When we were there, they didnt have a ton of cars on the lot. I understand that is somewhat beyond their control right now. The cars they did have were the loaded versions and, frankly, I think too expensive. I would definitely compare to other makes and models. That being said, we have a three year old Kia that we love. The car is practical, roomy and dependable. I have recommended them to many people.
It was great! I got there before my appt time and the wait wasnt long at all. What I was most happy about was that my car was still in perfect condition and they vacuumed my car for me!!! I think I may be coming here for all of my oil changes.

My sister, Samantha has had her car in this dealerships shop for over a month with no end in site. Horrible customer service. Her insurance covered a rental car for 30 days and now she’s having to pay for the rental out of her own pocket. They haven’t even began working on her car. The VERY LEAST this dealership should do is give her a rental from their dealership. Like the very least they could do is that but they will not. So unprofessional.

*Update* - Customer service responded to me very quickly regarding my review. The new salesman, Adam, sent me a text afterhours to try and rectify the issue. I was appreciative of the immediate response and is the reasoning for the added (2) stars.Back in mid-June I spoke with a salesman about purchasing a 2022 Telluride. He stated there was (1) arriving in a few weeks that matched the color scheme I wanted, and when it arrived he would give me a call so that I can ensure its what I wanted. On the day of delivery I asked him what time he was expecting it and he tells me, that one has already left (annoying). I asked if there were other cars on the lot with the same color scheme, but no clear answer. I heard nothing over the next few weeks and decided to try another salesman. I sat down with the new guy, went over the features I wanted in the build, and he said hed text me when they put their orders in on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no contact; still havent heard anything about a month later. I understand its a hot market, and clearly theyre doing well, but so well they dont even try to make/close a sale? Convenient location with terrible [Sales] service.
They had our 2013 Sorento for almost 2 months for a brake job. We finally got our vehicle back in time to go on vacation in the mountains for the brakes to FAIL on the side of a mountain. They were very unsympathetic and not helpful at all in helping us get home safely. We took the vehicle back for them to actually fix the brakes and it took almost another 2 months and they charged us for it. It took me calling and informing them I would be picking my vehicle up that afternoon regardless of whether it was fixed or not. Moral of the story is go somewhere else. We spent almost $1000, did not have our vehicle for nearly 4 months, had our vacation ruined and could have died because the service wasn’t done properly to start with.
I went to the service department for a quick repair and it was the fastest and best service experience Ive ever had at a dealership! They were extremely fast and well worth the price! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Definitely going back!
Antonio who works in the express lane service department is the best employee Galenana service department has. He takes the time to acknowledge an listen to his customers unlike the employees in the service department who just stares at you when you approach them. Antonio is the only reason why I still bring my vehicle to get serviced here. Thank You Antonio for all that you do.
If you stop in at Galeana, ask for DJ to help you. Hell bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need. He really does treat you like family.
Service was good. But heres got the thing..i got an oil change, later noticed oil was leaking in my driveway afterwards. Had to take it back again for them to resolve the issue.. they had to tighten something. Didnt like having to get up early to fix something that shouldve been noticed. Do it right the first time! I still gave a 4 all because of the delightful man who was opening up the store. He made sure i was taken care of and explained what happened. I liked his lighthearted sense of humor which made me less stressed.

KIA SERVICE CENTER: I had my car towed here due to my car overheating. I noticed my car was overheating when my A/C randomly stopped blowing cold air. They had my car for 3 weeks and kept going back and forth with what they thought was the problem. First the engine, then the transmission, and lastly the thermostat, which to my understanding should be one of the first things evaluated if a car overheats. I was quoted on the thermostat only. When picking up my car 3 weeks later, I was given a bill including A/C diagnostic and Freon replacement, which was never communicated to or agreed upon. They stated they had my electronic signature for the work, which was not the case. I had not spoken to anyone about permission to do anything with the A/C, nor had I been to the service center the entire time they and my car to sign said tablet. Most of the time, it was me calling to get updates on the status of my vehicle. After refusing to pay for something I had not agreed upon and only paying for the thermostat, they took my car back and removed the Freon that they added. After receiving my car and the removal of the Freon, my A/C was then making a hissing sound, which had not been the case prior to giving Galeana Kia my vehicle. I will not be returning to Galeana to resolve the issue, I will be driving the extra miles to JTs. Not to mention, they were unable to give a loaner vehicle and could only “reimburse” a rented vehicle at a later time, so we had to organize borrowing a family members car to make it to work and vacation.

