Our technician was very good, professional and courteous. Diagnostic task and repair job were completed quickly and he cleaned up behind himself and took all trash with him.I do think the cost a bit excessive and felt I was kinda roped in to the repair because of the diagnostic fee. Replaced controller for 1 element and total was at least 50% of the price for a new stove. One more element and I could buy a brand new stove. Another failure will lead to replacement instead of a repair.
The tech was very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure everything was working correctly and was so professional.
My air went out on April 4 2021, several appointments was made, parts ordered still no resolution the service was then turn over to a local company that Sears contract with he was very unprofessional and lack communication skills I had to keep calling him about the parts order and questions about what was being done next finally, after several phone calls and complaints my service was finally completed today five months later. I dont recommend the Sears warranty to anyone at least the HVAC service.
I have carried a Sears warranty on my appliances for nine years. My refrigerator went out and they could not send a technician for 9 nine days. Took off work and waited. No one showed nor did they call. They have now rescheduled for three days later. Will see what happens. Avoid the home warranties services. Your better off going somewhere else. I am
Friendly, professional, and provided info to talk to Jeffers McGill about getting replacement dishwasher.
My refrigerator was NOT REPAIRED! The tech was a very nice man who, upon arrival asked me some questions, opened the freezer and said yep its your ____________. My choice was a $550.00 repair, or $400. Plus if I purchased an appliance service warranty. Then he told me it would take approximately 2 - 3 weeks for the part to come in. HE THEN SAID, the service warranty would be a good way to go in case there were other problems in addition to his diagnosed fix. As a 70 year old retiree, I feel that I was taken advantage of. I booked all of this on line and could have answered the same questions while sitting at my computer. I will NEVER use, nor will I recommend your company in the future. By the way, I purchased a new refrigerator later that same day to be delivered on April, 1 2021. As for the 2 - 3 week wait for the part, my refrigerator quit working on Sunday March 28, 2021.
I have a Sears Home Warranty d/b/a Cinch Home Services. I used it to place a claim for my Kenmore Elite refrigerator on 9/30/20. It is now 12/1/2020, Ive paid a total of $200 in service fees, and my refrigerator is still completely inoperable. This repair order began on 9/30/20, when my water dispenser went out. I paid $100 service fee as required for the repair. On 10/02/20, the tech came and ordered the parts for the repair. While waiting (2-3 days) for the dispenser parts, the refrigerator died completely. I called SEARS Repair to update the status and ask for the repair person to return. Instead, they told me the dispenser part wasnt covered by the warranty and I would need to pay out of pocket for the part. I refused to pay for the part, when the refrigerator is completely inoperable. I asked the rep to send the tech back and have him diagnose the problem to determine if the refrigerator is repairable. The customer service rep, said no and closed out the repair order. He said I would have to submit a new claim, pay another service fee and schedule a new appointment for the total break down.I paid another $100 service fee and scheduled a new appointment. On 10/14/20, a new repair tech came, ordered seven parts for my refrigerator and provided me a receipt for the part order. By 11/5/20, I received all of the ordered parts. I called SEARS to reschedule the tech to return to complete the repair. I was told all of the parts had not been received according to their system. I told them I had tracking numbers for each of the parts, so they could verify the receipt. After several attempts to get their system updated, I finally got an appointment for 11/18/20. However, the SEARS Repair tech never called, and never showed up for the appointment. When I called to determine why the tech didnt show up, I was told the parts were no longer available for my refrigerator (despite them being in garage). I was also told I would have to accept a contract buyout of $600, for my $3K refrigerator and find my own repair person, because SEARS wasnt going to make the repair. SEARS refused to refund my service fees, despite not completing the repair. The customer service reps read from a script, do not apply common sense, and refuse to get a manager when I request one. They were terribly rude and unhelpful. As one could imagine, I was livid. Without warning, or an acceptable explanation, SEARS abandoned my repair job. I was left with a broken refrigerator, parts for a broken refrigerator, and the holidays are here. Now I have the task of vetting an appliance repair company in the middle of a pandemic or going out to purchase a new refrigerator for far more than $600. I angrily accepted the buyout, as I didnt have a choice, and asked that they cancel my warranty. On 11/23/20, I ended my home warranty contract with SEARS, at which time they told me I would not receive the $600 buyout and they would charge me $219 for terminating my contract early. That didnt change my decision to cancel. I told them I would forfeit the $600 and to bill me the $219. Ultimately, I purchased a new refrigerator.I emailed my concerns to SEARS Home Warrantys corporate office. On 11/25/20, I received a telephonic response from a case manager with SEARS Repair. I explained to her the problems Id experienced with this repair order. She said she was embarrassed by my experience and would work to get the issue resolved by elevating it to her superiors. I have not received any follow up from her, nor have I received any offers for resolution.I would advise anyone considering a home warranty to steer clear of SEARS Home Warranty and SEARS Repair. Ive had the warranty for four years and never had an experience quite like this. Its shameful.
