Wow - so I took my car here to have the interior detailed. It hadnt been done in a long time and really needed some attention between some seat stains, dust, and dog hair. When I got the car back, I looked through it and wasnt really all that impressed. While he did a good job cleaning the seats, but there was definitely some places on the hard surfaces that werent that clean. When I told the girl at the front desk that it wasnt that great and that some spots were missed, she told me that he had done it inside the garage with the doors closed and that maybe the lighting was bad... because thats a good excuse... I paid and left and just let it go, knowing that I would not be a return customer after that.Fast forward a couple weeks later, I opened that back of my car and found rips in the upholstery (picture). This was the first I saw it because I hadnt needed to get into the back of my car for anything. As soon as I saw it, I called and let them know and politely asked for a refund. The front desk girl asked me to send a picture to show the guy who cleaned it and she would get back to me. After not hearing back for a few days, I called back and was told that they could not give me a refund because they detailed my car a couple weeks ago and the money that I paid had already been used and was gone - we cant get it back. WHAT? I was also told that none of the machines they used to clean the car could have done that, and that since there wasnt any dog hair, he didnt have to use anything special that could have possibly done that. WHAT? I was absolutely appalled at these responses and told them how unprofessional they were.So if youd like the value of your car ruined, make sure you take your business to Affordable Auto Detailing...

Bernard did a great job on my truck.. He made it POP again and I really appreciate him for it.. He went above and beyond. Plus he gave me a ride home after I left him my keys.

Mr. Oden was absolutely amazing! Very nice, professional, genuine, and trustworthy. I was able to schedule an appointment with him over the phone and he was very thorough in describing what services are offered with a full detail. He even came and picked up my car while I was at work and then brought it back to me at work for no extra charge, so I didnt have to try and find a ride to and from his shop. Thats 5 star service alone. But lets talk about the exceptional job he did on the car. When I handed Mr. Oden my keys my car was disgusting. I have two dogs (one being a 5 month old puppy) so you can imagine the stains, hair, smell, carpet debris and dog nose art on the windows. Not to mention my contributions of food stains and crumbs and torn pieces of paper and debris from the yard. Like I am embarrassed that my car looked so bad. But when Mr. Oden brought it back, it was as if he had delivered a brand new car. She was shined up so nicely and the seats were stain free (I swear he is a magician bc other detailing services have tried and failed when it came to Hyundai Elantra cloth seats). She even smelled like a new car! I wish I had before pics to show but trust me when I say I couldnt have been more blessed when I entrusted Mr. Oden with the task of cleaning my car. You would be wise to schedule an appointment as well.

Bernard did an amazing job! He was friendly, fast, and efficient. The price was affordable and fair especially for all the detailing he did. I have 4 kids and a dog so I wasn’t sure how good my car would turn out but when I came to pick it up I was shocked!!! It was so clean and shiny and looked like a brand new car!!! He got all the stains off the upholstery and the car smelled so good!!! I will make sure I come back to him and refer all my friends and family to him. Oh and another plus is if needed he will pick you up and drop you off when you drop off your car which is really nice!!!! If you need your car cleaned and detailed go see Bernard! I had a great experience with Mr. Oden. Hes a lovely man and was very accommodating. I couldnt get to his shop on the day and he picked up and dropped off my van for free. He did a great job of cleaning my extremely dirty interior seats, carpets and dash etc... It smelled great and looked brand new. I will definitely use him again!

My car looks better than it did the day I drove it out of the dealership. These guys do an amazing job and my car was ready to pick up when they said it would be. The interior is spotless and they were even able to get tree sap off of the paint that had been there for over a year. I cant say enough about the fine job the guys did on both my 2006 Ford F-350 and my Dodge Intrepid! I knew both vehicles would be a challenge, but had no idea that they could look this good again! I called to try to get my car in last minute on a Saturday. They were very gracious and allowed me to bring my car by although they were very busy. They were not rude to me or annoyed at the fact my car was a wreck. They went above and beyond for me, including but not limited to them staying two hours after closing to accommodate me. I felt awful about the condition of my car but they assured me that they appreciated my business. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They did a superb job with a gracious and pleasant attitude. I took a very dirty, very oxidized 95 Mustang GT in and he made her look great. Inside and out, he did an excellent job. I hate to sell her after how great he made her look. And I had people really checking her out looking so good. I will definitely have an easier time selling her after his outstanding job of detailing the heck out of her. HOOAH!!!