Friendly staff in the service dept, shout out to Joe!Here we are 2 months later, the ac compressor went out on the car. 😡🤬 I only drove the car 3 times after purchasing. I was told by the finance mgr that I had 3 months warranty left on the car plus I purchased the extended warranty but guess what, none covered the cooling system!!! Watch out for that finance mgr! 🤬 read your contract thoroughly because he will give u the short version! I really believe they knew there was a problem with that ac compressor!!! I will not purchase another vehicle from them!
Went back as Carmon had offered, left the truck there 2 weeks, they said it was fixed and that everything was good. I picked it up only to realize that they had broken the satellite cable, so they didnt check the radio after taking the dash apart. I then took it back to fix the satellite, and they did, only to break the plastic beside the seat. They offered to fix that, but I declined, I didnt want to risk further destruction of my vehicle.

I scheduled an appointment to see a specific vehicle, go to my appointment the next day and come to find the vehicle couldn’t be shown to me because it was “in service”. Instead the salesman wanted to show me vehicles out of my price range and tried to get me to do a lease when I told him several times that wouldn’t work for our family. They lowballed me on my trade in when they “want to buy your car right now because of the economy” but would not negotiate a price. They also wanted a deposit to hold a vehicle I had not seen or test drove. The manager did try to repair the damage that was done by the salesman.
I went in for a Clock Assembly recall regarding the Airbags, and Ive got to say, Im seriously impressed. Not only was I early for my appointment by 3 hours, and they fit me in, no problem (I had had another appt five minutes away that day). But they also fixed my rearview mirror that had been acting floppy when I would hit any rut in the road, no charge, not even a mention of it. I hadnt even asked. Im SO grateful. As far as Kia goes, their service beats JTs Kia hands down, every single time. From ease of appointment scheduling, to the actual service you get when you get there. Ah-mazing, and totally worth the out of the way drive, for me.
Multiple vehicles that were advertised online, were no longer available to show... I checked their website before the trek to the lot, yet the few vehicles I was interested in were on the sold, part of the lot, in the back. All in all an hour and a half round trip for no reason. So I went to BMW. No stock issues there...Thank you

Terrible customer service!!!!! I made an appointment for my 82 yr old FIL to have an oil change and take care of a recall, I asked when I made the app how long it would take, they told me around 3 hours,Very long story short, we took the car in at 8:00 am hadnt heard a word about it at 3:30 pm so we called to check and they said it would be ready by 4:00 pm, so much for 3 hours!!! So we headed there and got there at 4:01, we finally got the car back at 5:30pm!!!! My husband, my father-in-law and my self all had been inside to find out what the problem was!!!Not one single person apologized or even acted like they cared!! Worst customer service ever!!!!! Oh the guy that printed out our paperwork told us they changed the oil and rotated the tires for free!!! I just laughed an said it was supposed to be free because we bought it brand new !!!! WOW Galena get your act together!!!! This is The 2nd new car weve bought from them in the last 2 years and this is how they treat their customers so maybe when its time to trade up well be looking around somewhere else!!!
I have never been more poorly treated at a place of business than I was today at the Galeana service department. I arrived stating that I had made an appointment at 11:10am for a full point inspection and a tire rotation. I was told there are no appointments, it is first come first service, and they close at 12 (even though online says 6) so I asked, “Why was I able to make an appointment online then?” Mind you, my appointment was made 2 weeks in advanced, I took off work to be there today. My question was answered with, “I don’t know.” The man then seemed to have no idea what a full point inspection was... just because I didn’t call it a multi-point inspection... I think he should’ve known what I meant. No one behind the front counter seemed to care at all that I made an appointment, no one tried to figure out the issue, no one tried to come up with a solution. One of the service men came out at the end and tried to fix what he could. He confirmed a tire rotation and then I asked if they could balance my tires too... he then said I would need an appointment for that... (like the one I had already made that wasn’t being honored) I appreciated his efforts, at that point it was too late, I will never bring my business back to Galeana.
Ive taken my Kia here for services a couple of times before, and everything has always been amazing, up until this Thursday. Everyone is always nice and repairs are completed when they say they will be done. Earlier in the week, my mom was following me somewhere in her car and said she noticed my brake lights were out. My appointment was in 2 days, so I decided to park my car until then and have the lights looked at during my appointment. We both got into my car and pumped the brakes and saw no lights coming on. She followed me to my Thursday appointment to get new brake pads, and said still no brake lights. When I pulled in to the Kia service department that morning, the guy said the lights were working. We insisted they were not, and they said they would check again to be sure. Service on brake pads was completed in a timely manner. As I was leaving, my mom said she still didnt see my lights working and I figured it was just sunny and we couldnt see well, because theres NO WAY a mechanic at a dealership would lie about something that important, right? I drove all the way home, and drove all through town the next day running errands. I noticed my cars reflection in glass windows and saw no brake lights. I backed into my driveway at home so I could see the reflection in the glass doors. No brake lights. This morning I took my car to an oil change place she said yep, no brake lights! and replaced them right there. She held up the old bulbs for us to see and they were so black and burnt out that it looked like they had been set on fire. My disappointment is indescribable. I have a difficult time believing that not a single person who works on cars all day for a living didnt notice there were no functioning brake lights, especially after they assured us they would check them again. The only conclusion I can draw from this is that they straight LIED, but what was the point? This is a HUGE safety issue. Its not like they lied about my radio not working. I use my car for delivering goods and I cannot be out driving around with no functioning brake lights. They had us thinking we were crazy. My mom and I are not new drivers...we know what brake lights look like on a car when they come on and they had us thinking we were seeing things. I am often by myself when Im with my car, so I have to rely on people like mechanics to let me know if something is wrong behind my car that I normally cant see while operating the vehicle. I am horrified I was driving around like that and Im so fortunate I didnt get rear-ended in the awful Columbia traffic. I will NEVER trust this service department again, not even for a recall repair.

