Whenever I have reserved a truck through this location. I have always had wonderful service. They are always professional and polite.

This is hands down the worst U-Haul Ive ever dealt with in my entire life and I rent from U-Haul at least 2 to 3 times a month I rented a trailer from these people and was billed for every day that I have had the trailer and have the receipts to prove it they contacted me and sent me a message saying that they spoke to corporate and was threatening to report the trailer stolen to the police department and charge me with a felony even though I had a contract showing that I was legally in possession. I do not suggest anybody deals with this place do not rent anything from them not their tools not their trailers do not deal with these people at all. Im currently contacting their corporate office to file a formal complaint. After this experience it makes me not want to rent from another U-Haul ever

Sadly, I regret using this U-Haul Office for my hitch installation. They give you a quote and then charge you $ 100+ more by adding fees and taxes and the cost of labor. They do not provide any details on what kind of hitch was install, no give you any information about warranties. Get an online quote and schedule with somebody else and do not use them. BTW, they are not showing up in the list of offices to install hitch. I wish I knew this earlier.

U-Haul is one of the worst places i have ever had the misfortune to do business with, to the point one of there distributors gave out my personal information to a stranger without my knowing. I received a phone call from this stranger with a threat and they informed me where they got my number from.

I recently rented a truck from this location, and while my interaction at the desk was good, I was disappointed to see the cab had trash in it, and the windshield was absolutely caked in bug splatter. Among the trash in the cab:Baby wipes and used napkins (Passenger door)Plastic bag with trash inside it under passenger seat with used deodorantGatorade bottle (Glacier Freeze) with urine insideWater bottle with loose tobacco insideIf not for these things, I would have given it a five star rating. I also was not asked to do a walk around the truck with the employee to verify that the outer conditions were good, and in the past at other locations, that has been part of the process before leaving.Pleasant desk interaction, and the truck served its purpose, but needs to step up the cleanliness/truck condition game.

Despite it being a busy Sunday morning the staff was friendly and transaction was quick and smooth!

If you need personal attention and if you want to get the best customer service go with Chris on this location @ Tejon St. We were traveling from Dallas to Colorado Spring on the way back we got a mechanical issue with our vehicle, we stop in this location to rent a truck and flatbed to carry our vehicle... WOW! the attention Chris and his staff provide us made us to feel better and forget our problem for a little bit, THANK YOU guys for your help, patience, cooperation and understanding. Youre the best team ever. Specially thanks to CHRIS for his conversation (no non-sense questions for him) with us thank you for your help, smiles and laughs.

Best place to rent from U-Haul in the springs... Hands down.

Came in to pick up some moving supplies and rent a dolly. Staff is very kind and thoughtful -- I appreciate being able to shop at a local small business, too.

I walked in on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me a vehicle to move some of my things with. The gentlemen behind the counter was friendly and easy to work with. I was able to drop off after hours and just leave the key in the drop off door.Note, they ask for a gas receipt which was different then anytime before, but nothing worth complaining about.

Fast and courteous service. They have a great selection of packing supplies, tools, rental machines, etc. Their trucks are in excellent condition.

Ive used this rental for several needs; pick up truck 2x, hitch installation, uhaul moving unit. They are great!! We need to support this business during the round-a-bout construction next year. They have not been taken into consideration while this unnecessary road work is done. After all, this is the best timed light intersection in COS.

I have no idea the gentlemen that I was unfortunately speaking with but my service was not very good. I was seeking a trailer for my chevy Cruze 2.0 Diesel... the gentleman took one look at my car and just said no..... I asked him to check his system because online I was told yes. He took me to the computer with an attitude and told me No one more time. I knew it didnt feel right because online I was told yes... the system should be the same. I then went to another u-Haul shop down the road on s. Academy and the amazing gentlemen there looked on the computer and told me YES. He got me set up with the trailer I desired.... and I traveled 800 miles with their biggest trailer, no issues.... poor service.

Well I rented a truck that was supposed to be $29 local. After 14 miles and 3 hours it ended up being $65. The people were nice, truck was clean. Pricing is misleading.

Ive rented trucks a few times from this location. Never had a problem with the truck or the bill. Very friendly staff. Id recommend this location to friends, family and anyone who is thinking about it.
