My Samsung curve TV kept rebooting. I called everywhere in Colorado Springs and nobody wanted to fix it. I don’t know why but it seemed like they didn’t want my business. Kelly’s took my TV and simply got’em fixed. Thank you.

I, first want to say that Andre was very kind and very professional. I brought my TV for him to fix on Friday and I told him that my husband was going to have surgery on Monday and I really needed the TV fixed by then. He said I will see what I can do. He called me the next day before the time he estimated with what was wrong and how much it cost to fix it. I was very happy with the price and the quality of work he did. He then called 3 hours later and said that he was able to get it fixed for us today and was genuinely concerned for my husband and wanted him to have the TV fixed before he came home from his surgery. Had a TV stop working after what I thought was a power surge (turned out TV and bad surge protector were to blame) and with it being such a nice TV, I didnt want to replace it. Was able to bring in TV and get it repaired within 2 weeks (would have taken less than a week but a part was in bad shape and had to be re ordered). Communication was solid and its like brand new now and costs were kept low. I hope it wont break again but it if does, Im calling Kelly TV Repair.

I had a great experience with Kellys TV. My TCL 65 in TV lost picture so I took it to them. They diagnosed the issue that day and had an estimate for repair for me by that afternoon. They repaired the TV the next day and I picked it up the next morning. They were very professional and the prices were good as well. Ill be a return customer for sure.

I called Kelly’s tv repair and talked to Andre about my broken tv, he said he could do a diagnosis and estimate shortly after I brought it in.When I informed him I live two hours away from his shop he asked for the information off of the tv so he could order all the parts for a possible repair based on my description of the problem, so the tv could be repaired while I was in town.I took it to Andre’s shop a few days later and dropped it off.Within 20min he called and had diagnosed it and had an estimate ready! Very reasonable too!I agreed to have him repair it and two hours later he texted me an said it was repaired!Wow, very fast,accurate, and professional service!If I ever need a tv repaired again I will be taking it to Andre at Kelly’s tv repair!Thank you!

A compete and total scam. Do not pay this con artist a $75 fee. Our company came to this man for a TV repair. He told us he would get back to us on friday (the next day) and he didnt. He also said if we didnt hear from him on Friday, we would hear back from him on Monday (he still did not get back to us). We then called his phone (which is his personal phone and not a work phone) and he did not answer. We called him again and he did not answer. He had blocked our number because for some reason he doesnt like unknown numbers calling him. we believe he saw our call didnt automatically recognize the number and therefore blocked it even though we provided our contact information in a sheet to him. A BIG RED FLAG is when someone is blocking numbers, avoiding phone calls, and not keeping deadlines!When we emailed him to tell him he had not reached back out to us, he sent us the following below.He is extremely unprofessional and unreliable and we implore you NOT to use his service.

Unfortunately my issue was unrepairable however I can confirm that the kind gentleman running this place definitely took good care and attention and put way more thought into at least trying to repair my situation than any of the official Samsung repairman ever did that they sent out Even though my situation was not able to be fixed Kellys TV repair graciously recycled my television for me for free and And had the city come and pick it up I know in the future this is definitely the place I would be bringing any TV or electronic that is in any means repairable unfortunately it seems like a lot of these supermodern TVs are designed to not be repairable in some ways because they really want you to buy a brand new one

Andre was great to work with in getting my Samsung 60 TV up and running again. Price is competitive. When I arrived to drop-off for diagnosis, I noticed a lot of other TVs in the area looking to be repaired. My immediate thought was this was a popular place to get repairs - a good thing. While waiting to get my invoice typed up, Andre received a call for an update on a TV under repair - he has the replacement part was not able to get to it just yet. My next thought was, uh-oh, my TV may be here awhile for repairs. As busy as it was, he was able to get it diagnosed and back to me within a week. I spent a real pretty penny on my Samsung 6500 UHD 4K curved TV. I was skeptical on who I would bring it to because I barely trusted myself with picking it up. I brought it to Kelly, and Im glad I did. I thought I could fix it at first, but there are so many different things that could go wrong when following a youtube channel... Are you going to bake your own cake for your wedding?? or are you going to have a professional do it. All else aside my TV has been up over a week and working like it did Day 1. A friend of mine referred me to Kellys TV Repair. I have a 65LG OLED TV (OLED65W7P) that would not get a picture anymore after lightning struck in to my house, I was given a estimate to diagnose the problem and how much it would be to repair and repair was reasonable and came with a warranty. Andre helped me take my TV out of my van and even delivered it to my house after the repairs. It only took a week to get my TV back and Im very pleased with the repair and service, Cost was VERY reasonable. I called Kellys TV repair after losing my TV and internet modem to a lighting storm. I called and got a price to have the TV diagnosed. I thought the price was fair so I brought it in. They called me a few days later and said it needed the main circuit board and gave me a price for the repair, again I felt they were being very honest and fair, so I agreed. Approximately a week later I got a phone call saying the TV was ready for pick up. I am very happy with the TV it works great, I would highly recommend Kellys TV repair. I will use them for any future repairs.

