I got a flat tire today and called Walt’s to have my car towed to a local tire store. Sandy was super helpful over the phone. Zach was the driver who helped me. Very nice guy. Great tow company. The dispatcher Sandi is very personable and is pleasant to speak with. The drivers Zach and Ted are both professional and were quick to respond to my service call. Zach even gave me a tip and recommended a mechanic that saved me a lot on repairs. 10/10 would use again.

Picked me and my van up in a timely and professional fashion.

So, there I am on a beautiful Saturday morning, getting ready to run an errand when I got into my car and it was dead.... I mean, barely even a click when I turned the ignition. I had lots to do, and big plans to celebrate my birthday with my daughter and grand-daughter.I called Walts and Ted was at my house within 20 minutes - on a Saturday! He quickly charged my battery and was on his way. I let the car run a few minutes, then shut it down to go inside and get ready to go out. Got in my car, and guess what? Yep, dead...........Ted came right back, with a smile, and again charged my battery. We determined I needed a new battery. He could have given me some ideas and recommendations for where to find a battery and have it installed on Saturday. But, that wasnt good enough for him. He had me follow him to a place he trusts, helped me pick out the right battery for my car, and because that shop couldnt install it (the battery is really hard to get to), he called a friend of his who immediately agreed to install my battery for me. On his day off!Bottom line, because of the red carpet treatment from Ted, my battery was quickly replaced by qualified, reputable, and trustworthy mechanic - and they even gave me a great deal on the labor.I will definitely use this local business again - and you can too...

Always very quick to respond. They were here within 10minutes of calling today and are an affable group of people. I believe I spoke to Christie on the phone and Mike for the tow. Unfortunately they informed me the car I was trying to remove was stolen but they did take care of contacting CSPD for me.

I needed my vintage tractor moved to a new location, Walts towing was a pleasure to work with. Dispatch was very helpful and had a tow truck out to me quickly. The driver did a great job loading, securing, and unloading my one of a kind tractor. I would absolutely recommend them.

All great things to say about the whole experience. First, only less than an hour passed before the driver showed up, this was from the initial contact. Second, Ray did an amazing job of loading, delivering my older 4Runner to the shop. Then he set it down exactly where he was asked to. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Shout out to Walts Towing, and especially to the owner Ted, who came to our rescue after our 61 Chevy Impala experienced an electrical problem and shut down on Highway 83. He was kind, courteous and did everything within his power to ensure a proper tow for our classic car. The first tow company we called never returned our call. On an early Saturday evening, the phone at Walts was answered promptly, and Ted dispatched to us right away.

Needed my work truck towed after getting into a little accident. Called these guys up because they had the best reviews and learned why pretty quick! the address we had for the location of the accident was incorrect, but Ray, one of their drivers, was willing to search around for a little while in order to find my vehicle while I couldnt be there. Also insurance from the crash needed pictures of the vehicle which also was not previously documented, and they got that taken care of for me too! Made what could have been a huge hassle into a big relief. Definitely recommend!

My tire came off my rim and I needed my car towed. I called my insurance and every company they deal with were 2 hours out. I called Walts towing and they had a driver there within 20 minutes. Walts Towing is all about consumer satisfaction. To make a long story short. I had a desperate situation regarding a vehicle. Walts went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was moved and kept safe. The cost was also very competitive and less expensive than most tow companies in Colorado Springs. He went out of his way, going above and beyond my initial expectations of a general Tow Company right off the bat, shortly after I arrived. Then he was very professional and respectful from the start of the interaction. He then went out of his way to make the situation as positive as he could. They were called to tow my illegally parked truck and had it for almost a month so my bill was pretty expensive, but they gave me a break when I came to pay and are helping me get it to a shop for the repairs it needs.Someone was always there to answer the phone when I called. I dont plan on getting towed again, but if I do hopefully it ends up in their hands.

