Anthony is a great man. I was lucky enough to work with the man himself the other day. He provided very quick work on a very short notice and really saved my day. I witnessed him sending a customer to a rival that could better suit their needs without a moments hesitation just to make sure that the customer was taken care of. He is a man of character and his employees are too. This company should be your first call when in need of help. Everything you want in a tow company. We had an unfortunate incident with a tire blow out on the way to the tire shop, go figure, and we were stranded in a parking lot. We called these guys and had the pleasure of working with Anthony. He was quick, to the point, and very friendly. He met us at the specified time and took care of everything. He even cracked some jokes to lighten the mood which I appreciate with everything going on these days. Next time we’re dealt a bad hand and require another tow, Anthony’s will be the first number I call.

I typically use that prepaid AAA tow, but after using all services on lost keys I had to shop around town for a tow service. Anthony gave a phenomenal price and showed up within an hour of requesting the tow!

Anthony is amazing. Due to the issues I was having with my car, I couldnt get it into neutral for it to be towed. Anthony ended up coming back 3 times before he was able to tow it. He is very nice, kind and patient. I highly recommend him. Very reasonable rates too.

Awesome service today. I lost my key for the millionth time last night & had to have my car towed this morning to be re-keyed (one of those fancy kinds). They showed up earlier then the ETA they had given me, the driver, Wayne, was friendly & quick/efficient. He was in/out in no time & made the whole process a lot less stressful then I had anticipated it would be... As a business owner, I really appreciate good customer service. You can tell he was well trained & seemed to love what he does. Ive dealt with some pretty lousy towing companies & this is not one of them. Anthony literally made a great night out of a bad situation. Slid off the side of the road and blew out two of my tires during a snow storm. Anthony came out personally to help me and brightened me up with his hilarious sense of humor. He was there in less that 30 minutes to help and got my sweet ride to discount store to get repaired. Wouldnt have any other tow company help me out in the future .

Went above and beyond with Customer Service! Wayne was very kind, professional, very experienced, and just a down to Earth person.He kept me updated of his arrival to the location to where I needed my vehicle towed. I knew it would be a difficult task to achieve due to my car keys being lost and the airport parking lot was very small to tow.Nonetheless, Wayne still didnt give up and was consistent in completing the hard task. He didnt take the easy way out either and ensured my vehicle wasnt going to be damaged badly due to it being the gear stuck in Park. He was quick but did the job right the first time and had to think outside of the box.Also, when we arrived to the Dealership, it was closed on Sunday and couldnt get my vehicle rekeyed until today. He kindly offered me a ride back home (no extra charge) and enjoyed our conversation.Waynes been outstanding and knew his job well with over 40 years of experience! I trust this gentleman and would be my first choice. Ill gladly call him and his company if I ever need assistance in the future with any vehicle tow problems.

Got stranded before work and called alot of other towing companies, they were either not answering or said it would take almost 2 hours to get to me. Called Anthonys and the owner came out himself due to his drivers being other places....he came to me promptly and got me and my vehicle home with enough time not to be too late for work...very friendly and great customer service....and the price was very reasonable for the service...will definitely use and promote service from this company in the near future.

Made a bad situation not so bad— owner came faster than expected and was a joy to work with (not usually what you think when you think about getting towed). He was helpful with insurance and reimbursement; I would definitely recommend this company! Great honest men.

Anthony / Anthonys Towing is the epitome of excellent customer service. I was stranded with my broken car and, after calling a few other companys, got Anthony on the phone. He wasnt even supposed to be working, but he came out to help me anyway. He provided a temporary fix to my car that would get me to a car repair shop, ie. I didnt even need a tow and he sent me on my way and wouldnt take a dime. Its nice to know that there are folks out there that are simply in existence to provide the very best to their customers -- or whomever they meet -- and not gouge them financially just because they can. And hes funny!! I wont ever call anyone else for towing assistance. Thanks, Anthony!

Dealt with the owner told him over the phone car was broke down he shows up after 30 minutes and because the car would not start he refused to tow the car stating he didnt want ruin his equipment by having to pull it up on his bed he was rude and lacked the proper equipment to do his job.
