Literally sat there at 6 something waiting to get cut. There was barely anyone in there getting cut and like 4 or 5 barbers. Two of them finished before they closed at 730, saw me sitting in the waiting area and not once ask did I need a cut or was I waiting on someone until 730 then told me to come back tomorrow at 9 definitely my worst experience trying to find a barber after moving from Texas but definitely won’t be going back there smh.

I really wanted to like this place since it is right outside my neighborhood. I arrived on a Saturday morning, before they even opened. There were a few other customers waiting before me. They were seen first, as they were there first. Eventually, when it wouldve logically been my turn I was getting ready to walk to the next available barber....I am stopped halfway and someone else is called. This person walked in like 20 minutes after me. This happened two additional times. The owner/manager tried telling me these people had appointments.....how were they keeping track of these appointments I have no clue. To me they just seemed to be calling people they knew or had seen before. Which coincides with a previous review saying that they dont know how to treat new customers. Eventually a barber was available for me. Ive been to barbershops my whole life and never had a barber this rough. He left my forehead all scabbed and cut. I was not sure if he just didnt know what he was doing or if they just hire anyone off the street. To add a cherry on top, they advertise accepting debit/credit cards but when you try to pay with one they make you go to the bilo next door to get cash. I ll just stick to driving 20min to my old barber since theyre more professional and respectful.

I love this barbershop my barbers name was Joshua. This young man was very nice and professional. I dont generally have a lot to say when getting my hair cut, but something about him made we want to in gage in conversation. I went right in and he Joshua greeted me right away. I would definitely recommend Nationalities to my friends these guys are awesome I looked and felt like a new man when I walked out. I just recently had a bad haircut and I went to Tonney to fix it. He gave me a complete 180! He was very professional and gave a good quality haircut without enhancements! I highly recommend, if you ever get a chance go and get your haircut by him.

During these pandemic times this barbershop is doing its best to ensure the safety of themselves and the public. They are following social distance guidelines. All barbers are wearing PPE such as face masks and gloves. Barber’s chairs are wiped down after every customer and a new seat cover is applied before the next client is seated in the chair. The professionalism and quality of the barbers has always been top notch.

Jermaine charged $18 to cut (not fade) son’s sides and back of his head bald. Nothing was taken off the top. When I picked my son up I thought he was lying when he told me how much it cost. We went back in and Jermaine had already left. I asked another barber was that worth $18? He tried not to laugh...Overpriced with long wait times. Tried different barbers here both walk in and appointments. Appointments are not honored. Why bother making an appointment if you still have to wait forever? Had an appointment canceled one time without my knowledge. Barber didn’t call or text that he was not going to be there. Enough is enough!

Great barber shop. I take my son & never have a problem. My husband also see the same barber. Never has my so gotten hair bumps. The barbers are friendly, engaging & truly invest in our youths. Service is always impeccable, courtesy & friendly. They will have to kick us out to get rid of us...Lol

Were from Austin Texas we are just some Mexicans looking for a place to get a quick haircut😂 and for my niece no less she had a short haircut before her soccer game to do to get we were referred to this place by our hotel Two Notch Holiday Inn I believe and these guys take care of us pretty quick in our situation we came from that area all the way to these guys and we were not disappointed thank you

My son had a appointment that was booked for 8:30, we arrived at 8:20. He did not get his haircut until 9:40. If it wasn’t for the fact his appointment was booked and paid online, I would’ve told him we will have to find somewhere else. Time management is horrible here and this threw my Saturday plans off. My son will not be returning.

Great group of guys. There were five barbers working when I came in. Everyone was friendly, joking, and giving people awesome cuts. I got a great fade and had a good experience.

Good barbers, cool people but they are on a buddy-buddy system. If they dont know you, those guys will literally let you sit in there all day rotting in a chair for a haircut.

The barbers act as if they dont see you when you walk in the door. They only speak to who they know, I guess they not looking for new customers. New customers get passed over for the customers they know. I had to stand up and ask was anyone gonna cut my sons hair after seeing the barbers take on other customers that came in after me. The barber that cut my sons hair was Rico and he did an excellent job.. I just dont like to patronize a business that dont offer good customer service practice with their service. Acknowledgement, a greeting, a thank you, come visit us again goes a long way. Instead of treating people like you doing them a favor when they paying you. Theyre too many other barbershops to choose from so no one will tolerate this.

A good Barbershop but I feel if I make a appointment the barber shouldnt have me waiting 30 minutes to get in the chair your customers​ have things to do as well thats the point for appointments I done dealt with a few barbers in there and they all have clients waiting some be hours late then come in with attitude like he right business is business I set a appointment dont book on top of me so your money secured but my day screwed up thats some real bs then you got 1 that charge for appointments but you late smh get it together fellas without the customers yall wouldnt have a business some people scared to address yall! We spending customers are always right, a few in there will mess your head up one cutting with no barber license

I have been going to Nationalities for a few years now. The barbers are very professional and excellent when dealing with paying customers. Its always a good experience when Im there, which is biweekly.

They give great and precise haircuts but dont even bother to come if you dont have an appointment. You can expect a 1-2 hour wait time.