To share witness and loss of substantial capital in contract with Galeana Chrysler MOPAR Performance.I have been building a street rod for several years. In 2014, I purchased a Viper Engine and Transmission combination from Frog Jones at Galeana. At the time of purchase Frog informed me that this MOPAR performance package consisted of a GEN 3 Viper Engine with Forged internals from Arrow Racing, that would except Forced induction based on the way it was built. I did share with Frog that I had just started a custom build project and would not be able to fit in the warranty period provided, Frog assured me that if anything went wrong he would stand behind the performance package. Unfortunately, the build has taken six years for body work, paint, chassis, suspension, interior etc. During this build period I had been in contact with Frog on numerous occasions with inquires for tuning guidance and pictures shared of project progress.On July 20, 2021, the project was assembled and ready to start the engine which had been sitting in its storage box for six years. The fire up went great and fired right away, oil pressure was perfect, it sounded fantastic, cooling system running well, fuel pressure all good. Then after about five minutes sitting at idle not engaged to drive the engine shut off and would not restart. Pulled the valve covers and found bent lifter push rods, then pulled the front plate off the engine to find the cam cover had sheared the bolts and alignment pin off. I sent Frog pictures and inquiry as to any history or known cause of this type of failure on a new engine. Frog stated on the phone “no” he was not aware of such a failure in the past and stated I was past my warranty period.The pictures I sent Frog via email on 7-21-2021, showing the cam plate damage, was not answered with any concern, so I called Frog today 8-16-2021, to share the findings of failure. The engine was taken to a renowned Viper performance shop in California. The cause was linked to a metal shaving in journal #6 which starved oil to the cam, seized the cam, bent numerous push rods and valves. After further analysis of the build reveling stock internal parts not the claimed forged parts in the rotation assembly. Also consisting of stock springs, lifters, pushrods, valves, piston rods, pistons, over bored cylinders past standard tolerances, and metal shavings in various areas of the engine block. To remove the cam, it had to be hammered out of its seized position, which ruined the block.To tally, letting go of a new 16k engine that was void of any care in assembly, fraud in the claim of performance forged parts in the build, impacted the current construction process to pull the engine out of the car, and a complete analysis to the note of another 5k, in costs. Now with no confidence in the Engine I find it prudent to pull the new Galeana MOPAR performance transmission out of the car and send to analysis which will be quite costly to take apart and test for any possible failure of this subject component before engaging a load demand.To remedy a custom car build with a totaled-out junk Viper engine that the chassis, engine bay, cooling system, component support system etc. was engineered and built for, I had to commission a new Viper engine build. Galeana Chrysler MOPAR performance was not selected to build the new Viper engine for my custom car.Lesson learned, do not purchase performance components or engines from Galeana Chrysler MOPAR Performance.
We bought a 2018 infinity from galeana, had a piece come off mirror come off within 2 wks of purchase. The sales team, says its not under warranty. So its not there problem. Well Im hear to tell u, this place lies. We bought 2 other vehicles over the yrs. Every time its been a nightmare, from service department. To sales. This place is no good folks..spent a total of 108 k, they would kick me to the side over a 50$ part
Parts department was very poor service.i am a small collision shop in anderson s.c that called galena jeep parts department about hood for 2019 cherokee.the salesman (robert) took my order for parts and I was advised that they didnt deliver to my area.i told him I would send someone to pick up part and would pay debit.he quoted me a price and said was in stock .I payed for part assuming he was man of his word.i saw couple hrs later that part had been payed for so I called back to get invoice emailed to me.the salesman that answered my call asked who I had talked to because he couldnt find me in system .I told him I wasnt sure so he asked the other salesmen if they had talked to me.they all said no! Then he had to pull up batch on debit machine to find who had I talked to.which informed was (Robert) who said he hadnt.he informed me that he would email receipts and I thought all was well.hour later nothing so I called back and talked to Robert. He sends email they charged more than quoted .thats where calamity started 30 mins later they call back dont have the parts I ordered and payed for!!!!! All I got was Im sorry. Sad way to do business. Very disappointing .its 6 days later and iv not received refund . I called Mrs Harmon as instructed .left a voice mail 4 days ago no reply.im not sure how they are 5 star dealership .iv been in business 14 yrs never had this kind of problems.no miscommunication I ordered they told me price and I got nothing
I have no clue how their rating is as high as it is. I had a terrible experience with them recently. I took my Kia Sportage in because the A/C isnt working. It took all day just to find out that I needed some new parts that were not in stock. I was told that I would receive a call when the parts were in. I never received any phone calls. I called and found out the part was in. I then asked when I could bring my car back in to have the part installed, and I was told Sept. was the earliest?! My appt. was on 6/8/21. I left a vm for a manager who never called me back. I already had an appt (that I had to wait a month for) and they were going to make me wait two more months to install the part they had to order! They also didnt tell me how much these parts would cost. Over $700!! So now I have some really expensive parts and my A/C is still not working. I am taking it somewhere else, obviously. The service and part dept. seem to be completely clueless about what is going on and dont talk to each other. They are unorganized and dont call you when they say they will. Lastly; who makes someone wait two months to install a part?? Save your self some time and dont take your car here.

