Called them to check on my ac unit constantly running said it need replaced was getting old. So called my insurance to see if my policy covered it and it did so I called back and said they needed a written estimate. Been waiting 4 days now. talked to them on the phone again they said Ill get it to you tonight. Well that didnt happen. Either. Ill be using another company from now on.

Jared initially came out to look at a mini spilt install and said he could do it with a couple days of notice. He even came out and looked at the job. Once I had the electric ready for the install, I started to contact him. After repeated text messages and phone conversations, he kept saying he would get back with me to schedule the installation. After a week of trying to hammer down a date, I finally gave up on this company. The lack of response was somewhat unprofessional and totally disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of communication on their part. The owner had explained to me that he was out of town due to a family matter. He said he would contact me the Thursday he returned. I waited Thursday, and Friday but no call. I tried calling and texting but got no response. All I needed was a quick text saying he was unable to help me at this time.

Jared is really professional, he was on time, and wore boot covers to keep my carpets clean. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I was very worried that I would have to buy a new one. He showed me the problem and explained in detail what went wrong. The cooling fan for the pump stopped working causing the pump to overheat. He installed a new fan motor and it working like new.
