We’ve been customers for over 8 years. Service is always on time, neat abd drivers are friendly. Most affordable trash service I’ve found with the least amount of issues.

This company is constantly missing my pickup. A minimum of once a month it seems like this happens. When you call they blame you or say well was your trash out. We have had to send in video of our cans being out to not pay extra. This doesn’t even count the amount of times my trash has been rescheduled for some reason or another. This is the absolute worst company I have ever seen.

We had them from the moment we moved into our house, our lease company made us swap to a worthless company wc Ill let that be how you figured out who exactly needless to say for two months we fought at every step to get wsi back theyre on time every week they actually pick up your bulk pickup when you have it, they answer when you call and they understand customer service. You read any bad reviews its because they wait for anyone to mess up before they bother to write one at all.

The lady is always nice, drivers are quick and helpful.Ive had them almost 3 years.just dont miss trash day, its life $50-$60 to have them come back around, made that mistake once.other than that for regular service they get the job done and are always good people to talk to.

Weve been using WSI trash and recycle service for years and years. Service is great - drivers are friendly and efficient, Office staff are always courteous and helpful. As usual, most people only post comments when they want to complain. We never hear from all the other satisfied customers. Kudos - keep up the good work

They are clowns at best. Customer service is rude and very unprofessional; the lady talks condescendingly to customers. I tried their service for a full year because their prices were better than that of Waste Management. Now I know why; you get what you pay for. I had an issue with my trash not being picked up. My trash was missed for two consecutive weeks. I paid for those two weeks and they refused to pick it up for another week. Customer services suggestion was for me to go elsewhere. So I did. I went back to Waste Management.To be fair, the pick up service was not bad.

Been a customer for years!The workers are great, very few issues.If I have had any the office girls have been super helpful getting them sorted out that one can say we are practically friends!Highly suggest this service over other trash companies.

I’ve used them twice for bulk junk removal and had issues both times. This most recent time, today, they called me letting me know all the wood I had set out from our backyard, which I detailed on a list with them exactly what we had, they were not able to take because the wood would damage their truck. Why didn’t they tell me this when I initially made the pickup list with them? Definitely some miscommunication going on. At least they are crediting me the amount to my next bill and the receptionist is friendly. Still upsetting that I went to the lengths of carrying an enormous amount of wood out to my curb for no reason.

Waste Systems is an absolute joke. I just started services with them in early December and recently got my bill that is due at the end of March, there are a ton of up charges. I recognized one of the additional waste up charges so I contacted Waste Systems and I spoke with them about my concern. The gal told me that she will not be in for the next couple of days and she will call me early next week… She called me and she let me know that she spoke to the driver and the driver confirmed that he specifically remembered all the extra trash bags and boxes that we supposedly had left out. I explained to her that that is impossible because I have a large dumpster at my office and I discard of any extras in that dumpster. They did not offer to help in anyway. I do not recommend you use this trash service unless you want to be incorrectly billed.

Since they bought out Springs Waste weve had more snow days then ever. Brand new can was broken within a few weeks. Very sad. Time to find someone new. No notice when they fail to pick up due to weather. Its Colorado FFS. IT SNOWS!!!

I ordered a 12 yard dumpster for roofing debris on Monday August 3rd 2020. They brought it the same day before I went to work. I work 2-10 p.m. They came and picked it up this morning at 7:45 a.m. even though my contract says pickup date is Tuesday August 10, 2020. Please read the contract before you sign it because the driver said the 7 days is up today. Technically if you count the half day on Monday when they brought it, that is true. The contract says No refunds. The company should specify that the day it is brought to you, is day 1 in their contract. If my time was up today, they should have written my pickup day was August 9, 2020. Now I am stuck either renting another dumpster from them or hauling away by myself the last 5 yards of shingles still on my house. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years for residential waste pickup, always paid on time except for the last two years when I have paid for my trash pickup one year in advance each year. READ THE CONTRACT!!!!!

Got a compliance notice for liners on floor. Your service is not efficient. Your team does not show up on time. Trash sits for days until your teams decide to show up. Of course people will put liners directly on ground because you are lazy with your job. Id rather take my own trash out, but I am forced to have to pay for this horrible service that holds people non-compliant when they are not compliant with the times they give you to put your trash out. Responding to this will not help. Get your trash together.

Make sure you dont plan to trash anything other then kitchen trash. Because if it sticks out above the lid, then wont take it, or they will yank it out of the can, and dump it in the street. If its heavy they will leave it.