We bought a 2013 Kia Sorento from Galeana. We also have a 2013 Kia Optima we bought from Carmax. We had to take the Optima in to them for a recall. It has been there 2 weeks without even being looked at. We have asked for a loaner car or rental. All we are told is we have to rent something and Kia will reimburse us. Well we cant afford to do that up front and wait who knows how long for reimbursement!!! I will never go to Galeana for anything again. The customer service is the worst. When we have had anything done at Carmax they have always told us to pick out a rental and they will take care of it. We have been trying to shuffle everyone to their jobs, school and activities with one car. We have bought 4 cars from Carmax and will stick with them from now on. If our Kia ever need recalls done again I will go somewhere else.
Courteous, professional, and quick oil change service. I also love Jersey and Paul (they both sold me Kia Souls and they are excellent). I have had amazing experiences at Galeana overall. And Paul called me at my 1 year Kia Soul anniversary which was awesome.

Craig Smalls is a excellent salesman. He let me drive the vehicle to another county to be inspected by my cousin before purchasing. He picked me up from Enterprise. He loaned me one of their vehicles to drive for few days.He filled my tank before leaving. He didnt pressure me to buy. Their GAP and extra coverage is too expensive, its best to get approved through a credit union first. I got my vehicle refinanced through my credit union.

Took my car here and dropped it off. It took 2 weeks for me to get it back with the same problem. Paid over $600. They didnt even make sure my fluids were topped off. Also ended up with 2 big paint transfer scratches down the side of my car.

Wish I couldve giving them no stars. The worse customer service ever. Hardly ever answer the phone, and when they did all types of attitude. Had my kia for 2 weeks and didnt even bother it. Then another 2 weeks supposedly trying to troubleshoot a problem. Been trying to contact them about it with no answer. Ill never buy a kia again. I see why they offer a life time warranty because itll take your whole trying to get them to fix it.

