Dan McCray of McCray builders referred Accurate Heating and cooling to me when my home burned down and he was working on rebuilding it for me. They installed my entire Heating and A/C system and have maintained it for the past 6 years. I had a different company before the home burned down after it was struck by lightening, but Accurate Heating and Cooling has been far superior in every way! They hire some pretty awesome people who are courteous, efficient and are happy to answer any questions you may have. GREAT company to work with.

We recently had the folks at Accurate Heating and Cooling replace the system in our house. These guys went above and beyond any expectation. We have an older house that required expertise to make sure the new system would provide the heating and cooling we needed. They came out and took measurements of airflow and made recommendations for some duct work modifications. The ultimate product was a HUGE improvement over our old system, modification of our HVAC room, and updating our thermostat to one that makes the nest look like old technology.I wish I could give these guys a higher rating. The work they do is the best I have ever seen.Be patient they are in high demand.They will offer to submit the rebates for you. Thanks!They do follow up to make sure everything is working.

My husband & I are very pleased with our new Daikin air conditioner and furnace that was installed a few weeks ago. Our new ac is keeping our home very cool & comfortable and we have noticed how quiet it is when running compared to our old 24yr old unit. The service people were extremely professional and efficient and got our units installed very quickly. We didnt even hear them remove all the old equipment . We highly recommend Accurate Heating to anyone.

Extremely rude. Was told we would be given an estimate and 2 weeks later had to call back to check on progress of estimate. Person on phone made excuses as to why he assumed we did not want an estimate and was told once again that the estimate will be top priority. Still have not received estimate.

Accurate Heating & Cooling is by far and away the best and most professional crew I have ever dealt with in the HVAC world. From Trevor coming out and giving the most thorough bid (Accurate really live up to their name) of any of the 5 or so main competitors here in town, to also giving several affordable options for us to choose from, we just knew that we would be using them for our HVAC needs.We elected to have a new high efficiency Daikin system installed (Daikin is THE industry leader and includes a 12yr parts/labor warranty), and the installation went smoothly. Their attention to detail is astounding -- even their wiring is aesthetically pleasing. Accurate is the only crew in town thats even authorized to install Daikins residential lines. Its notable that Accurate is one of the few remaining HVAC companies out their that fabricates their own ductwork and does so using radius bending (as opposed to 45 and 90 degree flat-angled pre-fab ductwork). Accurate even fills out all the Daikin warranty paperwork (needed to get that 12yr warranty_, and also completed rebate information for both the City of Columbia and Ameren.I would not hesitate to recommend Accurate to anyone; in fact, just this past week, my sisters HVAC failed, and I immediately told her to contact Accurate if she wanted the work done right the first time!