This company is terrible. We have had multiple issues over the last three years, from billing, price increases and not having our trash picked up. Every time an issue arise and I tried to resolve it, it was always our fault. This last one was the final straw when we put our trash out early and it didnt get picked up because their driver said that it wasnt out on time. They wanted to charge us $40 to pick it up a day or two before our regular trash day. Customer service and ethics are lacking with this company.

Ive used this company for almost 6 years,only one price increase and no problems till now, The last 2 weeks they have thrown my can in my yard and today just decided not to take it, when I called they investigated and the trashman said my can was not out. Thats an outright lie as I told the receptionist, I put it out the night before, I also I went out when he was at my neighbors and told him he forgot me. He looked dead at me and got in his truck and drove away. They said they do not have cameras on the truck so they could not see if he was lying so I would have to pay extra for him to come back.

We have been with this company for the 3 years I’ve been in this house. I will grant you, there has been major miscommunications involving payment. Specially I set up auto payments, got a bill, wasn’t sure the auto payment was still valid, paid the bill and got billed twice. They told me DO NOT pay manually when you have auto bill set up. This is not a big company, we don’t have that infrastructure. Then, this month because of the auto bill I stopped paying manually all of a sudden I got a warning letter service would be shut off unless I paid it within 10 days. Well, I thought it was on auto bill? Ok, went and paid that but really I’ll admit that was pretty annoying they told me not to pay manually and then a past due bill shows up.I have some annoyances with the billing system, but to be real I love this company. I would not change.Let’s be fair, they offer a great service at a great price. My only real complaint is they don’t pick up recycling every week, which we have 2x the amount of. But really, most companies do that so I cannot fault them. All said, I have love for these trash guys. And you should too!

I confronted a driver for them on my property. He stated he was trained to turn wide even through he would drive on property. I placed 3 boulders to prevent this. The driver just ran them over like he was in a hurry and didnt even care that he damaged my property. I call the office to complain and it seemed that they did not care at all. Did not even ask for my name. I am a veteran of over 20 years and it seemed like they took my property damage like they did not even care. I wish I could load up pictures so you could see the damage they left behind this was going on for a few months finally caught them.

I had Waste Systems Inc for years. I went in to cancel my service in June as I was moving out of state in July. I told them when to discontinue the service (2 pickups total), paid the amount they quoted (which was more than half of the July/August bill), verified my phone number and provided an updated mailing address. Today, I received a notice stating they are sending me to collections for a past due balance. The letter stated they attempted to contact me numerous times, but I never received any phone calls, letters, or bills at either the old or new address. Basically, they want me to pay more for 2 weekly pick ups than the original 2 month bill was for. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is the service was adequate, (not good but not too bad). I recommend using a different company.

We have used this company for almost 10 years now. In all that time, have maybe had one issue of trash not being picked up. In the times I had had to interact with the office staff they have all been courteous and helpful. I have never had an issue of them saying a can was too heavy. Unfortunately my son has a habit of putting the grass clippings in it. We often have extra bags and we never see an extra charge on our bill. It actually looks like it says that we are allowed our normal can + 5 bags. Im not sure that is correct though as I always forget to ask when I call them. Rates seem fairly cheap, however I havent shopped around in years as I havent had a reason to. I always find reviews so frustrating as you usually only hear about the bad stuff. So I just wanted to pass along some good.

These guys are great. I dont understand the reviews. The pickup guys are great and have even walked into my yard when I forgot trash day during holiday week. The only time they didnt pick up my trash is when I didnt pay but they have always worked with me and deserve better reviews than they are getting.

Used them for about 2 years. Decided to switch to Best Way because they have better services (They make sure your trash gets taken). On the last pickup they actually TOOK TRASH OUT OF THE CAN and placed it on the ground before picking up the cans. The lady who I spoke to about ending service was rude too. They have very basic services and really not worth it when the trash man doesnt take your trash because your neighbors parked around your cans.

Been with the company for almost 20 years and over the years we have had horrible customer service but tolerated because the price was cheap. In the last several months our trash pickup suddenly became hit and miss though throughout the years there have been a few misses but they were the anomaly and not the trend so we overlooked it. After our trash was not picked up for the 3rd or 4th time over the last 6 months, we decided enough was enough. Yet again our trash was not picked up despite having both cans out at the curb the night before. The office said they would check with the drive who indicated we had not set out our cans. They have taken the word of the driver over ours every single time! Thus I am sending the company a message that is as clear and plain as I can by voting with my wallet. As a result, we fired them today and moved to Bestway on the advice of my son and daughter-in-law as well as several of my co-workers who have never had ANY problems. Bestway costs a bit more but as long as they bill correctly, on time, with no mistakes and pick up the trash weekly, what more could a customer want? Take my advice and do not sign up for Waste Systems Inc.

