts in cubbies weren’t pulled out and cleaned, they’re dirty as well as most of the fine detail places. I can’t recommend them. Too bad because they’re nice guys. Vacuuming was so so. I spent money I didn’t have to do this and I chose them because of all the praise in the online reviews. I’m kinda angry about it actually. I figured out how to add some pictures. This is what $130 plus a $70 tip got me.

Interior of my car was absolutely horrid when I had him detail it. Stains all over, candy melted into the cloth seats and bad smells and whatever else you can imagine children do in a car. When I picked it up, everything was gone and looked brand new! Awesome job. Definitely recommend

Wow i wish i had taken a before picture but Derek with Dr. Detail is AMAZING. On Christmas Day i had a huge pot full of white wine garlic mussels in my husbands backseat floor board of his Chevy Silverado truck. I called him just from finding him on google- he immediately sounded very knowledgeable and was so helpful. He got us in right away because he knew the smell of shellfish would be very bad and so he made the time even tho he was already packed busy. He called and texted to communicate updates throughout the process. The price he charged us was so affordable we tipped him on top of that. Highly recommend this business- i will be recommending all our friends and fam to visit him- i plan to take my Ford Escape to him soon to have it detailed- and i plan to never make white wine garlic mussels again...but if i do and i do spill them at least the silver lining is getting to work with Derek- my husbands truck feels so close now it’s like it’s brand new!! Derek Hinrichsen went above and beyond for me. I got my car over to him friday around 3:30 for ceramic coating. He get everything done (cleaning, buffing, polishing and the ceramic coating) saturday afternoon around 2pm. Not only did he do that but he even cleaned the interior of the car which I did not expect him to do. Derek goes way beyond for his customers and his attention to detail truly shows. He even came in on sunday when the shop is closed and let me pick up my car. Derek you’ve earned a customer for life.

A fantastic detailer! He does a great job and doesn’t nickel and dime you like every other detailed in town that charge you for each thing separately, instead of just cleaning the car to the best of their ability like Dr. Detail does. He does mobile but I opted for the drop off service and he will give you a ride somewhere if you don’t want to wait for it to be done. When I came to pick it up, there were a few small things I asked him to touch up but they weren’t a big deal, but to maintain superior customer satisfaction he took $5 off my bill! Have Dr. Detail take care of your car!

They did a great job! Took almost 2 hours to detail the interior on a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee I just bought. They diligently cleaned every crevasse and spot that needed attention. I was very pleased and would recommend!

Scheduled an appointment for the signature shield service, though I mostly wanted the swirls all over my car gone! During the consultation, Derek and Aaron told me up up front that getting rid of ALL the swirls would be a very labor intensive process, BUT they could get rid of 90% of them at this appointment. And they did. They paid fine attention to the small details, and my car looks awesome! Friendly and professional. These guys definitely earned my repeat business.

Adam and the team from Columbia Detailing did a great job on my car this week. The online scheduling was convenient and easy. They called in advance to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. They did a great job detailing my interior and left it looking like it had just rolled off the lot. Ill definitely be calling them again.

I set up a time about two weeks ago to come out and detail a car we plan on selling this upcoming weekend. The day and arrival window came and went. About an hour past the arrival window I called and left a message. I understand this is a human service. Mistakes happen. He called me a couple hours later telling me he lost his phone. He stated he had been searching for it all morning. We decided he would be out the next morning with the same arrival window.The next day and arrival window came and went, again. An hour past the arrival window I called him. He answered and said he was running behind but was on his way. Two hours passed I called again and left a voicemail. Three hours later still nothing. I am very disappointed in this gentleman. I went with him because the reviews overall were very good.I assume if he shows up he does great work. While browsing for another detailing service I found his number under another detail business. I am going to post to that google account as well.

Turning back the clock seven years is what the service did. The last spectacular incident in that vehicle caused my wife to give my Christmas gift early--and that car has seen similar incidents in the past that “professional detailing” could not fix fully. The littlest details were *not* overlooked, making the car look like it was just purchased. The owner himself even spent time working on it so we could see the cloth patterns that I had long forgotten about and the grime around the power window buttons a thing of the past. Our jaws dropped the first time we saw it and we are in awe each time we look over the vehicle.

