The entrance to our ranch has a low hanging sign. Jeff, the driver, went out of his way and unloaded and loaded the roll off so not to damage our entrance. He also communicated with me in regards to weather and road conditions so that we didn’t have to worry if they are coming or not.Toni from the office answered all my questions. No hidden charges. Explained the process and what we should expect from delivery to pickup. Great customer service.Also note that we live in a rural area. Other competitors would not offer service to our area or if they did offer service it was with an astronomical trip charge.Highly recommend

Great service, start to finish!

This company delivered our dumpster over 3 weeks ago, and has yet to pick It up. They have been called at least 5 times that I know of, without adding on the calls made by our realtor. It was supposed to be a one week rental and they continue to tell us our dispatchers are busy and cant come get it today. My entire driveway has been unable to use for 3 weeks and continues to be unusable. It was not paid for by me personally but Im sure that the company that set this drop off up is not happy with the fact that theyre charging daily. Terrible communication and service.