You would think that the local businesses would provide great customer service and I am all about supporting those local businesses but customer service skills need to be there. It all starts with the person answering the phone at the front desk. It sets up the tone for the business and the individual that answered the phone today had poor customer service skills.

Buyer beware with this company. I have had them a little over a year and on several times my trash was not picked up. Also when trashed was dropped on the road the driver just left it where it fell. When I would call I was told my trash wasnt out, when I actually ALWAYS put it out the night before, you can ask my neighbors. So pretty much was told I was lying.This last time I was told that I could add a couple of cans to the next weeks pickup, that they would not come back to pick up that day because it wasnt out. I told her that no one wants bags of trash sitting out, outside the trash can. It was on the day of our cyclone blizzard and I was home so I know they didnt come by. I called back and canceled my service and they said they would pickup the can the next day. When I got my refund they kept $5.18 for the next week pickup after I cancelled (even though I didnt have service). When I called they said because they didnt pickup the can until the next day after I cancelled, they counted it as having another weeks service. When I said that it wasnt fair to be charged for something I didnt get, I was told that is the way they do it because I didnt cancel the day before my last pickup. I know its not a lot but five bucks is five bucks. Shady dealing and always your fault when the driver doesnt pickup.

Very professional company with good prices and great customer service. Our guys always push the empty cans back so people can still use the sidewalk. Today when I got home the cans were lying on the ground. I was confused until I realized that we were having 30 mph wind gusts and they wanted to make sure our cans didn’t blow away. They really go the extra mile.

I have lived at the same address in fountain for almost 8 years...never had any issues with previous drivers...bout a year ago this guy who picks up my trash is an idiot...I call and spacifacally request for extra trash to be picked up and pay for it...he leaves it on the street...he is RUDE and VERY unprofessional...and inconsistent on pick up time...if he was new i wouldnt be concerned...but after today...10/16/19 I draw the line I canceled my service and filed a formal complaint...I am with bestway disposal. I hope they are better

Dont do it. Really. They seem to be the least expensive trash service, but the catch is this: We had extra trash. Three large kitchen bags, neatly placed by the can. When the bill came, it was $15. more. Three regular sized kitchen bags. If theres a storm and you have hefty bags with leaves and grass clippings, expect to be floored by an outrageous bill. These are not nice people. The trash collectors are nice enough, but the company sucks. I went with Rocky Mtn. Waste, The base price is a little more but you know you pay $1. for each extra bag. And this company is upfront about additional costs. So far, so good. Waste Systems? Just say no.

We really dont have any problems with the trash pick up, and the trash guy seems to be doing a good job. My complaint really is about the rude people behind the desk work. I called because their website was down and I wasnt able to pay the bill on the website. I spoke with a guy who answered and he confirmed the website was down, he told me I could talk with one of the ladies there to pay. Once I was on the phone with her she was not friendly at all and when I asked her about the website being down she stayed silent. In the end I was charged the phone convenience fee of 2.00 instead of the 1.50 I would have paid if their website would have been working. Honestly its so much better to pay on the website when it is working just so you can avoid the rudeness over the phone!

*Customers beware* Trashy adminstration/manager. Went in to office to pay the bill, manager was trash talking me from office. Then he came around to intimidate me, then saw what he has to deal with. He was flailing about behind the counter, it was a site to see, from an adult.Front desk gal was nice a looked flustered while manager was trash talking me.(I think his name was Chris)(behind counter to left)Would not use a company that promote a dumpster cleaner to manager, with such a chip on his shoulder, and NO PEOPLE SKILLS.Though I never had issues with pickup in 7 years. Would rather pay a bit more to another company, that hires customer service agents, that you can communicate with.Love the 5 stars ratings from persons that never rated. CHECK OUT FAKE 5 STARS. Every Monday I have trash on my sidewalk and in the street! Every time I call to complain I am told well that’s a first you have our best driver! Today there was cake, bones, cans, and other Miscellaneous things in the rd! My husband leaves at 6 am and the trash was NOT all over the place so I know it’s the guy who picks it up!

Horrible customer service and they lie. My garbage can and recycling can stay in my driveway close to the street. They claim they werent out there. They have only picked up recycling once this month. When called to see why they have an attitude. Setting up service with another company as we speak... stay far away from these rude people.