We were really unhappy with this order. We were charged for parts that were never delivered. It took many calls and long waits to get any answers. We are still waiting for an answer on a refund. The main part missing was a dryer heating elements. We waited for more than a month. Cancelled the order. Was able to get the part from a local company in 24 hours and the dryer was repaired in two days. Doubt that I will ever do business with Sears again.
Our refrigerator seemed to slowly be loosing cooling capacity over several days & ice maker quit working. The service technician came and cleaned the coils and added refrigerant. He said that it was working better as he left. The next day the refrigerator had zero cooling capacity.
Not even worth to time to tell you what happened. Good luck.
Do not hire this company, and the worst I have ever known, they have no responsibility, no commitment. I made an appointment for them I came to my house to fix a washer, I waited from 1:00 until 5:00 and they didnt even call me to say they wouldnt come. They treat customers very badly. I am very disappointed. I spent the day waiting and no one came.
3 visits and it still is not working. And now no available appointments to repair what they should have already repaired.
The two technicians were great. Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. However, a little frost is still forming inside the freezer. I will call to make another appointment for them to come out and recheck it. I hope we get the same technicians. I have always trusted Sears!!!
A technician came on July 20 advising double ovens needed repair so we paid on the same day and also purchased the warranty. ..the parts arrived on the 24th and on 29th, the tech came to repair the ovens..after 3 hours, he tells me the new parts arent working and that he has to re-order...so all of this time Im without an oven, patiently waiting for the parts to arrive. My gut today told me to call to get the status of the parts and to my surprise am disappointment, the new parts were never ordered..i was transferred 4 times, on hold forever, and finally told a new appt. has to b made for a tech to come out again which they set for another week out! Please save yourself the aggravation and money and read reviews before doing business with any company. Chris W. was nice when he came out but did not do as he promised.Well it’s October 7,2020 and there is still no resolve to my oven repair. My ovens have yet to be repaired, they keep telling me that parts need to be ordered each time a technician comes out, and I just feel like We are getting the run around at this point. I am calling home warranty to get a refund since we paid for the part and warranty for nothing.Let’s pray that they don’t give me a hard time. This is not acceptable.
I never did that it was the smurfs
Arrived on time and completed the service efficiently. Technician led off with a sales pitch for the Sears home repair insurance policy which was a bit off putting. Such policies are seldom worth the money. Given the age of our home however, the MTF for a number of covered items made it a reasonable purchase plus it cut the cost of the service in half.
Robert the repair person was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable regarding our refrigerator! Thank you Mr. Robert.PS: Please provide your repair staff with a direct line and a reliable computer. Unfortunately he had to contact another repair person to provide cost of the parts as he was not able to either contact the parts dept. by phone or connect using the computer provided to him. This caused much stress on both he and us as customers. And, it also caused a lengthy service call. One that should not have taken long if he was able to connect to the parts dept. (PS: Do to this we made a decision to purchase a new refrigerator from another source - not a Sears product. If Sears treats their repair staff this way, does Sears really care about their customers?)
