Ive gone to the Garners Ferry location several times. Theres an older, black guy that is always rude. Theyve left dirt on my car and then had the audacity to ask for a tip yesterday. I have have patronized the Irmo location as well and the service is much better. Note to the owner, you should get rid of this guy because he is hurting your business. Myself and my family have decided to no longer come to this location for our car care needs.

The management here is very unprofessional! My senior citizen father has been taken advantage of by this business! He requested multiple times to have his membership canceled to no avail! After getting the run around by multiple associates his membership still has not been canceled and weve had to resort to getting a whole new debit card! 0/10 would not recommend! Save your money in the long run and go somewhere else! I wish I had taken the reviews of others seriously

I automatically paid for the ultimate every month but when I go through the I get only a car wash.

I like that its a do it yourself car wash but half of the vacuums werent working and the parking spots are really small.

Great place if you just get the $8 wash and use free vacuum. Dont go there and spend more than $8 or youre getting ripped off. Its literally the same thing if you pay $8 or $35. Thats how theyre able to afford the free vacuums to the customers.

We did the drive through automatic service. Even though it is automated, there was some personalized service from staff there as they start you out with a scrub to some harder to reach areas of the vehicle. We (re: the kids) had a great first experience.

Today we were at the car wash and it broke down. Most people would think that this would equal a bad experience, but the way one of the gentleman handled it was remarkable and full of customer service.

Love the fact I can vacuum my car for free. Found things I was looking for, yes car was dirty and then only $6 to run my car through the car wash. Great deal. Will be back soon.

Awful experience. The car was lazily done. Which from reviews I expected. Which is fine. What is not okay was that I was cat called (hit on or given inappropriate gestures) by multiple employees. A female should be shown the same professionalism than anyone else. Regardless of looks, sex, race, etc... it’s a place of business. Take pride in it.

This place was great, it was nice to see real people working instead of just all automated,, they took the time to spray the car down with soap before going through the wash, even wiped the roof, which sometimes doesnt get completely cleaned... Thank You...

Total waste of money. $20 to go through a machine. They barely vacuumed and didnt wipe down the console. For the money I would think theyd do a better job. Now I need to go home and finish my car. May as well go through a gas station carwash.

My first time there and I was impressed. Attention to detail and a good job. Only issue was vacuuming of drivers side was somewhat lacking.

They are a bit pricey and they try to work fast but they arent really doing a great job at cleaning. My car was still dirty on the front and the windows were smeared in some areas and they scratch my car because I pay close attention to my car I back in at home so I always look back at my car and the back is the first thing I see when I am about to get in. Got brand new so I knew my 2018 didnt have that scratch beforehand so very disappointed not planning to go back and not recommending. When I got home I cleaned my car a second time myself because they sucked. So if you just want a half done job then go.

Went about 2 weeks ago and got the ultimate wash for 35 dollars. Car still looks good and the interior still shines.

Took my truck in today. The kid looked high AF that was cleaning my truck and it comes out not clean. My girl than tries to move her seat back and only one side of the seat is moving. Look under the seat they push it forward with a full water bottle under it that jammed against the floor. it Bent the track so Bad the seat can no longer go back and is stuck all the way forward. I asked for the manger. He tells me tuff luck take it to the dealer, I should of looked under the seat and there are no refunds. I then say I want the owner or higher managers number because this is bs. He tells me to get the f of the property. And pushed his shirt into my face that says supervisor and asked me if I can read. I called the police and the main office after been pushed and verbally harassed by the “manager”. No refund was issued, my truck still not clean and a broken seat on a brand new truck. Waited for owner to call never did.

The service and results were outstanding. It is better than I expected. Highly recommended.

The car wash ripped off my passenger side mirror, We went back to car wash after realizing what happened to it... it was still there and the attendant retrieved it. My mirror cover is cracked in 4 places. The owner refused to replace it, didnt even offer a months free car wash considering the part alone is $125.00 without paint and labor. We will make sure we spread the word on social media and then some how pathetic this company is .

I was there yesterday and paid for the super deluxe ... $34Floors and seats were not vacuumed very well,no armor all on the interior, cup holders and radio area not wiped down, no air freshener- these were just the things I noticed!!. Last time I will go to a Sparkle Carwash

Wash is ok, the wipe down is a mess. The wipe down crew wipes without looking at their work. They left streaks all over my wifes car and the back looked terrible.I recommend that if your car is really dirty, get the basic wash to remove the real heavy dirt, then take it home and wash it. It will save you money.

This place is fabulous. They turned my 2005 Toyota Corolla into a car that looks brand new on the inside. I highly recommend this company.

Standard car wash, didnt overly screw the pooch on the basic car wash. Still missed the sun roof and related glass, both front and rear windshields developed SERIOUS streaking and clouding the day of the wash. Whatever you guys are using took me two or three hours to scratch off.

