Toms TV repair is solid. They were able to fix several retro items I couldnt get other shops to even look at. Very satisfied and happy to see these projects get a second life.

I dropped a 43 Vizio with no picture off months ago. #1 I never got a phone call and called them myself and was told it was gonna need a back light kit. I agreed to have them fix it and once again no phone call. Called back again they said the kit was back ordered so I waited. No phone call again, so I called them back and was told a bad kit came in. Still never got a phone call. Just got off the phone with them and was told my TV was gone as it had been left for more than 30 days. Unbelievable. Dont do business with these crooks.

Dropped broken board off. Got a call saying something else had broken on the board as well and it wasnt worth fixing. No charge to look at it. Apreciate the honesty in business.

My roommate just had a tv that he was told his tv would be done in three days not only did they take two weeks to fix it they never updated never called and when he went to pick it up at some piont in the repair they broke his case and never said anything until it was pointed out

I brought my tv in on a Thursday for the free diagnostic, was told I’d hear back about the issue the next day. I didn’t get a single call all weekend so I had to call them Monday to ask them what was up with my TV. They told me it was the power board which is a common issue for the tv. I had already purchased and installed another power board myself for like $45. They were trying to charge over $100 and when I asked them how they came to the conclusion that it was the power board and how they knew that the one I just purchased was faulty, they couldn’t answer me. Terrible experience.*update* I purchased another power board from a highly rated seller and spoiler alert, still didn’t fix my tv. Don’t waste your time and money on these HACKS*update 2* found out from Vizio support that what I needed was a new MAIN board, ordered one off eBay and the tv worked perfectly fine. This shop was gonna charge me for another power board even after I told them I already tried swapping that out

Love the new owners. Took in two TVs and heard back quickly. One could not be fixed but the other was ready in a few days. Am also happy that they offered recycling as an option for unrepairable one. Will definitely use them in the future

Tom fixed my circuit board for an elliptical exercise machine. Fast, friendly, and a great value.

I took my 60 inch plasma into the shop with not so high hopes on getting it fixed. It kept turning off. He had it a few days and called back and said the main circuit blew and it would cost 450 to fix. A little high for what i had.. He called me back after he found a aftermarket board and it would cost 300! I am now loving my new lg! This was also around thanksgiving and he had it fixed quick! Great fast service i recommend him to anyone. Thanks Tom!

Several years ago my 65 inch Toshiba rear-projection TV died. I looked up to find that Toms was the only authorized service center in town so I gave them a call. They came out promptly, determined that one of the boards blew ( it was obviously once they took the back off ) and that they would need to take it in to repair it. This TV must weight 300 lbs so I was a little surprised when they showed up again later that day with a pickup truck and just two guys. But they had no problem getting it in the truck and away they went. Two days later they brought it back working better than it ever had. Total charge was less than $100. In my opinion these guys are great! Its probably been 7 years since then and the TV is still working perfectly.

I took my LG TV there and told him the problem. He gave a free estimate and called me back two days later. We accepted the fee and instead of replacing the board he fixed it, saving us a whole lot of money. I very much recommend this place to repair your TV. Awesome job!!

This place sucks he will scratch your screen and bang it around gots a big dent in the back and I have before and after pics I have he will deny it and if you dont get your tv fixed by him he will take parts out of it so beware of this shity place

Provided detailed information for my repair/service questions. Although in my situation, my tv is not repairable, the information was appreciated.

I had a 52 Samsung 750 series die on me. I gave Tom a call and took my TV down and dropped it off. He called back two hours later and said how much it would cost to repair which was right where I thought it would be. He said maybe 2-3 days but he called the next day at 10am and said it was ready for pickup. I couldnt be more happy with the service and price I got.

Person did not identify himself when he came to the door. In less than 40 minutes, he looked at all 5 my tvs, told me it was the color wheel in detail on first one ($500 and $600) and others $250 to $300 to repair others. It was suspicious it was the color wheel on 3 of them, but another tv repair person had said it was the fan for humming. When I mentioned that, he then changed the diagnosis to fan, stating there was 3 fans in one tv and $90 per fan. Took $85 and said to call him with the one I wanted fixed. He did not want to trade in any except for the newest one I had.

Called kelleys tv and their pricing was completely ridiculous. After only 5 minutes on the phone, Kelleys tv had already come up with 3 or 4 different fees...Toms tv was far better pricing and service. Tom had one set fee to come look at our tv and easily idenified the problem. Couldnt have asked for better service. Stay away from kelleys tv...Im in the military and the movers broke my flat screen. All they needed to pay for it was for the tv repair person to fill out a form. While Kelleys tv had of course another fee just to fill out the form, Tom did it at no extra cost.Im hoping kelleys tv reads this review. Kelleys tv, your garbage......😝😝😂