Terrible service. I have had seven service calls at my home with this company to repair my Kenmore oven and not one technician has been able to repair the problem. Do not buy a Sears appliance or buy from the Sears local neighborhood store - which will not back up its warranty. We paid for an extended warranty and for the 35 months of the 36 month warranty, the oven has not worked. I am a baker and cannot bake a cake or cook a roast in this oven. The oven still fluctuates more than 40 degrees when I set it to bake. Sears Home Service has provided terrible service. They make a person who requests a service call wait ten days or more, then I have to wait for a part, then the part does not work, and then I have to wait for another service call . This company cannot repair my oven. And, the product for which I paid thousands of dollars was not worth a nickel as the oven has never worked. I have lost many hours of work while waiting for the service call - and, it has been all for nothing.
Jeremiah, our service technician, was an excellent diagnostician and fixer. He researched the symptoms before he got here, confirmed what he suspected, ordered the part and came back and fixed the washer! His gentle personality put me at ease. Its not a good day when my washer is not functioning! He is the best! He knows what hes doing and does it in a gentle manner! Thanks Jeremiah.
Sears is not inexpensive but the service provided is competitive. The technician arrived in timely manner. He was knoledgable and professional. My washer was repaired and even with a follow up for an issue of my own doing all went well. I would recommend.
I am very pleased with your service! All three Techs who came out were very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I thought the price for the part and labor was reasonable, too. I am so happy to have my washer working again!!
It went great just a power issue
Technician was very nice and professional. Diagnosed and fixed problem quickly. Was in my house no more than about 30 mins.$89 diagnostic fee.....no problem.$50 part fee.....no problem (got lucky)$240 labor fee......uh...WHAT????Absolutely ridiculous! Not the way to get any further business from me Sears! Even the technician agreed it was entirely too high. The stars I gave are only because the technician was nice and very good....otherwise...ZERO!
Technician #0615955 did a superlative job! I thought previous technicians did a good maintenance check, but this man was THOROUGH! He checked things that none of the others checked. He has restored my faith that at least one person at Sears takes pride in his work and does the job right!!
The problem I was having with my ice maker happened again 30 minutes after the technician left my home. I tried calling customer service and using the web chat, and no one could get a message to the technician. The only option was to schedule another service call and wait for another week. Not to mention that I waited on hold for nearly an hour. Very poor service.
The repairman was very courteous. I rate his service 5 stars but 0 stars for the time it took to make the repair. The repairman came to my house on October 31st and he came back to make the repair on November 30th. It took that long for the second of two parts to be shipped to me. The heating element which is a very common Kenmore part took 25 days to be shipped to me.
Serviceman was friendly and appeared competent. However, hos diagnosis of the non-functioning dishwasher was that the motor needed replacing, but not made anymore. Even if available, cost would be more than a new one. So we will be dishwasher-shopping.
Carlos and Stephen did a great job fixing our refrigerator.
Kurt always does great.
Representative was courteous and polite.Explained what he did and follow up needed.Repaired upright freezer. After Sears cancelled two appointments. The repair man that repaired the freezer was very very good, courteous, honest and knew his stuff.Thank youBessie Sanders-Gordon
I was given a window between 8am to 12pm. The first repair was at my house 15 minutes early and waited till 8am which I appreciated. He worked on refrigerator for a few minutes and tried to order a part but couldnt find it and called for another service man to come out. He came by about four hours later. He was able to find the parts in the computer system and ordered them. He cleaned the coils, checked thermostat, vacuumed near and on coil, adjusted the door and wheels. He was here about an hour. Both service men where very friendly and polite I just dont understand why the first man was not able to complete the job. I have already recieved the parts in the mail and placed them in the refrigerator.I always purchase the service contracts on anything I buy from Sears and have always had great experiences with their service personnel and replacement of parts.