I was selling my jeep wrangler and needed it professionally cleaned . This vehicle had spent the last eight summers with the top off taking a beating from the elements. I almost didnt want to sell after seeing the amazing job that was done cleaning and restoring a battered vehicle. I will definitely use their service again.

Derrick answered of my calls and questions and did a great job on an interior clean of my car. I had a particularly nasty mess in the inside of the passenger seat and he came to my house in the evening working around my work schedule and was finished with in an hour. I would definitely recommend their services.

Poor job-Center console, and pillars on both side were as dirty as before. Right front roof, and dash board were not cleaned.Car seats stains, remained the same with minimal to no improvement. Some of the things left were easy to clean, which I did on my own with household cleaner.No attention to detail -Calls to have it addressed, getting the usual run around.Do not plan to use this business in the future

I visited the south location and was very impressed by the detail job that was done. I have an older 2004 Sebring and it has faded, and I did not think there was much hope for it. I went to them just hoping for a good vaccum, window cleaning and outside wash. What I got back really shocked me. The car looked so much better than I can ever remember it looking. Everything was so thoroughly cleaned and detailed I was amazed! All cracks, crevices were clean, everything inside and out was wiped down and protected. Even the tires! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and going back quite often. Thanks for doing such an excellent job! Derrick is awesome, very friendly, and does excellent work :)

Adams service is incredible. My car was cleaner than when I bought it, he paid attention to the smallest of details. I have a dog and getting the hair out was quite a process but he did an excellent job. Having him come to your house is such a luxury. He was on time, very friendly and incredibly through. Very professional, called to confirm appt, as well as sent me a calendar reminder.. arrived early. Detail job was spectacular for what he had to work with.... had dog vomit and animal hair as well as child dirt everywhere.. he had all seats and carpets cleaned and done in an hour.. I was limited on time but he still accomplished the job very well.

Best service, he was very professional and even gave me tips on what to do next time. I love how my car turned out, I highly recommend.

I purchased over $200 worth of work from Columbia Detailing with the promise of unlimited detailing (inside and out) for my car, as often as I wanted, for a year. Since then, I have been able to get my car detailed ONCE. The other times I went by the shop (before they closed it) with an appt and they were not even there. Since then, the shop closed and when I contacted them, the detailing has now been downgraded to an express wash and vacuum only (they did a wash and interior detailing the one time I went in, even shampooed one of my seats for me). I have tried to make 2 appts since then, the first he was a no show and the second I cant even get a response. Apparently, they have no intentions of living up to the offer. I will take my car elsewhere and detail it myself.

Great quality work at a very affordable price.I have used a couple of detailers around town, some that costed a astronomical amount more vs what Dr Detail charges, and for that outrageous $ amount one, the quality was sub par and not anywhere near the level that Dr Detail puts out for half the cost of other guys around in como.Derek is a super nice and down to earth guy who is not going to bs you around either.Over all it was just a wonderful experience, and they will be the only ones around that I will hire for the times that I dont want to clean my rides myself.Mention that Cabais sent you for a discount as well!

They do good work, but not quite as complete as Id thought for the package I got. maybe because i got the addsheet coupon they cut some corners. what they did turned out very nice, but they didnt get every little crevice on the exterior and seemed to be in a hurry. had an issue and they took care of it quickly. id recommend them at a coupon rate. id probably do the work myself for the full price though- just because my time isnt quite that valuable.

We have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company. We purchased a groupon for an express detail. The first time we made an appointment, he canceled because he said something on his truck broke on the way over. Then we placed at least ten calls over the next couple of months and left messages to try and reschedule. None were returned. I tried to book online, but there was essentially no availability. When I WAS able to find an appointment time, all of the service names had changed, and none matched my (unexpired) groupon. I made the appointment, and resumed the struggle of trying to get someone on the phone to confirm that I had booked a service that was covered by the groupon. Finally got in touch with the owner, who reassured me that everything was fine. Then this morning, they called to confirm and were allegedly on the way. I texted him the location of my car and mentioned that the groupon was on the dash. He immediately called me back and said that they were no longer honoring the groupons because the groupon site sold too many. He offered to let me pay again for the appointment. Um, no. Stay far, far away.

Derek and his associate came to my house (on a Sunday in cold and rain) to help me give my wife her new-to-us van. They worked very hard on our very dirty Sienna.