Theyre cheap and you certainly get what you pay for. Almost every billing cycle they stop picking up my trash and when I call they say that my card was declined and make me pay a fee. My bank said they didnt even try to charge my card. I have 2 cans and some weeks they onlt take one can. Some weeks they dont pick up and say that they were too heavy but the next week they get picked up when they have the same exact stuff in them. This week was the last straw. I put my cans out at night because they come super early in the morning. When I checked at 11 they still werent picked up. I called and they said there was a new driver doing my route and he might be late. Then they called back later and said the driver said that my cans werent put out before 730am. I said I had put them out last night and that wasnt true. They then told me that the driver knew exactly what house they were talking about because hes been doing this route for years. But wait they said it was a new driver. If I wasnt moving in a couple weeks and cancelling their services anyways Id do it today.

In the few years we had them, we had some unverified person cancel our service without our knowledge. We have had missed trash days with excuses and no reimbursement. We have had only parts of trashcans emptied and the rest left. If you want reliable service and a company that cares about their clients go somewhere else.

We have had WSI since we moved here from Illinois, 20 years ago.They are the best! Our driver knows my husband and I are both disabled and cannot always move the big trash can to the end of our driveway... He is friendly and very polite, always taking our can back and forth for us even when the snow is more than we can handle.Service at the office is also great. When I need something taken away and Im not certain of the size, they are very helpful with getting the cost to haul it just right. With all the choices out there, WSI is still the top of our heap!!!

Zero stars, routinely remove and throw trash on the street on your drive and in and amongst flower beds. Will charge full month and pick up once or twice. Customer rep is one person, am older lady with no customer service skills. Contests every aspect of their terrible service or plays the clueless card.The two negative reviews completely echo my experience the other one or two are.lucky

Is the short time I used them ( Dec2016- 24May), paying about $71 a month they have left recycling in my container twice. On this last accuracy they took from thrusday -till Tuesday to empty it when I called to cancel service( I changed to Wastes Management for around 30 something a month and mostly the same rules :) Springs wastes systems didnt care that I called to cancel and are not retuning any of my money for the month even when they messed up, when I called twice to get them to pick up my recycling they didnt offer anything to make up for their mistake. They seem to not care for their customers and I will not recommend them to anyone of my incoming future Soldiers. Sincerely an unhappy (well now happy with Wastes Managment) ex-customer.

Not the best company in town. Again, this week they have failed to pick up my trash. Each time in the past I have called them, they acted like I was bothering them by asking that they do their job. Do yourself a favor, and continuing to research different companies, and youll find a better company, no doubt. If I dont get credit for the week they missed, Ill be seeing these guys in small claims, even if just to cause them as much grief as they have caused me.

These people are garbage.. Seriously. Didnt pick up the trash because it was too heavy mind you, the chick on the phone NEVER told me weight was a factor, had she mentioned the cans can be too heavy, and would not been picked up, we would have made sure to not put too much trash in them.. Then she goes on to say household items everything in the trash cans were HOUSEHOLD items, there was an air matress, you could have moved it, take everything else or SOMETHING it would have taken you half a second, but its too much to expect them to do their damn jobs. Trash cans were not even that heavy ! Everything in their was basic ass trash that they did not want to pick up, nor refund me.. Dumb broad had the nerve to say they went by your house but they did not take the trash, so what are you keeping my money for when you left my trash outside the house I had to move from.. These guys have zero customer service and will make you wait another week to pick up your trash whether or not you forgot to take it to the curb. I would gladly pay more for them to walk up the Grueling 20 feet up my driveway to get the trash cans. They also like to leave trash on the street and in the cans, its like they are not even trying at all to win your business. Screw them! Im going with Waste Management, and they will walk up your drive way and collect the trash for a measly 5 dollars extra a month. They also have courtesy pick-ups if you forget to but your cans out.

First off 5 stars for DJ, the driver that came every week to get my trash.. he always went above and beyond and was kind and considerate. 1 star goes to the boss man I dealt with and his lack of customer service therefore his whole company gets the bad review and lost a customer of over 3 years. All because I didnt receive a bill notifying me I had missed a payment, which is my fault for missing it, but I did receive an email may 26th saying the past due amount and the current amount were due by June 20th.. so when I had the full amount available which was June 9th I made the past due amount and set up auto withdraw for the current/future payments. By this point though they had taken the trash cans which I was never notified was going to occur and were now trying to charge me for pick up and returning of these cans. When I discussed this with the boss he belittled me and compared me to every customer whod cheated him or bailed out on paying. At that point I told him he would return my cans for free or lose a customer (who now had auto withdraw set up to prevent future issues) and his response was that those payments dont always come thru either. He dug his heels in from the get go and had no interest in meeting me half way. So I canceled service and have already discovered at least 2 other companies with better prices and hopefully better customer service.
