I almost used this company until one of the employees tried to steal over 400 dollars. My girlfriend and i came to fix her transmission. We had a warranty to only pay $150 out of pocket. They informed us someone woild come check it out and they would het the claim in fast forward to a few days later mo one came to look at the car amd the lady called us saying that tje parts is in and it woilf be $440 even though i have a warranty and my insurance company never came to make the claim. Jist all seemed like a big scam. Definitely wont be taking my business there.

Very professional and concern about my vehicle came in for window regulator but they said nothing was wrong with rear windows it was Cadillac converter as to which they called me to let me know they called the warranty company got everything. Approved and ordered the part and got it fixed Im very satisfied with their service I would be an return customers if need be and would recommend others to them awesome company I would rate them above average

First of all let me start by saying Martins Motorworx isnt worth the one star. Martins motorworx is by far the worse machinic shop I have ever taken one of my cars to. I am the owner of a 1996 Chevy Impala SS. After paying a substantial amount of money to have my car serviced, I kept experiencing problem after problem directly related to the work that they had did on my car. Instead of anyone trying to admit to there mistakes and properly correct the issues, Randy and his team of incompetents were only concerned about sticking me with service bill after service bill. Mind you everytime I experienced another problem due to there negligence I had to have my car towed back to there shop, which I had to pay for out of my own pocket even though the reason for getting it towed was because of work they did that rendered my car non drivable. I had to get my car towed a total of four times. The last tow was to get it towed to another shop from there shop after speaking with the owner Randy about my concerns, instead of him being a professional about the situation, he used vulgar language and stated that my car was old and he didnt want to work on it in the first place. This is not the way a paying customer should ever be treated by any establishment for the simple fact it is us who pay these establishments bills at the end of the day. Also, anyone who does decide to risk taking there car to this place, be mindful of there pricing of parts cause they can be superbly overpriced when dealing with these money vultures. I would recommend trying the good people over at Mastercraft on Two Notch Rd. before settling for the type of service and respect you would get from dealing with Martins Motorworx.