I was very pleased that the Tech arrived early in the day of my all day appointment. He was very pleasant and fixed the issue w/ my washer quickly. I’d call them again in a heartbeat 💗!
Mr. C did a rush half PM on the furnace since he only looked at filter vents and outside unit. Never checked furnace unit inside. Kept changing time of arrival and then suggested I can reschedule for another time after having waited 6 hours already. Integrity can be shortsighted. Not a good representation of Sears values showed up that day.
James was the repairman that came to my house. On the first occasion he fixed my tractor and then cut a major portion of my yard (above and beyond the call of duty, orders parts that I needed came acknowledge the second time after he finished my tractor is running well. I say thank you James you deserve a pay raise
Repairman (John) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Fixed my dryer in a timely manner. Works fine now. He was able to come the next day after I called. Excellent!
Repairman was excellent - 5 stars. The telephone representatives to schedule repairs - the worst customer service/ support to date. I have all of my appliances covered by Sears Master Protection plan for over 10 years and I have never experienced what I just went through.Scheduled appointment Thursday for Monday am. No repairman Monday. Called Sears, no appointment in the books. Asked to speak with manager - representative hung up on me. Called back and asked for manager - representative hung up on me.Update - dishwasher is leaking again - Sears to return 9 days from today. It is only getting worse. Really unfortunate how the quality has deterioratedNever got to speak with manager - rescheduled for Thursday. Sent me to overflow company who called and told me they couldnt do Thursday (despite them taking the appointment). Finally got someone here Friday after calling in.Probably spent no less than 3 hours on the phone for this whole mess.Whatever has happened in Sears they need to go back to their service where it was 5 years ago.My protection plan (5 appliances - years) was not cheap. Should not receive cheap serviceVery disappointed.
The service tech arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. He also explained everything fully. No complaints here.👍
The gentleman that came to repair my dryer was very efficient. My laundry room is outside and in a tight squeeze, but he didnt act like it bothered him to have to deal with it. He was friendly and very professional. I am sooo glad to have my dryer back!!!! Thank you so much!!!
I had a good experience with my call to Sears Appliance Repair (long hold time), however, thats where the good experience ended. I was handed off to Appliance Professionals and they were rude and inefficient. Still having problems with washer and dryer. Have always loved Sears appliances and never had an issue with their warranty work until Appliance Professionals. Avoid them if you can; as I said, rude and they dont have a clue about what they are doing other than insulting the intelligence of the homeowner.
Completely satisfied with all the work......... notified in advance ........ work was done very timely....... courteous tech........ 7/3 ice makermade ice briefly....... froze again....... has been out 3 wks....... anotherappointment for 7/6........... replaced ice maker and it is working now..... will watch and monitor...... very friendly tech......
The technician did a great job. As for Sears and their rates....I paid almost $300 to replace a small plastic hose. No wonder their stores are closing. Keep those rates up and nobody will shop at Sears. Im retired military and always used Sears in the past for the ease of service. Now as I said, their rates are RIDICULOUS!!! Find somebody local folks! It will probably be cheaper!!
I waited 3 weeks for my washer and dryer to get repaired when it could have been a few days. However, the call center did a very poor job relating details that I had given, including an accurate model number. The same agent on the phone failed to give directions to my house. Even the repairman said that the call center does a poor job taking and relating information. What is Sears going to do??? Plus, the piece that was replaced in my dryer is already having problems.
The most professional service tech I have ever come in contact with. His introduction, explanation of the problem and how to fix the problem along with the cost was outstanding. He is a great example of what a professional service tech should be. If there was a need for a repair in the future, I sure hope I get John #1842.
The technician did a very good job fixing the refrigerator. The service provided was better than expected and I know Sears do a great job!
We ordered a new glass cook top for our stove in January. The top wasnt covered in the Sears protection plan that we purchased. After we purchased the cook top it wasnt delivered until the the beginning of March. We went without a stove for two months. Every time I contacted Sears I was told there was nothing they could do. No wonder Sears is going under.
