This is a service that is worth every penny! They showed up every week on the same day, did what they said they were going to do, and took the waste with them when they left. Wonderful people, took great care of my yard, great with my dogs as well! Nicole in customer service was very understanding when I had to call and cancel my service since money is getting a bit tight, and confirmed for me that I can also still call them for a one off cleaning every so often as needed, which is nice as well. Im glad I wont have to remain on the monthly plan, but can still get the yard taken care of! When things are back on track, I will definitely be restarting my monthly plan with them!

Is not clear what is needed on initial service call to schedule work. They will call to then tell you to fill out paper work after they schedule which is a waste of time. Does not respond to emails but demands their customers chase them around to get them information that they needed. This happened in 2020 and now in 2021. I do not recommend for property management companies and will be noting this at networking groups. I have a reference for another company if someone needs it.

I had my knee replaced and I have 4 dogs so was thrilled to have a way to get my yard cleaned. I also have lots of rocks in my yard which makes the pickup more challenging. I was very pleased with the weekly pickup. They also made sure my yard was secure when they left.

The company only came by to pick up dog waste. You can call it hazardous or general junk but they did a great job at removing all the waste. If it wasnt for my financial burden, I would stick with this company. Great customer service and a great pleasure when speaking to them. If I wasnt able to get someone on the phone, they made sure to call us back. Overall, amazing experience.

We have three dogs, so pet waste adds up quickly throughout the week. Service was on time and through!

If you complain you get dropped....I set up a service with them for an initial clean and then weekly service thereafter. Took four reschedules to get initial done due to snow happening in the middle of the week over the last month. I had no problem with the prices. $120 for initial clean up and $88 a month after. I did not check after the initial clean and I should have. This week on 03/04/20 they came out to do the first weekly service. The initial clean was last week. I watched on my doorbell camera when the guy came into the yard. Less then ten minutes later he leaves. I have a quarter acre sized back yard with 4 small dogs. The initial clean was to deal with a previous tenants mess and thereafter it was to be just my dogs. Today they sent a management team to inspect the work as I discovered things missed. So they performed a re-clean. I expect some stuff missed but not to the level I found. They decided that I was too much of a problem so therefore I am being dropped from the service. All I asked was to have what I paid for done. That’s not unreasonable to expect what I paid for in good faith. I’m honestly flummoxed having this happen. Beware of this service.

I’ve had this service since 2015. They came, reliably, every week. No matter the weather. Great group of people and great customer service. Only reason I am discontinuing service is due to an accident that has affected my income. When I am back to walking and working like normal, I will have them back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely wonderful service! I love how they make sure your property is fully secured before leaving (that was a major concern to me). I have had a subscription with the poop happens for several months now. They come every Thursday and scoop all the poop in my backyard. I have three large dogs, so with my crazy schedule it is well worth the money to keep the yard maintained. I think the pricing is very reasonable, and overall I have been impressed with their performance. I have a large yard; the staff has always been good about doing a full sweep to get poop in all the different corners. The guys are always friendly and really patient about things when the dogs are in the backyard and start barking at them before I can get them inside. The service may not be necessary for all dog owners, but I would absolutely recommend it to someone who wants to take the effort and stress out of keeping their yard clean, and do it for a reasonable price.

My family has used The Poop Happens for 4.5 years. During that time we never experienced any issues or concerns regarding service, billing or their customer service. Their service was prompt and consistent. Their pricing is perfect. I am a single mom with two kids and we are all busy with different activities/sports and work. I love that we never had to worry about the yard.The only reason I am discontinuing service, at this time, is because I sold my house and am moving into an apartment temporarily. Once my new home is purchased, I would definitely consider using The Poop Happens again.

If I could give less stars I wouldve. They tell you that you can cancel at anytime but beware, there company policy is that they do not give refunds for any services you have prepaid for. They also charge for weeks that they do not come out due to weather. The GM was rude to my wife and they increased the bill without notification and then give some lame excuse about how it was mailed out but that a bunch of people didnt get it and its all the post offices fault. Just one thing after another that led up to cancelling and then they refuse to give our money back. Horrible customer service.

Lets start this review off by being brutally honest. Im not big on chores. I dont like to vacuum, cleaning dishes is horrid, and yard work in general must be avoided at all costs. My laziness aside, this service is fantastic. They come out to my home every Wednesday and make the dog poop disappear! Ive tried on countless occasions to persuade my wife to be a sport and go take care of it. Unfortunately, she has been less than enthusiastic about the idea. With one quick phone call to this company my long drawn out problem of cleaning up the mess in the backyard was solved. Im going to skim over my top three favorite qualities about this service.Number one, the price is right! I pay for a good number of services: house cleaning, lawn care, in home child care, etc.. Out of all these services this one is by far the most affordable. Plus, I feel good about spending money on something that keeps my pets and family healthy. So whether youre affluent, middle class, or just an average joe like me, you can squeeze this into you budget.Number two, Its consistent and reliable. For the first few weeks I was paranoid that I wouldnt know whether anyone was showing up and cleaning my yard or not. But after a month of checking my cameras, seeing the vehicles pull up out front, and bumping into the crews, I realized there was nothing to worry about. The staff is friendly and wears very visible colors to bring attention to their presence. The dogs always run out when the guy arrives and bother him the entire time he cleans up the dog poop. But despite the distraction the yard gets cleaned properly without any fuss.Number three, last but not least, Set it and forget it! Once you get started you dont ever have to do anything. They just charge my debit card each month and thats that. They pop in the back yard, take the waste and leave. I set this service up over a year ago and Ive literally done nothing to maintain the service. Its great to know that out at least one of the house hold chores is under control.Cheers!

Ive used a pooper scooper that I bought at a pet store for years. The tools were clunky and hard to use. I had to wear a separate outfit just to avoid getting dog poop on clothes I actually like. Luckily, I found The Poop Happens. Its cheap, and a great service. Who knew pet waste removal was even a service?! I highly recommend using this company. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the customer service, and were a tough consumer to please at times. Theres no way Ill even consider going back to picking up do poop myself. Then again if my kids would clean up dog poop I wouldnt need this service... Unfortunatley, they dont, along with many other chores.

Way overpriced! I requested a quote from Travis for a one time pick up after I sold my home. I have one dog and a medium sized back yard and was quoted $150! Thats nearly three times what they charge for weekly pick up. Ridiculous!