While getting my oil changed at the express service center I saw an older women come in for an oil change and ask about a replacement battery for her Kia. The service rep Antonio started calling down to the Kia dealership immediately to price the battery for the customer. After pricing the battery the service rep informed the customer of the price including a $40 service charge. He then begin to ask the customer why she felt she needed this battery. She mentioned a battery that was just old (
No nonsense sales. I ordered the vehicle I wanted and Bobby kept me advised the whole way on its status. He was quite patient answering all my questions. The dealership gave me a fair great price for my new vehicle and my trade-in. Great experience all the way around. Very pleased.
5 star experience - we found a vehicle on the internet, inquired and bought it the same day. The transaction was flawless. Our salesperson (Gates) quickly responded to our questions, worked with us on the negotiation, suggested steps to expediate the process (send some information in advance) and had forms preloaded and ready to sign upon our arrival, pending an inspection and test drive. The time it took the sales manager to create the final paperwork was a bit slow but otherwise perfect. Highly recommend.
I found my dream Jeep online and was contacted almost immediately after submitting an inquiry. I worked with Don and Steve and they surpassed every (already high) expectation I had. Don was incredibly personable, attentive, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the car of my dreams. Both himself and Steve were courteous and displayed levels of attention to detail and professional conduct that showcase the level of service youll find at the Galeana dealership.
Test drive was efficient enough, salesman was friendly. But zero points for pricing. Used car was just a few thousand less than a brand new one. Offered us $10,000 less than blue book on our 3 year old car, saying they dont go by blue book. Maybe not, but the offer was ridiculous. Car competition is fierce, look elsewhere for a fair deal.

Bobby Blankenship at Galeana exceeded all of my expectations when it came to my wants, needs, budget, and even test driving multiple vehicles while having so much patience with me! My car was sent here after I was in a wreck back in March 2021. After months of lack of communication and ignored calls and messages, they are still have not fixed our car and returned it to us. (Mind you, it’s late June now- meaning it’s been multiple months.) Had they cared to correspond with us as to what was going on throughout the course of these months, it would be a different story. However, after multiple ignored calls and unanswered questions, they are receiving a negative review from myself.
These guys made buying my new 2021 Soul completely stress free. No high pressure sales pitch and hurry before the deal is gone scare tactics. In fact, Austin patiently addressed each of my questions with clear and informative answers even suggesting possible alternatives that made no promise of him making a sale. I walked in completely prepared to leave the exact same way and am beyond happy to be behind ⁷the wheel instead. Thank you!

I wasnt able to be seen for a bad leak around my transmission by appointment for 26 days...yes 26. Had I simply dropped it off, they might get to it in a couple of weeks I took it to another local chain, they found out it was the pan and had me in and out in 2.5 hours. Is there that much of a mechanic shortage, or just at Galeana in particular?

Ive been bringing my 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser here for service since 2011. Overall its been a pleasant experience but when I picked up the vehicle this evening this Post-It note was on my keys. While my last name spelled wrong the loser comment is rude and unprofessional. I am very disappointed.UPDATE 3/16/21:While someone from Galeana commented below and asked me to reach out to them I feel that as the customer I should not have to be the one to reach out. My name is listed on the review as is the year make and model of my vehicle. You can easily look me up in your system and contact me. This response is also disappointing.
I will start out by saying that I am not afraid to admit when I hey Im wrong I recently posted a one-star review due to an issue I thought I had with the service department however Im changing it to a five star review because it was a miscommunication on my part and they are fantastic to work with and I would truly highly recommend anyone going to the dealership or the service department
Communication was fair, but I never got any information on the interior. I talked with the salesman and told him I would be there after 11. I arrived around 11:45 to find out they sold the car 10 minutes before I arrived. I had been in contact for 4 days trying to buy this car. The car was still on their website until the next day. I will take my business elsewhere.

