I went online seeking insurance for my house and a gentleman name Chris call me asking all type of questions regarding my property. Using a nasty tone. Telling me what I should do and shouldnt do. You are trying to get customers not to repel them away from your company. You need to be trained in customer service and learn how to ask proper questions where you want irritate customers and try to win customers not passing judgement.You probably would have gotten a customer if you werent so nasty and rude .
