I can’t even begin to say how great this company and our driver Joe was! We were tourists in Colorado and our car broke down in a state park. Joe came to pick us up faster than we ever anticipated and he gave us a ride to the mechanics. He was super nice and very helpful. Very reasonable price as well! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Monica was on top of her game, friendly and the best of what you need to hear on the other side of the phone. Ted showed up when they said they will, professional and fast. explained everything to me. Big kuddos to these two, this company is lucky to have good employees that bring their name above and beyond. I hope I will not need them again (because that means my car broke down), but if I need to, they will be the one to call

My sister & I slid off Highway 24 into a ditch last night. I could not get in contact w/any tow company. Finally a firefighter saw us, gave us the information of this company. I call I am told by the dispatcher that its $60 an hour to pull us out of the ditch from the time the driver gets there. He gets us pulled out under an hour, then charges us $80. After sitting for a minute I tell the driver that we were not quoted $80, but in fact $60. He says no we charge from the time I get the call, not from the time I start the job. After a few minutes he gives us $20 back, but the clear fact remained that we were being taken advantage of in the situation we were in. My truck was fine & so were my sister & I. But beware that if you call this company the dispatcher will quote you one price & the driver will charge you another. It could be bad communication between dispatch & driver but nonetheless they will try to get you for more money then you are quoted. What kind of business would try to take advantage of people in a bad situation such as this. Call around before you settle on calling this company!

Loser central. Drivers to owner. Tried to use them, driver wanted to park his semi- homeless trailer at my business property.Owner is worse. Use any other towing Co you will do so much better.

They were amazing. Helped me out with everything. The girl on the phone helped me calm down, never been through this in all my years, was very scared, and Stacy talked me through every step. I would recommend them to everyone I know!! Amazing!!!

Saved my butt on labor day of all times! When the rest were not even answering the phone they picked right up. Beyond that super professional and extremely fast to the call. Scott is a literal hero. Thanks front range!!

These guys are amazing! Super friendly, super helpful and really good service. They came and rescued me at 1:30 in the morning on a holiday weekend and were so cool about everything, I will definitely be using them again.

This company has to be the worst. The receptionist is extremely rude for absolutely no reason just wanted to give her some updated information on my driveway and her responses my guys know what they need! There was absolutely no reason for her giving me an attitude. The first time these people came out they apparently didnt have chains for their truck to tow my car out. How do you not have the proper materials to tow out a car when you are a tow company? By majority of the day the second truck had came by that time we had already gotten the car out. Hey later on gotta call maybe about an hour from insurance company saying that they told my car out, I told them they did not tow my car out and they did not even lift a finger to help with anything. The fact that they tried to file a claim saying that they towed my car when they didnt do anything shows how shady their company is! Waste of time waste of money and manipulative.

Both guys I worked with were extremely helpful and kind! I had an awesome experience.

USAA set up roadside assistance using Front Range Towing. I was told they would arrive within 60 minutes. After waiting over that time, I called to get an update. They told me the driver was not even in his way and it would still be another 30 minutes. Then, they cancelled my service and USAA had to get another provider .

We got stuck and when we called other places they said it would take 3-4 hours. When we called front range they said it would take 45 minutes. They came in less that 30! The driver was great and he got us right out!!

Piss poor customer service, I called and ask politely when the toll truck will arrive. The Manager Amy has a Attitude when I ask regular question. Hanged up the phone on me, when I called again and was heated and said I will report her behavior she started to yell at me. I will go there in person and make sure this is address with the Owner. Because no one yells at me on the phone !

Worst lying company ever. Its 5am and they were supposed to be here at 4am. They had no problem swiping my credit card. She now says 9 am lol...what a joke. Had to call another tow company.About as janky and unprofessional as it gets. Didnt even bother calling me back.

DISCLAIMER: The first part of this review is totally USAAs fault, but I’m including everything based on the unfortunate responses the owners give to reviews that criticize them.I called USAA to have my vehicle towed around 10:30 in the morning. I call the towing company around 3-3:30 to see if they towed it, but they had no record it had to be towed. USAA did not send the info to the correct company, so again, nothing against Front Range Towing.After this issue was resolved, USAA said FRT would be there within the hour. So, I call a little over an hour later and ask if it’s been towed yet . The lady on the phone asked which vehicle it is, so I told her. She said that it had in fact been towed. I leave work about an hour later to get something from my vehicle at it’s new location. On my way, I get a call from Firestone (where it was being towed from) saying the towing company just got there and that I need to pay for the diagnosis before they could take it, so we did it over the phone.The point is, the company lied to me. They said it had been towed, but it hadn’t. I’d believe it was an honest mistake if it weren’t for similar complaints and the owners rediculous responses to criticism.The one star is because the car wasn’t totaled by the time it reached its destination.I would have been happy with “sorry, we haven’t towed your car yet” instead of a lie as I was in no hurry, but I needed something from the vehicle. I can only imagine how fun it would have been to look for my vehicle in new destination when it ultimately hadn’t left the original location. I simply believe in honesty and don’t believe one star is too low for such an offense.

The first day i showed up i went to get my vehicle i did have proof of ownership. I had the police report and the key to the vehicle. I was broght to the yard the next day after my accident because i had to be present for proof. The receptionist was very rude and said we needed to go to the DMV and request the title. This was April 20th and was turned away with no vehicle, which i then was rude back apparently due to the head trama, and my family and i left. I returned 4/21 with an escort, and the receptionist was still rude even to the escort i had. All i showed was the the police report and my spare key for car just as i had the day before. I was able to get my vehicle with the same proof i had all along, and have it towed home. The receptionist was very rude, due to her assuming facts about the accident (example, she stated i was a drunk driver... Hello if i ws, dont u think I would have been arrested? I dont drink periord! Assuming i was the cause of the other parties injuries. When we have yet to even go to court and find out what happened. ) Overall worst tow conpany in town. Had another tow company come to tow my car for half the price they would have, if they wanted to tow my csr home and make cash, which they didnt. Worst customer service ever, regardless of what happened.

Worst company to work with ever. Illegally held my car and had to contact the police to get everything starightened out. I dont understand how you run a business with the rudest receptionist ever hiding in your janky trailer. Would never have used them if our car wasnt automatically towed there after an accident. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I sure would!

The dispatcher was honest, but the actual Tow Truck guy was a dishonest ass. He tried to overcharge and disputed the quote we were given and lied. Do not trust this company. Seriously.

Best customer service and honest company.

Called at 6:30am was promised a tow at 7:30am, no show. Called back and was promised 8:00am, no show. Called and was told the person who took the call was not there, they had no record of the call, and they would have to call the other person and get back to me. At that point I canceled.

Worst customer service ever. I didnt even have them tow my car. Do not use this company.