Bought 2 cars from here both experiences were absolutely amazing. Salesman john porter walked around the lot with me in the cold for about an hour or so and showed me everything till I was satisfied. Great service great people.
I can’t say enough great things about this dealership! DJ was the most helpful, genuine, knowledgeable, easygoing salesman ever. After trying MANY dealerships over a weeks time, it took DJ literally 2 hours of talking to sell me the car I was searching for at the most reasonable price. This place takes such good care of their customers. He took his time to show me ALL of the features of my new K5 and even shined my car up for me before I left. He answered any questions I had at any point and even came in on his day off so I could pick up my car earlier than expected and so much more. If you’re looking for a Kia, please give this man your business, he deserves it!
Over 2 weeks ago I talked to a service rep about an issue I was having with my Renegade and was told my Mopar Maximum Care warranty should cover it, so I set up an appointment to drop my car off Wednesday afternoon so it could be worked on next day Thursday. Car was dropped off around 4pm and got a text at 4:58pm Wednesday asking me to confirm the $80 diagnostics charge which I agreed to. I sent a text on Thursday at 1:35pm asking for an update with my car and never received a response, and at 4:43pm I ended up calling to get an update and was told nothing had been done with my car and wont be until tomorrow. On Friday, at 2pm and 2:02pm I received texts from 2 different numbers stating it will cost $553.96 to fix my car. I replied to both texts asking about my warranty and no reply from either number-I should only be paying the $100 warranty deductible. I tried calling both numbers from the texts, no response/got voicemail. So I called the main line and was put on hold for a while and then the call disconnected. I tried calling a little later and got a message saying that they were closed. So on Saturday I called both numbers from the texts, left voicemails on both. Then called the main number at 8:52am-a guy answered that couldnt help me, told me that only 1 service rep was in and was currently busy so I gave him my number and was told I would get a call back. Well guess what? Never got a call back. I called back again at 12:02pm just to get the message that they were closed. This has so far been a horrible experience. When I dropped my car off Wednesday afternoon I was under the impression that I would get it back Thursday. I didnt expect to be without my car for longer than a day, now I dont have my car through the weekend, and not being able to reach someone that could help me is really frustrating.Update: Its now Monday afternoon and they still havent reached out to me. At 12:26pm texted both numbers to see if my warranty is going to cover this. Not able to call them since Im at work. Lets see if I get a response.Update 2: Got a text response at 1:47pm telling me the warranty isnt going to cover it since the part that needs to be replaced is broken. I told them about the broken piece over the phone before making my appointment and told them again when dropping my car off Wednesday. I didnt break it, figured the plastic got brittle or something and that caused it to break. If the warranty isnt going to cover it because its broken, I shouldve been told over the phone when I mentioned it. This has been a total waste of my time and caused me to be without a car for 5 days.Update 3: Was told if I pay for the part theyd take care of labor. Part with taxes/shop fee is $391.52. Im glad they offered something, but still upset that warranty isnt covering it and Im paying a bit more than expected. Went ahead and agreed for them to fix it, but Im the future Im definitely not coming back to this dealership for repairs. Hopefully Ill have my car back tomorrow.Update 4: Sent a text at 11:53am asking when my car would be ready and got a text at 12:03pm letting me know it was and that it was $20 less at $371.52. Arrived there at 2pm, paid for my car and left. Glad to put this behind me. For the remainder of my warranty Ill be visiting JTs off Sunset from now on.
I took Kailas advice and asked for Gates. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I came from Myrtle Beach (a 2 hour drive), and by the time I got there, we pretty much had all the numbers worked out and all I had to do was sign the paperwork and Gates set up my UVO details and bluetooth and I was on my way home. I will recommend him and Galeana Kia to any of my friends and family that are looking for a new car.

We just recently bought a Jeep Compass from Galeana. Our salesperson was Cliff Lewis and he was amazing to work with! We had spoken with him prior to seeing the vehicle (we were driving from Charlotte). As soon as we arrived we had several employees approach us asking if we were being helped (while we waited for Cliff, he was getting the vehicle ready). They were genuinely nice and wanted to make sure we were being helped, they were not vultures as you see at some dealerships. Cliff was so nice and extremely helpful and he did not pressure us at all. He answered all of our questions and gave us some time to talk it over. It was a great experience. The finance manager, Dale Wolan, was beyond helpful and went out of his way to help and make the paper process quick and easy. Overall it was a great experience and super easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we never felt pressured or hurried it was pleasant and easy. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them if the opportunity arises.
I have spoken to several different sales reps at several dealerships. I knew what I wanted but didn’t appreciate the “pushy, stereotypical” feel I was getting. When I called Galeana Chrysler & got Jersey Jeff on the phone, I knew I had a guy I could work with. He listen to what I wanted & worked hard to give me that plus bells & whistles I did know know were available. I had been looking for 2 months & made a deal with him within in hours from our 1st conversation. It was an hours drive from where I like & well worth the experience. Thanks Jersey Jeff!