I truly cant say enough about how truly amazing everyone at Walts towing is. We were on a girls trip when my car died in the middle of I25. I called them not knowing anything around the area they were able to store my vehicle until Monday but helped me arrange someone to pick it up to look at it Monday. Then when we couldnt get a car off the side of the interstate. Mike made two trips to make sure we werent stranded on the interstate with all our luggage and if that wasnt enough he enlisted his own daughter to give us a ride to the airport to get a rental, because an uber or lift was impossible on the weekend. Walts truly went above and beyond to help make a bad situation more tolerable and allowed us to get back to our vacation. My first experience with this company wasnt as a client, but just a girl way down on her luck struggling to change a tire near their office. When a gentlemen came out helped me put on a spare and offered to take me to get it patched at a tire shop nearby. And i never forgot how kind he was. Fastforward to today when my car broke down on Fillmore during rush hour. I needed a tow and remembered the gentlemen that helped almost 4 years ago. the lady on the phone was sweet and patient and Ray came in 15 mins was friendly considerate and helpful. I waited 4 hours for the first tow company to arrive (Popeye’s), who then abandoned me on the side of the road without changing my tire or towing me because they said it was “too cold” and “we don’t have insurance to change your tire!” UNBELIEVABLE!Walt’s Towing was on the phone with me when Popeye’s LEFT me on side of road. Walt’s Towing arrived within an hour, changed my tire in SIX MINUTES in 30 degree weather without complaining. Very professional. Broken down on the side of a dirt mountain road, and was thinking its gonna cost an arm leg to get my 4x4 home. Not after getting this guys number. Even made special accommodations for our child. Was quoted 40 minute wait, I called back after 80 minutes and the driver still hadnt left! No call to let me know the deadline would be missed. When the driver finally called, left a message, told me it would be another 30-40 minutes to get to me, and asked me to call him back to let him know I got the message. I called back. He hung up on me (thinking I was a spammer). I called again, he again hung up before I could get a word in. I tried one more time ... same thing. I called Knob Hill and they told me theyd have someone to me in 15 minutes. Call Knob Hill first.Unbelievable.

I needed my vehicle to be towed immediately as I was locked out and stuck in the heat with my toddler. Every other tow company I called couldnt get to me sooner than an hour and were overpriced. When I called Walts Towing, they were helpful, professional and gave me a fair price, they were able to get someone out to help me within a half an hour which was a miracle for me!When Zach got there he came up with a solution to get into my vehicle instead of towing it so that I wouldnt have to pay as much, when he realized the tool he needed was missing he sincerely apologized and ended up giving me a courtesy tow to make up for it.. With the good treatment we received I would have paid regardless.. I have dealt with a lot of towing companies and have never received such good customer service and fair pricing. They are such an amazing tow company! My insurance recommended them so I gave them a call to tow my truck today 03-11-19 and I had Scott and he was super nice and did an incredible job! Maybe the only professional towing service in town. Waited over 10 hours for another company to come out. When they never arrived called Walts and Zach said he would get a driver out in 2 hours. Zach himself showed up early and got the job done and our car unstuck from where it slid off the road. Even on a busy snowy day Walts Towing can be counted on. Scott and Jerry were AWESOME! I needed a container moved from my neighbors house to mine and it was lodged in between a green house and the main house. I called numerous tow companies and no one would touch it, but Walt’s did and they moved it quick without any damage to the green house or the house. Extremely frustrating service that made a bad week worse. As an army vet myself, I wanted to support this business. I contacted Walts on Wednesday to arrange to have my vehicle towed from impound to a mechanic and was told by a female employee that I needed to make sure all fees were handled at the impound lot first and call back. I did so, called back, and spoke to the same female employee. She told me it was going to be about 2.5 hours until pick up. No sweat. I needed to go to work, so I asked if I needed to be there at impound or the auto shop to meet the tow truck driver. She told me I did not. So I went to work.I call back later after when my vehicle should have been picked up and taken to the auto shop, and the same female employee is now telling me that because I wasnt there in person they towed my vehicle to their lot pending payment. Why didnt she just tell me during one of our two previous conversations that I needed to pay up front over the phone in order for them to perform the service? So I complete the payment over the phone and she informs me that the vehicle will be taken to the auto shop that day.Come to find out today, Friday, that the shop never received my vehicle. I call Walts and a different female employee tells me they still have the vehicle because they forgot to tow it for two days.I wish Id asked for the name of the person I talked to on Wednesday. The next time a customer asks Do I need to be there to meet the driver? instead of just saying No say No, but well need you to pay now over the phone. Would have saved me some hassle. Also, not impressed with them forgetting to tow my vehicle after payment.
