Ive used Lee Company many times over the years and mostly been pleased with their service. Recently scheduled a basic kitchen faucet installation. This took one hour and cost $307 which actually took into account my maintenance contract. I was expecting about $100 or $150 as it required no special tools or unusual effort. I was told it was a flat rate after the installation was completed. Im really surprised that a simple one hour job costs this much.

The two technicians were extremely professional and were able to explain everything as they went along. They even contacted other technicians to verify assumptions for a second opinion. I will use Lee Company again!

We had a water leak in our crawl space that was affecting hot water and pressure. The service man came out on Saturday in the pouring rain, identified the problem and made the fix. Great service!

Lee companies employees are very professional courteous and meticulous. They installed two air vents in basement and cleaned the drywall work so that it looked as if nothing had been done. The vents were put in a good location that adds and not detracts from the room, the price was reasonable. We use Lee company for all of our HVAC needs. I would highly recommend this company

LEE Company is great to do business with, they are quick to schedule your an appointment, have always been on time, explain in detail what you need to do to resolve the problem, Chris S. has done most of the work at our home and he is so kind and professional, he explains clearly to us what is going on and how to solve the problem. He makes sure everything is working properly before he leaves and and cleans up any mess he made while working, we will call Lee for our home needs whenever problems arise in the future because they do a good job.

Called Sunday and AC was scheduled for repair on Monday. When they had not shown up by 6:00PM I called and asked for status and was told it should not be long. Finally was called at 10:00PM and I informed them it was to late to come. Now on Tuesday I am informed I am a work in with no priority. To add insult to injury they send a survey asking me to rate their service when they are yet to even show up. I know this is an extremely busy time for AC repairs but keeping me informed and making commitments is poor at best.

Lee Company is the best. They came out same day for a sewer leak and took care of the issue. They provide pictures of the issue and repair to document the service. The technicians are very knowledgable and professional. I cant recommend them enough.

Came same day I called. Tech was fast and polite. Explained the issue we were having. Didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. I did sign up for a maintenance package cause its tough to go wrong with $99 per year to have your hvav, plumbing, and electrical inspected twice per year.Great job!

Hunter Patterson was our representative. He replaced Capacitor. We thought it was fixed. Cooled overnight. The next day, we went out to lunch and it was 75 degrees when we left. When we got home it was 84 degrees. So we called in for service call again. Happy with outcome. Had to replace the unit. They did a good job.

Paid $198 a yr for ac maintenance plan. Tech failed to properly clean coil. He spray with garden hose and left it out in yard instead of rolling it back up. Said he would send me pictures of my two ac units and a evac. coil that is rusted but never received pics. Recommended new ac and furnace without an option or price to fix ac.

We called to have someone come out and clean the pipes under the house that was causing our toilet and shower to clog. They came out within 2 hours and fixed it within 20 minutes. Very pleased with the services Lee Company has provided for us and recommend them to everyone I know!

Our A/C went out overnight. It was a 95 degree Middle Tennesse day with heat index over 100. I called a little before 7 am and a friendly CS Rep on the phone took care of me. I do have my annual maintenance service agreement with them, so she already had my account information. She couldn’t tell me when a technician would be dispatched only that it would be “sometime today” and that they would call me 30 or 40 minutes before they arrive. Well, the technician called but it went straight to VM because I was on another call. He rolled on to me anyway (thank goodness) and arrived about 11:30am. He quickly diagnosed a “blown capacitor” and had a replacement in his work van. He replaced the capacitor and then took my water hose and proceeded to clean my condenser coils. Then he took some pressure readings and declared the unit fit to fight another day. He was friendly, experienced and down to earth. The total bill was like $278 and I was glad to pay it. The unit finally recovered our preferred household temperatures overnight and has been humming along ever since. Thank you Lee Company. With the extreme heat we were experiencing and the rumors of parts being difficult to obtain…I thought me and my family would be sweating for days. I could not be more pleased with my experience!

The Service Tech, Waylon, was prompt & professional. He fit me in his schedule as soon as possible. He thoroughly explained the details of the job & the cost. He was knowledgeable about my places unique 1960 plumbing issues. I completely trust Lee Company to be fair & honest!

