Not In good hands with allstate! Cancelled my policy after being left on the side of the road with 3 kids and our dog in below freezing temps, a tow was not initiated for nearly 8 hrs after the breakdown, only to be told due to covid they could only pick 1 of us up and that my kids and dog wo u ld have to find another way! It was 330 pm Feb 18 when we broke down! Tow arrived next day at 930 am to the hotel New Mexico state Police had to bring us to, because allstate roadside assistance wasnt trying to assist anyone they pretty much left me and my family to fend for ourselves on a highway 15 miles from town or services, no taxis uber or left the delay in tow cost us 5 days in hotel fees an additional expenses and t I me off work, all I requested was reimbursement for hotel and they low balled the final bill paying out an insulting $200 over a month after incident! We were lied to by multiple reps and hung up during tow request. Worst insurance company ever!

The website is so easy to get around. Everything you need is readily available with a simple click. The rewards are a definite plus. Signing up for insurance coverage was simple and quick. When I first signed up the agent explained everything and was easy to talk with. If I had to do it all over again I definitely would.

Well, since I got the wonderful email to ask for a review, I will be truthful here. Three accidents and a house claim and I have only spoken directly to him once. In no situation did anyone ever check in to see how we were up until I filed a complaint with AllState. The latest home claim has been a nightmare. Every last thing was an argument between the claims rep and the inspector quoting the job. I asked Dant to get involved and still heard nothing. After my third email (cc’ing) the entire team, they responded and said he tried to call, yet neither my wife nor I had a call from them or any voicemails. I asked them why he wouldn’t have left a voicemail if he did try and also asked them to look into their call log to see if he attempted (it’s a national company- everything is tracked); we never heard a reply.All this to note- they refused to cover the repairs. I had to sign a settlement to get a partial payment from them and still had to spend $5000 out of pocket to repair what should have been covered by our home insurance policy.Some of this is All State in general, however I do not appreciate or respect anything about the companies customer service. They put on a fake persona all up until you need help. Dant Allison puts a bad name to Allstate (which doesn’t have a great name to begin with). I can go on further, however I think the point and review is demonstrated above.
