Rob, the owner, is extremely attentive and engaged--which is the textbook definition of awesome customer service. He quickly diagnosed my TVs repair needs, ordered and expedited shipment (at no extra charge) of the required part, installed a new motherboard, and manually reprogrammed the settings for my local stations, etc. -- all at a VERY reasonable, everything-included price. Wow, how old school (and APPRECIATED) is THAT these days?!! He even insisted on loading my 52 TV into the back of my SUV. I am so glad I took my repair needs to American TV and can only HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to others. FIVE STARS for sure.

Owner is very nice man. Hes retired USAF as my father was. My power source went out and he completed the repair within a few hours. My bill was less than $100 and he gifted me a remote as I hadnt been able to find mine after moving to Colorado. Hes a good guy and Im glad I chose him. Im sure hell treat you well too. After calling around to a few other places in town to repair my vintage Harman/Kardon 430 twin powered receiver, I’m glad I ended up here! Rob was able to fix it for cheaper than anyone else AND it was done less than 24 hours later! He was very friendly and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with him. As soon as I got home I looked around to find other electronics for him to fix - he was that good! Highly recommended!

I took my LG TV here and he was able to fix it within one day for only $120! It would have taken me days to get the parts I needed to fix my TV and would have cost the same. I strongly recommend at least bring it by for a estimate. He wont sugar coat it and will give you a fair price.

First off, he is a Vietnam veteran, which I thank him for his service. Primarily he conducts his business with integrity and will let you know what is worth fixing, and what is not.I definitely recommend his shop for future repairs.