I usually clean my own car, but I drove by Sparkle and thought I’d save myself the trouble this time. I should have known that I wouldn’t be satisfied when I told the attendant that I wanted a basic inside and outside cleaning and he automatically went to the second most expensive package option. The outside is clean enough, but the interior cleaning is pathetic. The dash was only wiped down in the center, with obvious lines of where they didn’t bother to touch with a rag. The cup holders and center console haven’t been touched. There is dust still in each vent, and the car doors haven’t been touched at all either. They simply vacuum the floor in the first and second row and call it a day. Very disappointed with my experience, I will not be going back.

I will not go there again. Although the man who greeted me where I dropped off the car was polite and did a good job at vacuuming the car, the men who wiped the car down after it had been through the wash were more interested in talking than actually working. They half-heartedly dried the car off, but that was about it. They left large and noticeable spots on the hood and front of the car that they just didnt bother to scrub off. I had to take the car home and finish cleaning it myself. For $15 plus a tip, I dont feel I got my moneys worth out of it.

Went up there with a small splash of a mud puddle on the side of my truck from anda gravel road after the rain we had two days ago and they said they were gonna have to add like a ten dollar extra fee to get the mud off. Ive been going there for years since I retired out of the Army and now they got some young buck out there telling me that when the gentleman that used to check you out there never pulled anything like that. They used to also give military discounts on any of the services and now this kid was telling me I could only get it on two of the cheaper services offered. Its a shame to had gone here multiple times and always enjoyed the outcome but now they will be losing my business and Ill be sure to inform others to go to the carwash on gervais st instead where the customer service is always great and the prices dont change. What a shame.

The name does not match the service that I got provided. After getting my truck washed I noticed it was not clean. My truck was still dirty and had not been properly vacuumed. After having them supposedly vacuum for a second time it still was not clean but they happily took my $30. I talked to management and he said we are not cleaning it again we did a good job as I pointed out particles of dirt still in my truck. Waste of money BEWARE.

I went to have my SUV washed. I paid for the best car wash they had. They didnt vacuum my third row seat. I still had patches of dirt in the second row seat. Never will I go back.

Horrible. New owner Patrick refuses to pay for damages his car wash obviously made. Said he will review cameras but that even if he caused, will not pay. Disrespectful and no concern for the customer. Won’t return calls and claims will check but never does. Complete scam! Was a good customer but would rather drive the dirtiest car in columbia than give this crook a penny. Will find someone else in town with integrity.

Never open on time

Every time I go here I get the top wash package and every time I go here I have to get them to vacuum stuff they missed and wipe something down they missed. Careless an sloppy work. Ok if you do not mind waiting for them to go over things they missed on the first go round sometimes you have to tell them again after the first time.

Ordered Deluxe today. Inside vinyl not cleaned in front cup holder or back doors, wet rag left in the car. Drivers electric seat cover broken, roof still dirty, back hatch window, hatch & bomber still dirty, I could have done better with just hosing it down will never go to any sparkle again. Now I know why there is a line at Franks on Forest Drive!!

Worst car wash place. Paid for the deluxe wash, the inside of my car was not vacuumed out or leather seats wiped down. After ordering air freshener, they forgot to spray it... so many problems. When I asked the worker to please wipe down the inside of my car he was annoyed. I wish there was a way to give zero stars.

I usually get the $15 wash and its ok. I decided to spring for the $35 wash today and could not tell the difference. Bugs still on the front and mirrors, dust on the dash, dirt on the back. Save your money and go for the basic wash.

The best place on the South East of Columbia to get a quick wash and inside care. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Never go here!! Broke a phone mount in my car and told me they could do nothing about it because it was probably already broken when I got there. Left my number to wait for them to view cameras and two week later still no call. The manager was rude and walked away when I asked for a refund as compensation for my $50 mount. I will never come back here again. Dont waste your money you can do what they do at the gas station.

Previously known as Snappy, now as Sparkle Car Wash. Ive used them for years. It seems theyve been getting worse and worse. Today, I had a $10-off coupon for their super deluxe ($34.95) which took it to $24.95+tax. They left a car door slightly ajar when going through the wash (I saw this because my interior light was on the entire wash), they were short-staffed as it took over 20 minutes from the moment I pulled in to the moment I left. Once finished I noticed that my fenders were not cleaned like last time - still had some mud stains on them and were not Armor-alled like last time. I even said something about it, and he lightly rubbed it as if he was finished. After I pulled out, I noticed I got a message about the trunk being opened, so I pulled over, opened it up and saw water in the trunk bay where there should be none. This was the worst experience, and will not be back.

I called last week to make an appointment for a detail. I show up 8 a.m. as instructed. They turned me away and told me to TRY back at 9 because the detail guy wasnt there and they cant make him come in. I went out of my way and arranged a pick up, to be turned away.

This place is garbage. I took my 2016 Impala and one of the employees prying my door open creased the side panel of my car. The manager was rudely disrespectful while cussing at me in front of my two children.
