We have used their TV repair, turntable repair, VCR repair, vacuum repair, and stereo receiver repair for at least the past 30 years. We found them to always be honest - telling me if my unit was worth fixing or not. We never encountered any dishonesty by Carmine or his son. We will definitely continue using them as our TV/Vacuum repair service center!

Let him take my tv he said he fixed it couple days later had same issue wouldn’t refund the deposit I gave him scam artist don’t let him touch your tv don’t give him any money till it’s fixed

I have done business here for many years and had nothing but positive experiences. I support small business and I completely understand the reason they charge for an estimate. Most service industries do! Dont trust the negative reviews theres always people looking for something for nothing, or looking to cause trouble... these are those people.

QUALITY SERVICE at a fair price. I only recommend shops I know are reputable. I own an electronic service business in Colorado Springs and have referred many people to AA TV, since we dont do TV repairs. I have received nothing but positive feedback from individuals we have sent to AA.

Quality service good customer service. the owner has a good sense of humor and the son does vacuums so I was able to get my 4K HDTV fixed and my shark vacuum fixed under the same roof. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Told me about how much it would be up front no surprises.

HiI dont recommend this shop for any services, i had a TV that has a small repair, i called the shop explained the issue and they said we will fix it for 65$, went there paid the fees after 1 hour the calledd me back and said we cant fix the TV, and didnt give me the money back.No honesty at all, a rip off place

I don’t recommend this store at all, i have a TV that had an issue with the volume, called this store and asked if it’s fixable and he said sure it will cost 65$. I brought the TV to the store, payed the 65$, after an hour I received a call from the store saying that he couldn’t fix the TV. When I asked him about the 65$ he said this is the for diagnosing.Baaaaaad place, baaaaaaad service

They diagnosed my TV, told me the price to fix it and then performed the service. It was done on time, with no extra charges and the TV works great again.

Poor service, no honesty at all. I don’t recommend this shop at all.
