I have lived there for 2 years and Ms. Simone and Cindy and Ashley are doing a great job with the property and they have fantastic customer service skills. I had very few problems there but when I needed maintenance they were there. I love the property and the community is great. If I ever need another 2 bedroom I will definitely be back there!!
I moved into the Greens @ Columbia this past September 2020. I didn’t have many maintenance issues, but if I did. They were handled in a timely manner. I was worried of the noise level of neighbors since this was my first time living in an apartment unit. But had no complaints on noise level. Neighbors are friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Trash gets a little packed at times but once picked up, everything is clean again. My apartment I will miss! It was spacious and nothing really bothered me except water pressure was a little lighter than my preference. I had to move due to a lay off but the management team worked with to help with an easy transition. I would have stayed if I was going to remain in the area
Nice apartments and nice staff, but the noise level is insane. The office wants you to “call them when the noise is occurring” but either don’t pick up, or the noise is happening in the middle of the night. Had to take down some things on my walls because they literally shake from whatever is going on above me. Maybe if you move in you’ll get lucky and have different neighbors.
Daniel in the leasing center is approachable yet professional. He is very hands on with any questions or concerns. One of the main reasons we chose this community. Thank you Daniel!
Expensive. Decent. No pests at all. Complex always looks good and clean. Leasing office staff is better and kind.
I have scheduled a visit to look at The apartment demo . When I arrived 6/27/2017 the leasing specialist seem to be not really interested in telling me about the apartment and features or options that the complex had to offer . She had an attitude, that I was even there . She took me to see a open vacant 2 bedroom and didnt really speak or turn on lights . I didnt get a chance to see the pool, the apartment smell like smoke . I asked questions about pest She stated that if I was to get one then pest control will come out and take care of it. The customer service was poor and I will continue to look for my new apartment home in other areas of Columbia.
Just moved in...roomier than my TH...nice spacious layout...nice size kitchen for an apt...quieter than my TH as well...loving it...also mgmt staff is great!
Lived here for a month and so far so good. The grounds are well kept and clean, the apartment I am in is nice for the money and was also very clean. Havent had noise issues or any bugs or anything of the sort. Kitchen in my unit is small, but manageable. The bathroom has a nice tile shower, and the kitchen floor is also tile which is awesome for cleaning. I will update this with anything else once Ive been here longer, but I am quite happy for now. Oh yeah, the parking is unassigned, so its free and kinda limited, but Ive never ran out of spots, but that could be a concern during holidays and such with family visiting.Update: I knocked off a star because the leasing office started playing games with me. Some busybody decided to report me for being loud in the parking lot when i was trying to fix an issue that i deemed to be an important emergency. They reported one of my cars had no tag on it also, and then the property management threatened to tow all 4 of my vehicles based on this. Yes, my one vehicle has no tag as I had just recently, as of 2 1/2 weeks ago, purchased it. I was on vacation for 10 of those days and had no means to go to the MVA to get it tagged. Well yesterday i ended up having to take off of work just to go there and get that done so I wouldnt be towed. They also pinged me for a motorcycle that had expired temp tags that I havent gotten converted to full tags, again for the same reason, but also because it took the dealer 2 weeks to get it back to me. i didnt have any recourse to get tags without fixing the issues they found, so I had no alternative but to let it sit there until I could get parts for it. The management has been great up until this point, and I am not really a troublesome tenant, at least according to my other apartments/houses ive rented in the past, but I hope this isnt a sign of things to come with this place. A little empathy, and decorum would have gone a long way with me. Simply working with me and saying, Okay, we wont tow you since you have parts on the way for it and have just gotten back from vacation, but please get it resolved ASAP. not Get it done by tomorrow or else...Update #2: New management took over and theyre a lot better than the last management company. While they do more, theyre more relaxed about certain things I mentioned above in my last update. They take better care of the grounds, they didnt fire the old staff when they came in, and our rent went up a normal amount. Id say this place is definitely worth a look, after having stayed here over 2 years, I can still say this. Just glad a new company has taken over.
Nice pool, grounds! Thumbs up.
Beautiful spacious apartments close to everything imaginable.
Save yourself the frustration and look for other accommodations!