Wow, what a great experience with Affordable Auto Detailing. We had a last minute need to get our Enclave (large 3 row SUV) in for a quick interior detail before the holidays hit. Bernard was able to work us in same day, the work was fantastic, and best of all very reasonably priced. Hes great to work with and I highly recommend him to Maury and Williamson County residents!

“Somewhat Affordable Auto Cleaning with Terrible Service” would be a more accurate name for this business.My car was NOT detailed, in my opinion. My car was much cleaner when I picked it up, but there were tons of details overlooked. For example: I had to ask for my windows to be cleaned when I picked it up as he said “interior windows are not a part of my interior detailing service.” The windows were dirty to begin with, but dirtier when I picked up my car due to the cleaning agent he used on the interior spraying up onto the windows. Why would windows not be included??? This makes no sense. Additionally, he did not clean out the center console or the pull down cup holder caddy in the back row at all. I can see speckles all over the screens and dash that were not cleaned. These are just a few examples of the things I found to be overlooked and why I was not satisfied with this service being called a “detailing.”I could have probably ignored the above items if it had not been for the terrible service.1. My battery was dead upon arrival to pick up my car. He didn’t call to let us know this, and we were instead surprised by this bad news when we showed up to pick up the vehicle. He tried to blame it on the life of the battery, but when we took it to an auto store afterwards, they said the battery was good. He just kept the doors open with lights on for too long.2. He made a rude comment to my husband “you’re not very handy are you?” because he didn’t know where the button to pop the hood or the lever to open the hood were. First off, why say something like this to a paying customer at all? Second, it isn’t his car, it’s mine, so why should he be familiar with these things? Third, we shouldn’t have to be accessing the engine when we brought our car to be detailed. See #1 above.3. The credit card machine was not working and he gave us a hard time about our cards not working when we had just used them hours before with no problems. Then, when we wrote him a check, he made a rude comment about if it would bounce or not. So insulting.4. When we were about to leave, he said “Y’all can take your check if you need it.” Very passive aggressive, and I’m still not sure what he meant because when we tried to talk to him he just kept talking in circles and acting like we were crazy for being frustrated with him and the situation.I might have recommended this place to someone if the only problems had been with the quality of the cleaning. But after the terrible service we received, no way would I recommend anyone use this place.

Fantastic job!! My 10 year old car, complete with stains (and I mean STAINS) diesel fuel smell and everything in between came out looking like a shiny new penny - and it smelled great! These guys really take the time and do it right. They do what they say and more, are professional and worth every penny - I highly recommend!

I’ve made an apt here twice. First time I sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting until I finally found a phone number outside the shop to get in touch with someone and they said they weren’t taking apts that day??? I decided to try once again. My apt was at 8 and at 8:30 I received a refund? No phone call, text or email with an explanation just a refund. So I called and he said he doesn’t clean cars under 35 degree weather? It’s not even below 35 today. I would’ve loved to have known this before I wasted my gas and time once again. Super unprofessional.

I was referred here by one of my good friends, who had his Yukon washed and detailed here. I came on a Friday morning around 12am. I was highly satisfied with what a Mini Detail for $50 can make my Maxima look like. The guy who helped me told me literally it will take at least an hour and 30 minutes, but I ended up getting my car back looking brand new within 45 minutes. Everything is all hand washed and you can really get my moneys worth.I am looking forwards to come back next week to get my car washed/detailed.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, OPEN MONDAY - SATURDAY 8AM -5 PM, FAST SERVICE, and FRIENDLY STAFF!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!The worst $110 Ive ever spent. I paid for an interior detail and got a clean dash board... all they did to my carpet is wet it and vaccum it, which consequently, made all my dirt stains even more noticeable. I ended up cleaning the stains with 409 and a brush with very little effort.KEEP YOUR MONEY. Dont expect a detail from Affordable Detailing...