Refrigerator not cooling enough. My appointment was in 7 days. Service Tech did a good job on one issue, cleaned drain and coils but did not stay long enough to verify that he fixed my refrigerator cooling problem. On site for 1 1/2 hours. Called next morning when I was sure it was not lowering temperature enough freezer only cools to 50 deg. F. The refrigeration side only to 58 and the soonest a Tech could come back was in 20 days. I will find another company that will help me sooner.
I have nothing to say but GREAT things about the repair of my Electrolux Microwave oven. The Sears repairmen who visited my home were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable.I would recommend Sears repair services to anyone, and do so whenever asked!
The technician was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. His work was quite satisfactory. BUT the wait from September 6 until September 23 to get a lawn mower repaired is entirely unsatisfactory! Scheduling is the responsibility of Sears. Unsatisfactory. I will not purchase another expensive Sears product.
We contacted Sears Home Services to repair our GE wall oven. The tech ordered the part needed from our home, gave us an estimate and we wrote a check that day. The check was processed by Sears within two days. A month later we still do not have the part needed for the repair. The company cannot tell us when the part will be available. After multiple phone calls with the Sears Home Appliance Repair call center in the Phillipines we have received no answers about the availability of the part and no call backs from the parts center when we’ve been told a call back would be made within 24-48 hours.Be aware that Sears will process your check before the part is received and the repair performed, which is not standard business practice. Dealing with the overseas call center is worthless since you receive only prepared answers which don’t fit your situation.Do not use this service. We are planning to file a consumer complaint against Sear Appliance Repair with the S.C. Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.
I have had Sears do maintenance checks on my two HVAC units over the last several years and I am very pleased with the service Sears offers. The price is reasonable and I get a full report on my units in writing. In the past I have purchased a HVAC unit and was pleased with that experience too. I recommend Sears readily.
Representative called prior to arrival and completed the inspection, no problems were found. Said tech was very professional. Thanks to Sears for the continued outstanding support.Bob McKenzie
Tech came to diagnose a problem with freezer of Kenmore Elite Refrigerator...repair estimates were approximately 60% of the cost of a new appliance. The tech informed me that I had time to consider purchasing new appliance or completing repairs due to the high cost...when i called to schedule repairs I was told I would have to pay another $89.00 service call fee to diagnose the problem since I did not agree with previous estimate. What a joke...
I scheduled a repair for my treadmill. The tech called and was 2 hrs away at 2pm on Friday. He told me it would be $500 plus $99 service fee before even looking at the equipment. I think he was ready to start his weekend. Very unprofessional
He did a good job once he got here, but this was the third time the appointment had been scheduled. The first time we waited all day and didnt hear from him until 4:30 PM that he wasnt going to make it. Its hard to rearrange so many days to make sure someone was home.
My problem could have been fixed on the first trip for about $100 if the technician would have actually checked the washer hose instead of just using the error code to telling me I needed a $300 part. Not only did I have to pay over $300, I had to wait over a week for the part to arrive and the technician to schedule another visit. He replace a perfectly good part with the new one and checked the hose to find one of my bra wires stuck in it, which is what caused the water not to drain in the first place. He even told me that the existing part was good. He gets 1 star for being within the scheduled time and presentable. Ripped off again! Ugh!
They did a very professional job for us. They were here when they said they would be and did a wonderful job. I will say that their communication from the call center to the field isnt the best. Ive used them several times and what Im being told from the folks at the 1-800 call center and what the techs say are not always the same, need more consistency.
The repair man appeared right on schedule; he carefully emptied, cleaned and serviced our dehumidifier. He then gracefully checked out our other dehumidifier (not a Sears Kenmore) and discussed ways to help reduce dampness in our house.
