Ive used Discount Tire for years so I was very happy when they opened one close to my current home. And I wasnt disappointed! Great service and they steered me to some excellent tires for my truck. Balancing was perfect, which Ive been fighting for years, excellent grip, and lasting longer than I expected. When I made an appointment they were on time. I noticed something strange on the shop floor, a employee who obviously was enjoying his day. How did I know this? He was dancing to his next assignment, safely I might add. Cracked me up. To see someone work in a pretty much thankless job enjoying a moment of his day says a lot about the management.

They fixed my tire in a timely manner. I have gone to them numerous times for repairs and new tires. Great service!

I’ve bought tires, for multiple cars from discount tire for many years. I noticed one of my tires in need replacing, so took my truck to discount tire. After checking my tires, the Discount tire rep confirmed I had three good tires and needed one tire replaced. So I left my truck for them to replace the tire. As we were driving off, he ran back outside and told me his lead said it was better for me to replace the tires in pairs and he would give me a discount on the tires since I only needed 1. Come to find out the discount is only 10% !! My tires are $150 each. I asked him to put my original tire back on the car and they told me it was Already picked up by the used tire recycler. Bottom line I paid $120 for a tire I did not need !!!

They got me covered with a replacement tire. They didnt try to pitch me anything that I didnt want or need and they got me in and out fast and it wasnt eventually expensive.

Probably one of the best tire purchase experiences I have had. I recommend buying the tires online first and getting an appt. I did that on Thursday for an appt the following Monday morning at 9am.I arrived at 8:30am and the xheck-in was fast - less than 5 minutes. I then went to the restroom, sat done in the waiting for about 10 minutes, and then my name was called. They were done putting on my 4 new tires and I was out of there about 3 minutes before 9am!

I went to Discount Tires this afternoon after seeing the low tire pressure warning light on my dashboard. The service tech discovered a nail in the right rear tire. He repaired the tire, and he didnt charge ANYTHING -- even though I didnt purchase my tires at his store! I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes. I enthusiastically recommend Discount Tires!

Large piece of metal flew off truck in front of me and ran over with left front tire on I 20 half way to my destination. Found Discount Tire within 25 miles and had it replaced with one of equal quality. I only paid the $24.42 for the new tire certificate and tire fee. I was on the road again within 4 hours.

Ive used this location twice now for our fleet vehicle. Both times I picked the tires I wanted on their website, which was easy to use and they have great selection ranging from the best brands to good value economy ones. The staff were polite and efficient. Both times they finished putting my tires on quicker than expected.I plan on using them for my personal vehicle next time it needs tires.

I have been coming there with my tire needs for many years.Left my truck with them to repair the driver side rear tire.They could not repair the tire. Discontinued Yokohama product.They did not have a replacement tire so they ordered one for me.No problem for me so I left the truck with them till the new tire arrived.Picked up the truck after leaving it for 2 days.Everything was great until I looked in the back of my truck and the spare tire was in my truck bed.I drove back to the tire store and inquired as to why the spare was left in the bed and the response I received was to question my story as if I was responsible for the event.The spare was under the truck when I left the truck with them and now somehow it is my responsibility to put it back under the truck.You would think that the customer would be believed up front but not in this case.This guys initial response was to disbelieve that my story was legit.So after many years of buying tires from this store I will take my business elsewhere.Thats a shame!

I’m not sure what y’all expect when you call yourself beating a price . But I left a tire place with the quote of 391.21 I came to discount tires because over the phone the manager explained that he could be that price if I showed them the other people price on paper. So I came with my paperwork and was expecting a better quote. These people told me 390.08 a 1.13 cent difference. I waste more money in gas coming here . I feel like they were joking . But he look at me and said we told you we’ll beat it and that’s what we did. Never go to this location. They are the worst !

Money hungry sales people! BEWARE!!! Theyll tell you one thing over the phone but when you get there theyll tell you something different. I needed one tire! I called to see if they had it in stock and they did. When I got there, the rep said Id need 2 tires because the tread was worn. My tires were less than 2 months old, I ran over something on the interstate and busted one. When I told him I only wanted one tire, he then told me they didnt have any tires that could support my car. He tried explaining why but then suggested I go up a size in tires and get 4 new tires. I asked him how he initially said I needed 2 tires and pulled things up on his computer but then said they didnt have any tires to support my vehicle BUT suggested I go up a size and get 4 new tires. I asked for my keys and left. I guess due to COVID-19, they are really hurting for money and only want the sale for 4 tires instead of one, so theyll lie and tell you anything.

I had an extremely slow leak on one of my tires, and decided to get it checked out here. Its right after a holiday, so the phones were ringing off the hook and there was a line...however the employees remained calm, polite, and got with everyone in the line promptly. As the weather is changing tire pressures are going down. Discount Tires set up a line just for free air checks. It was extremely helpful for me because I was afraid to drive with low tire pressures and not knowing my gas mileage. Thank you for the friendly service and always putting your customers first!

Store manager and few of his techs are upset because I didnt buy the wheels from them.I pain $178 to mount and balance my wheels and tires.But Ive seen them help load ppls old tires and or wheels in theyre vehicle, but they just stood there and watched me struggle. I am thankful they have a facility fairly close to where we live. They are either competitive on every aspect of the purchase or they are hands down better; there isnt one category where they are significantly worse than anyone else.When you add up all of the factors and include these extras:1. Ordered tires online and scheduled appointment based on tire delivery. Store called morning of appointment and rescheduled to another day as tires had not arrived. Took off work early showed up for next scheduled appointment and rep said tires were still not there. Said someone should have called me and rescheduled. They did not. I canceled order and took business elsewhere.

I think they should have one bay open that services customers issue with tire repair, tire replacement and tire rotation. To have this service included in the total cost for tires and not to be able to use it. Because every time you go they are very busy making new sales is kind of disappointing. No one should have to wait a hour to two hours just to get their tires rotated after paying for this service. Or pay another business to rotate them.

Great service! First time using Discount Tire and they have won a new customer. Just had our vehicle to the dealership for oil change, rotate and balance(within 100 miles ago) first time on Interstate after the dealership and noticed a good shaking around 70mph. Took it to Discount Tire for just a balance and all 4 tires were out of balance, place they found 1 wheel was bent on the inside of the rim. They completed the balancing on time and at a great price!

I have so far purchased 2 sets of tires here and have had nothing but good experiences. They are always busy it seems so I recommend you make an appointment online but they seem to stay true to their word about how long things will take. Customer service has always been great as well when I had an issue arise after a set of tires were installed. With their aggressive price matching service there is really zero reason to go anywhere else in the city for tires.

Its amazing how a major corporation has no control and knowledge of shipments from other stores. I work for Advance Auto Parts and know when my parts will arrive within 30 minutes. I have been sitting in this store for over 2.5 hours and salesmen have no clue when my tires will show up.

These guys were so friendly as soon as I walked in. They gave me all possibilities for tires and explained the differences between each. Instead of recommending the most expensive like I anticipated, he actually recommended one that got me longer use and better breaking response for about $150 less. New tires on, all tires balanced and rotated, put air in my other tires and even patched my spare for no extra charge. All done within 20 minutes. Lifetime warranty on the tires and air, balance, and rotation services are free. Definitely going back.

This is the second time I have used them and once again, they were friendly, informative, reasonable and were able to get me in when other places acted like I needed to just come in and wait, with no estimated time of completion. I am in town for a wedding and as I was unloading my luggage I notice a huge gash in my sidewall on one of my tires. I went with the intention of replacing the tire but I was assured it was just cosmetic damage.Talk about honesty.