Kellys TV Repair is diamond in the rough. A small shop that I drove past a hundred times and didnt know it was there. But now that they fixed my 70 tv for me Ill never go anywhere else. I pulled in to get my TV repaired and seen a handful of homeless just conversating on the sidewalk I felt bad just gave them my broke TV and I went to best buy and got I new one. I should have given one star that garbage just brings the atmosphere down get,sweep the dirt off the sidewalk.

This is the place to go to! They fixed my 60” Samsung tv in 1 day!! I wish I would have went to these guys earlier this year instead of contemplating buying a 4K tv. The guy in there is extremely knowledgeable and will not BS you at all. There is a 70 dollar diagnostic fee that is not refundable BUT it counts towards the entire fix price. I recommend this to anyone who has a broken tv no matter what the brand! Just go here!

It started out with a little bid of communication problems and that can happened in now days and cell phones. But once I spoke to Andre himself he was out at my house in no time. Picked up the TV for repair and when I asked him if he could move the other TV from my br to the lv he said I bring it back tomorrow and he did. Very pleasant and professional man. This place is great....I was told I would get the tv back today and then I was called back to say my warranty company was taking to long and were being difficult on things and they said I wouldnt get my tv until tomorrow. But then called back said they got everything they needed from the warranty place and they would get it done tonight...they stayed late after they closed to get the tv back to me... I hate to judge a place solely on their customer service but the lady I spoke with this morning August 14, 2017 was extremely rude. From her heavy sighs when I asked a question, to her unwelcoming tone. Ivery been doing business with you for over 10 years, and television repair service has been great. Unfortunately I have to change my last review to a 2 star all because of an unprofessional experience concerning a phone call. I expressed to the lady on the phone that I was speaking loud because I have strept throat and Ive lost my voice, and the attitude she got with me because she assumed I had an attitude with her after the uncalled for heavy sighs was beyond unprofessional. Sad to say after I get the information I requested youve completely lost my business.Customer service is the end all when it comes to business. If you business is judged on that factor you can or will lose business because of simply interaction. I called Kellys TV Repair after our plasma panasonic TV did a LOUD pop and stopped working, only flashing a red light. Andre picked up our TV, repaired it and delivered it back all on the same day that I called. He was very professional and we will definitely use them again.

I called and spoke to Andre about my 9 year old 73 Mitsubishi DLP tv that had a smoke detector fall and hit the back of it. From what I had read on the internet it looked like the light tunnel needed to be adjusted but I took a picture and sent it to him. He said it seemed to him like it could be the DLP chip and said he had one in stock he would bring with him but if it was the chip it would be an additional $300. He arrived on time and quickly disassembled the light engine and inspected the light tunnel finding that the 9 year old glue was no longer holding the mirror in place. He could have told me the chip was bad, but he was honest and fixed the problem quickly and correctly, sticking to his original estimate. He also thoroughly cleaned all of the very dusty interior so as to prevent future problems. I am thrilled to have my TV back to its original glory and to have found an honest, trustworthy repairman in case something else goes wrong in the future. I highly recommend Kellys TV Repair.

Great turn around time.

Well, Im writing this review because Ive had the misfortune of having three of my Tvs go down for different reasons and Directv sent this company/local repair shop to my home to evaluate the issue and repair them if possible.. Someone from his shop calls within an hour of my hanging up with Directv. They confirm the issue and respond to on each occasion, Yes three different times for separate issues over 18 months. Each time the service technician diagnose the problem and then ordered what turned out to be the correct parts and my 64in Plasma and 40in LCD where repaired the first time around, NO guessing. I am very HAPPY AND SATISFIED with the out come. They seem to be more than Qualified and Know there Tvs. Id Strongly Recommend this company and the Directv repair program if you own electronics..

We have a Mitsubishi 65HD that started having lights or stars appear on the screen. At first, just a few, then hundreds. We call Mitsubishi and they set-up a repair using Kellys TV Repair LLC,telling us that the part would take about two weeks, and then it may take a nother two weeks for the repairman. I received a call from Andre from Kellys TV Repair the next day, saying he received the work order and that the part should be in 3-4 days, and he would call back when it arrived to schedule the repair. Three days later he called, and came out the next day (on a Saturday!) to make the repair, because Saturday worked for our schedule! He came out in the morning as promised, dressed professionally, and was very personable and cordial. He came in, and got right to work, taking time to explain to me what I could do to ensure longer life of the repair (cleaning out the dust ports, providing more ventilation, etc). He was quick, very kinowledgeable, and extremely polite.I give Kellys TV Repair LLC, and his service 5-stars!! I dont think there could have been anything that he could have done any better. I would highly recommend, and will definetly buy my next TV from (or have any needed repairs made by) Kellys TV Repair LLC. Superior service, fast and efficient.