Repair was in 2 parts. The first gentleman diagnosed the problem of why air was not flowing through the lines. He did what he could and scheduled the proper crew for repairs first thing the next morning. The crew repaired the lines and fixed additional issues. Its finally cool in our bedroom. These guys worked in attics when it was around 90 degrees outside. Their hardwork is much appreciated.

Andrew came to service my dishwasher. He called ahead to let us know that he was on his way. He was knowledgeable and professional. Put it everything back the way it was when he arrived. I would definitely recommend Lee Company to anyone.

Service rep on time and polite; he hung a ceiling fan that I provided, installed one dimmer switch, and replaced 7 hardwired smoke detectors that I provided- $740. Have used Lee Company for years and understand that prices have increased everywhere but thought this was service fee was EXTREMELY Overpriced!

Storms with high winds blew out the pilot light on my gas water heater and I didn’t know until I took a lukewarm shower! My husband was in the hospital for major surgery and I didn’t have time to wait on a repair person but neither did I want to come home to a cold shower. I called the Lee co and they were at my door in 30 min. Fixed the problem and I was on my way! As always they were professional, courteous and got the job done.

The tech Ryan was great. The girl who followed up in dispatch I didn’t care for when she called to see about the possibility of cleaning my dryer vent. I hope to not speak with her again.

Our water heater was leaking, Ryan was able to come out the same day and find the broken part, and repair it very quickly. He went above and beyond to make a change so that if the water heater leaked again, the water would not pool up in the crawl space and instead directed the water to go outside.

Joseph was prompt and got right down to business. He assessed the situation, gave us a quote and completed the installation of 2 outdoor ceiling fans within about 3 hours and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Thomas was very professional and diligent in fixing my hot water heater leak. This project turned out to be much more extensive than it originally appeared. He had to replace the pressure gage on the unit, which involved fixing the way the hot and cold water was running through the gage. Lots of cutting, welding, and repositioning involved but he pushed through and got it all done in one day.

The service person who came out on a Friday evening was punctual and professional. Will use again

Took 3 visits to determine issue after trying 1 thing that did work with a part that didnt fit. Told me part was discontinued, when I called manufacturer it was not discontinued, gave info to tech to order part, didnt order for 3 days until I called back and he said you wanted me to order that? when new tech came with generic part as actual part was on backorder for over a month, installed but then left filter out on floor when work was complete. left review said they would call me no one did. I use them for most everything this is the first time it has been like this. was very disappointed.

Got this company to come out and give me a price on how much it would be to put in a exhaust fan in my bathroom and told me it will be $1000 to do it and i got the exhaust fan and the exhaust kit so it was nothing out of their pocket. And was also told me it would take a whole day. I found a local guy that charge me $325 and said it would only 1 to 2 hour max. Wont call lee company again for anything.

Help trouble shoot problem with pool pump

I had requested someone come out to clear a sewer clog, (by the way, the hold time on both of my calls was excessive) when tech arrived he did advise that it would be a fee to pull the camera and one to pull the cable, he only pulled the camera, but discovered that there were roots in the line. he told me that he needed additional people because his cable was only 60 feet (your info on the website says can clear clogs up to 500) when the extra people showed up, they said that it was cleared and it was understood that the pipe would probably need replacing in the future due to the age. (and an unbelievable quote was given), the tech said that this un-clogging was good for a year. Two days later, the sewer backed up again, and I called for a return, the man showed up (one of the ones who was there before) and brought his rooter machine. There was no discussion of price, as I was under the assumption that this was a return call to clear the clog that was supposed to have already been cleared. once he finished, he charged me another $200, which made the total of $600. That is not real good customer service when we are in a predicament. for the 2 and 1/2 hours I had to wait on hold, and, the 2 days unable to use any water, and to have a sales guy show up while going through all of this to give me a $14,000 quote, (which was really a gut punch) was defiantly not worth $600.

Our AC went out at around 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon. It being that late, no one could come out that day. Our technician came out promptly at 8 am on Sunday and had our ac running in 15 mnts.