All I can say is that after a $200 service charge that replaced the ice flap from the in-the-door ice maker, the tech reasoning that the heat in the room was entering the freezer through the original ice flap and wasnt sealing and was causing the condensation. Strange thing was that the freezer door didnt align with the fridge door, and I thought that had something to do with it, and of course, pointed it out. But I was optimistic. I paid him, he left, but my freezer was still sweating. Called local Sears Appliance Service number and was hooked up with a guy who spoke middle eastern english. Tried to get him to have the rep who came over call me. Said he could. Nope. Never heard a thing. So I ordered and installed a new freezer gasket myself. Nope. And then I saw it -- a freezer door shelf was the problem. $300 I spent. And all it was was a freezer basket installed on the wrong shelf. Perfect now. Let the buyer beware.
The guys have been great. The problem is not yet resolved so its hard to say that Im satisfied yet. The only constructive criticism that I could offer is to say the the wait time for appointments is excessive. I literally called on 12/5 and could not get service on a refrigerator until 12/30.
It was a maintenance check up - Great service!
The sears Repairman was on time upfront and very helpful. He epitomized what a tech should be like. Thanks for the great service.
Time frame for service was good. Service person was friendly, professional and gave instructions on what he needed to do and info on using system properly.Joan Garland
Very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable service tech. It took him a very brief time to find the problem and fix it. I am completely satisfied and would use Sears Appliance Repair again.
Michael was very nice and explained everything that was being done
The Young Gent Has Been To Our Home A Few Times. We like him and The service he provides us. The Panessas
Technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Repair was quick and effective.
Im 80 years old and repairing my tractor is not possible, so I use Sears Repair.these people get things done and do them very well.My tractor runs so much better, great repair guyand great serviceThanks Sears
Your technician was arrived during the window of when I was told to expect him.Diagnosed the problem and went about addressing it.He is an obvious credit to your organization.I wish both he and you...Continued Success.
Technician was very efficient and also explained the Sears Home warranty program. He was more thorough in his explanation than previous techs and I found it beneficial to move forward with that warranty.
Washer machine still isnt working, its been two months without my washer machine. If the technician cannot fix it give me a new machine. Im very displeased with this service. Please send someone to fix my washer machine. As of 8/23/2019, this problem has been taken care of.
After a bad experience with Diane, the Sears rep who I spoke to about my refrigerator needing repaired (she basically told me that the noise I was hearing was normal and almost argued with me about it. She stated she was putting the call down as routine and the noise was normal), the repair man who finally came to check it out was great. He identified the problem immediately and stated that the noise the fridge was making was certainly not normal. He fixed the issue and everything is now working fine. I really think someone should listen to my original call for service. I have never experienced anything like it. I reported this on a prior survey and frankly thought I would get a response but did not. I have renewed my warranty and hope that I do not reach that young lady again should I need a repair. Thank you.
Its a great bargain on most items
Repairman was a good guy. Immediately determined that I needed a new icemaker. Replaced old one and said problem was solved. Not quite, I still had very low water flow, no ice. I changed the water filter and everything got better. He nshould have directed me to do that with the instillation.
The repairman was qualified and professional. My complaint is timeliness; it took a month to have my first repair visit to diagnose the problem and then a second month to have the repair visit. This is totally unacceptable for a service contract client!
Servicing of my garden tractor was exceptional as always for the past 3 years that I have had it. Tech is both knowledgeable and friendly. If only the service on my garage door opener was the same, but apparently it is different people. Worst customer service contact I have ever experienced and no one seems to care. After 3 missed (no call-no show) appointments I had to order the part and install it myself. Talked with 3 different customer service reps who barely spoke english. Last on told me tech was on the way, He never showed. Now the part I ordered has gone bad and it means another call to an outsourced customer service. This is no reflection on the tech who serviced my tractor
The service man was excellent but the wait time for repair appointments is outrageous. I will never buy another sears appliance. I have also had a lot of problems with my Kenmore fridge. never again!
Was very professional and did the repair in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of the problem and had the mower running like new.
Still have same problem with noise and vibration
Great tech he knew my craftsman mower inside and out.
