The employees at Mr. Tire in Columbia showed patience and care for my vehicle. Their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the service and the amount of time it took for me to get my new tires installed. The waiting room had very comfy couches and the whole experience at Mr. Tire on Dobbin road was great. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

FANTASTIC experience with Joseph and Kevin @ Mr Tire on Dobbin Rd. I called 4 Mr. Tire locations on Monday to get my tire replaced, and finally hit the jackpot with this location! They were able to take me with essentially no notice, and even allowed me to pick up the tire from another location that had it in stock - and then they installed (since they didn’t have it on hand). I needed it done that day - so had no tile to spare. All the staff was exceptionally polite and courteous - A+ recommendation from me!! Thanks again :)

Went to Mr Tire 757 to get a nail out of my tire and patched. Kevin was super sweet and made sure that they got the job done quickly as i had to return to work within an hour. Will definitely be returning for future services

Waited 4 hours to have a slow leaking tire checked for a nail/repaired (I made an appointment). Every 20-30min was told it should just be a couple more minutes. In addition, the staff couldnt get my wheel key to unlock the lug and as a result, it had to be forcibly removed (destroyed) to check the tire. I am now missing a lug on the effected tire (thanks!). To top it all off, after the 4 hour wait I drove home and within 15 minutes the low tire pressure light came on. So to recap, it was a 4 hour wait that got my lug nut destroyed and no fix for the leak. That kind of service speaks for itself.

On May 15, 2021, my car got a flat and I had my car towed to Mr. Tire. Kevin Kelley (the manager) contacted me as soon as my car arrived and we agreed to next steps. I was pleasantly surprised that my car tire was repaired and completed at no charge as the work was under warranty. I am a regular customer at this location and Kevin and the team have always done a great job on all of my cars! If youre looking for quality work, a highly skilled team and great service, I highly recommend this location.

We needed a patch put in for a nail in our tire. We made an appointment for 8 am and received email confirmation. When we arrived the service technician told us that they had moved the appointment to 12 pm (we received no email or call to notify us). We then came back at 12 pm and let them know we would stay and wait until the car was ready since we had no way to go home and come back with our only car there at the shop. At 1:30 we still had heard nothing, so checked back in. The car was still sitting in the lot and they let us know theyd be getting to it next and itd be ready in 45 minutes. When asked if this was a normal and appropriate period of time for someone to wait for an appointment the manager let us know it was. For us, an hour an a half is not the amount of time we want to wait for our car to be seen. I wouldnt recommend this facility unless you want to spend your day waiting for your car to be finished.

I got quick service on my big Jeep tire repair. They even helped me get it back on the rear door mount.

This was perhaps the easiest and quickest car service experience I’ve ever had. I called first to ask if I needed an appointment to get a flat changed. They told me that I could just come on in. I was probably there not more than 35 minutes. They were friendly, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and entertained my questions about a few other things related to service for my car. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. I plan to go back to have them service my car.

Great friendly service Everytime I come and quick too. I just had one of my tires blow out and there was delay in shipping so they suggested I leave my original rim at the store so they can inflate it while Im out and all they need to do is a quick reattach when Im back. I always get my tires done here.

I’ll keep coming back here for my car troubles! I’ve recently had two very good experiences with Mr Tire 757. About a month ago, my daughter had a slash in her tire. The dealer wanted to charge almost $400. We then went to Mr Tire and it was much much less and they had the work done in under an hour while I waited. Fab! My other daughter needed new tires and new brakes. Their prices on tires were very good (competitive with other cyber deals) and the brake replacement beat the dealer’s price by half!!!! In addition, their warranty was more extensive (2 years) than the 12 months offered by the dealer.Mr Kevin, the manager was very calm and patient, understood our comparison shoppingand did a good job explaining things.Thank you Mr Tire!

I have used this store for more than 10 years for my car tire jobs. I would recommend this store to all my friends simply because the people there are very honest people. All business will try to promote sales, because everyone need to make a living. This store doesnt cheat to make sales. I like that and that brings me back to them every time.

Woke up to a flat this morning... New to the area and had no idea where I would get my tire fixed... Googled tire shops in the area and came access Mr. Tire. Walked in met Kevin and that was ALL she wrote. Sat in a VERY COMFY waiting area while my tire was fixed. All of the mechanics who walked by greeted me quite pleasantly. This was a completely easy and comfortable experience for me! WAY TO GO GUYS! And THANK YOU KEVIN!

Came in because I was unable to complete a job at home, they struggled with it at first, but called me ASAP to discuss options. They completed the job in the estimated time, did it for a reasonable price, and even tighten a few nuts that I didnt quite torque enough.

I trust this place. When I came in maybe 6 months ago, thinking I needed new tires, the owner said no, there is still some wear in these. Come back in a few months. When I came back, he said yes, its time, and replaced them all on the same day. Go there.

Been coming to this Mr. Tire for about 2 years and I personally have never had a bad experience here with the quality of service, pricing, customer service, etc. Kevin and Dave always take good care of me, have never given me a hard time or made me feel pressured into doing any services I didn’t want, and they always try to save me money where they can. This mr. tire is great! Been here several times and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. They have great prices and the waits are short. I’ve never had any issues with them and would recommend them to everyone.

I went to the shop for AC check on 7/1/2020 and suggested there was a leak. They checked and charged me about 145 for full A/C service. After 1 week the A/C system is not working again and I called the shop. The person I spoke on phone asked me to come back on 7/27/2020 at 10am. I went there at 10 am on that day and the guy at the counter said I should go to other shop because they don’t have equipment to check A/C leak. So my question is why didn’t they recommend me the first time I went there? They took my money but they are not responsible for the service. This is pure BS. Usually I don’t write review, but I think they deserves a bad one.

Staff was very friendly and offered good advice to my tire situation. They didnt just say, Heres your tire, bye. they thoroughly went over my tire situation to provide all the facts so that I could make an informed decision. If you need tire service, this Mr. Tire is the place to go. Excellent 5 star service for real.

I needed to get one tire replaced on my car. When I called them up in Columbia Maryland. They set me up with a time to change the tire at 4pm. It is now 5pm and no one has even touched my car yet. Don’t give me a scheduled time if you can’t make it happen on the time that was supposed to start. Don’t go to dobbin in Columbia MD they suck.

I want to thank Kevin for saving my life. I came out during a snow storm thinking it wasn’t as bad as It was. My tire traction was really bad and I was sliding on the roads. I saw Mr. tire and called to ask if they can get my car in. I slid to their parking lot and came in to get services. By far the worst auto service in Columbia, I honestly wish I could give negative stars. If you can get even your unskilled neighbor to do your car service for you, I’d suggest you do that before you come here. Kevin the front desk honestly is just wasting space. He’s not very helpful. Please replace him with someone who actually wants to work and do their job correctly.

Woke up to a flat tire. Googled Mr. Tire, went in waited a good 30 minutes. Nothing serious, was able to get to work at a decent time. Service was ok. Guy at front desk was pleasant enough, however the other ( supervisor) was not friendly at all.

Went in for an oil change. Turns out I needed new brakes. Thats fine, but when I left the shop my car was making a new sound I never heard it make before. It was making a sputtering sound in idle, so I go back for them to look at it again. When I get back they say I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.
