Had a great experience today. They did a great job picking up construction material and they were fast!

So listen, we might be the worst customers in the world. We forget almost every week to put our trash can down by the curb. And, every week Dan goes up our drive and gets it, then puts it back!!!! We have been late with our bill and Pam was so sweet about reminding us. What they don’t know is we had a brand new Baby and life got hectic fast. In moments when you haven’t slept in days and you don’t even remember what day of the week it is, having people go above and beyond their job is a huge gift. I recommend them above anyone else. Not only the prices, but the treatment. You will not get that anywhere else.

I used Pam and Dans for over 10 years. I could drive up and drop my payment off, I would get a reminder in the mail when Bill was due or if my payment was getting close to the past due date Pam would call me right before that and remind me. My place is the last house before a elementary school so on trash days I had to deal with kids knocking the trash cans over or pulling the trash out as the walked by so I wasnt very good at putting the cans out by the curb...Im also a mother to a special needs child so I was kinda forgetful and didnt have the trash outside at all. Dan still walked up the driveway and grabbed the can. Anyways. Now they have retired and sent me to someone else and these guys arent as understanding. I put the trash out close to the curb before the sidewalk away from the kids and they drive right past me. I put it in the street where they want it where the kids mess with it and the trash bags the kids ripped open get left behind . so I really wish you guys didnt have to retire, I really got spoiled.

Excellent customer service this is a great company to rent a dumpster from the one we got was clean and looked brand new.

Holy hauling, Batman!Pam & Dan are amazing, kind, funny & helpful. They got everything loaded in a jiffy!+ $70 per ford flatbed pickup (1 time hauling)+ fast & friendly+ call before arrival+ squeeze as much as they can in so you get your moneys worth.

Good, friendly people. Great price. If it snows too deeply, they simply come the next day or the day after. We live a bit off the beaten path and find the service quite acceptable. They do custom/special order hauling as well. If you need a fancy trash truck and special recycling cans then you should probably - rather than whine about these kind folks - just go with someone else. If you want friendly, non-corporate reliability, then I would encourage you to call and speak to Pam and Dan. Mark (Gold Camp Area)

Wreckless Driver! Occupying both lanes of the on ramp to I-25 from W. Cimarron St. because he doesnt want anyone to pass him. Then, does the same thing while merging onto the freeway. I have never heard of this company until my encounter with their blatanly wreckless driver. Changing lanes is one thing, but to intentionally block other drivers from proceeding in their own lane is bad enough and to do so in a company vehicle is grounds for disciplinary action. Personally, I would terminate any employee willing to risk harm to others and company property.This incident happened today (05/21/2019) on the south bound I-25 on ramp from W. Cimarron St. at approximately 4:45 pm. The driver looked like a middle aged gentleman w/ a beanie and dark sunglasses.

Best service we have ever had. They pam and Dan are great people to deal with.

There always here to pick up the trash, never have any issues going on 7 years. Much rather give them my money than waste management

Horrible customer service!!! I would much rather pay the higher price of a larger company then to deal with this joke of a company for one more week. Like a previous review stated, i prepaid for 3 cans for 3 months...and only put out 2 cans per week. They refused to adjust the bill, and then stopped picking up my trash all together even though i had a month left that was prepaid. Save yourself the headache, stay away from these thieves!

Horrible service. Inconsistencies out weigh the price. Cant get in touch with them when you need them. Trash will sit on curb and then Pam will tell me....oh (Dan) must have missed it as I was on the phone with you 10:00AM sir. Ha-ha I was on the phone with you at 10:02AM Dan, I believe drove by your place at 10:01AM. Sorry, you just missed him. Pam did not realize I was standing in my garage for 15 minutes before calling her, watching and waiting to see if Dan would pick up my trash while she was telling me he was running late...DAN WAS A NO-SHOW!!!

Weve used pam and dans for over 7 years and they are awesome. always there for the scheduled pickup unless its a holiday. Im on a 3 can limit, but usually only have two cans full. I have extra things sometimes and they are always willing to take it. Sure they charge couple dollars more for that week but thats expected when you put more than your limit you should definitely be charged if youre giving them extra work by putting more out there. They still have a cheaper dollar amount then the huge companies in this town. Im now moving more north end of town and they still service that area. Ill be using them for years to come.

We used pam & dans for 5 months, They have awful customer service. We prepaid for 3 cans, and had 2. We had to wait for them to pro rate our bill, than they didnt pick up our trash when we didnt take it to the curb. Sitting trash for days, thats nice! Thanks Pam and Dan!
