I switched my 3 vehicles and home owners insurance to this company/branch in July. I regret it,Every 2 weeks or so its been a dilemma or change a mistake or something. Reach out to them via email no response, call and leave voice mails,no response. The customer service at this branch is piss poor. I do not recommend going to them,at all.

I went through Megan O’Connell of State Farm for two years. In the last year my monthly payment was increasing every single month. When it reached $300 a month I finally switched to progressive and now I don’t have to constantly try to get in touch with someone who is always “in meetings”! And believe it or not my monthly payment hasn’t changed this entire time! I consider this agent fraudulent and too busy to give quality service to their customers. Take my word for it.... just go with progressive! I’m saving so much of my money and time.

It started with an online quote for home insurance. Thats it. Just an online quote. Then they called me to ask the same questions Id answered online, giving me the same quote Id received earlier. And throughout the conversation with the guy I was speaking with, I was entirely clear with that all I wanted was a quote, as I was shopping around. I reiterated that point several times.Then they called my lender to claim I requested their coverage. Once I called them back to tell them I was going to go with USAA, they acknowledged... only to send me a bill the next month.Having spoken with them again, they had claimed to have cleared it... only to have them reach back out to see when I was going to pay them. As in, even though they knew I had declined the insurance, they acted as though I owed them money and the implication that I would face consequences if I didnt pay.After going out of my way to remedy that, I find out they had registered with the mortgage agency, who was obviously confused as to who was providing my insurance. They had to reach out to me because Id canceled State Farms insurance. Literally months later, Im still feeling the aftershock of asking for a simple quote online. This is worse than spam. Given that this could very well have forced me into serious hardship, this practice should be illegal.

NOT GOOD THEY WAS NO HELP NOR DID AND INVESTIGATION ON THE INCEDENT ....

I always have issues with this office. My rates keep going up while I have no changes to my credit,income, or resident. When I questioned the rate change, the rep couldnt explain instead she rushed me of the phone. When I call to speak with Megan in reference to my policy, shes never available ( they have caller ID) and she doesnt bother to call me back. I had to email her SEVERAL times before getting a response. I had a no fault accident ( I was got in the back)in NY in 2017 and the laws in NY requires the insured insurance pays ...I think they are holding this against me although they arent supposed to. Corporate America!!!
