It was a good experience. The man, who came was very nice and helpful.

My boss is a senior citizen who has no patience with anything high tech. His son bought him this big screen LCD TV for the office, so I had to find someone who can do the installation. This repair shop did not disappoint. They also did the wall mounting so my boss could watch without having to look down.

They are simply an advisor to recommend other tv repairs. Called in for the lady to take 10 minutes to ask 4 simple questions and then on top of that the number for the place they gave me had nothing to do with tv repairs. Big disappointment!!
