Ive used Adams Eaddy for several years. While I rarely need to file a claim, when it happens, they process them very quickly and fairly. I recently had some change-of-life events. Aweful customer service. Ive known the people here for 20 plus years. I own an HVAC company in Columbia. I just could not believe the way that they operated my account. If you want to get dropped by your insurance...go here. Ive used 2 agents here Andy and Paul. I didnt know Andy but Ive known Paul for years. Both let me down and almost cost my company a considerable amount of money. I definitely expected better. I went up the street to someone else after they wrote mymcompany with a company who dropped me quickly after my premium was collected. Yesterday I found out my General liability was going to be cancelled Monday for not paying on an adjustment 228.00. I expected better.