I was very happy with the service that was provided.
Repairman stated nothing can be done to fix the problem. If my ice maker on my refrigerator had been making this kind of loud noise I wouldnt have purchase the refrigerator. Was told in so many wordsGot to put up with the noise.
Called for Sears Appliance Repair and they sent some A&E Appliance Repair. The young kid that came on this past Thurs had no clue what he was doing. He tried to use a screwdriver to get our icemaker to open! He then proceeded to change the price of fixing something he had no idea was the cause of our Samsung freezing up (never took anything out, never looked at anything except just looking inside!). Oh, and it would be 2-3 weeks before returning! To make matters worse, he broke a piece off the drawer in front of the icemaker! Found it on the floor after he left (he never said a word!). I rated him low and Sears called and said theyd reschedule and have someone DIFFERENT return. Got the call today (4 days later, not 2-3 weeks), someone was on the way and who was at the door when I answered? The same guy! I called the 800 number and got nothing but a run around! We cant guarantee it will be a different technician. We have used Sears for appliances for more than 25 years, never again! No wonder they no longer have stores!
He called early to let me know what time to expect him and got there pretty close to the time. Did the work on the alignment and ordered a new tire for the one very worn tire. He also replaced the drive belt which was quite worn.
The service was awesome. We can depend on sears to give quality service.
Our Serviceman did a great job. Had replacement part on his truck and had us up and running and no time.
I am always satisfied with Sears repair. The repair technicians are always knowledgeable and very courteous.
The service is good but come on now set up a appointment for a repair and the schedule time for arrival is 8-5?? i find it ridiculous you cant narrow it down with todays technology, everyone else has
Charged $350 to replace a $20 sensor on my fridge. Normally, when you have a technician come out, they waive the diagnostic fee if you choose to do the repair. Well, apparently that is not the case with them. Never using them again. Could have bought a new fridge for that amount.
They half fix your appliance
Thanks for sending someone who take pride in his job.he was great to have in my home.thanks again
The repair man was excellent he worked hard and long hours. But the refrigerator is no good i didnt and have a refrigerator for months and spent money i didnt have. Now I just need someone to come and get this. I am a sick women under Doctor care and outside food does not help my condition. I spent at least $400,00 dollars on outside food these past few months and sometimes I was so sick I couldnt go get food. I explained the situation to the person on the phone its was like talking to the wall all these months until I call headquarters . I received an email from headquarters to replace my old refrigator so I will going to Sears and do that.
Great experience with Sears repair of treadmill. Appointment time was when I wanted; the tech. called before arrival, was prompt, professional and actually friendly. Thanks Sears...
We are satisfied with the service provided on Feb. 2. We hope to keep the warranty paid up and will call you for help as needed.
The repair main Phillip Fore was awesome. Very friendly and helpful.
John did an excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Refrig not fixed yet, but have parts ordered.
The service person, Drew, was prompt, professional and did an excellent job during the initial visit and when he returned to complete the job, he did so professionally and exceptionally well.
The delivery of my appliance went smoothly with good communication.. getting the appliance here was another story.. this was a warranty replacement for a Kenmore icemaker that failed in under a year.. after 8 service trips from the “authorized service company” and literally hours on the phone with Sears.. (in one call I spoke with 14 different people.) I was issued a new ice maker. I would never every be able to make a purchase from Sears again. It has been an over 3 month process and a really stressfully and frustrating experience. In my time alone, I would have come out better to purchase an entirely new icemaker of a good quality and grow away my $300 repair warranty and icemaker.
We recently had our craftsman lawmower serviced by the sears repair team.they ajusted the pan to where the deck was almost unusable. And put twice as much oil in it as it needed. Luckily I was smart enough to catch it in time.the mower would smoke constantly. I drain out a lot of oil until it was at the right level. I was very disappointed
Our experience was incredibly disappointing and our refrigerator is not repaired or working correctly and we are out over $300.00!! I will make a formal complaint this week!
