Valerie did a phenomenal job starting with her customer service to the service itself. She was very thorough during the whole process. She took her time and made sure to implement a relaxing and trusting environment. My brows have never looked so good she truly did an amazing job. If you are looking to enhance your brows I would recommend Valerie as well of any of her other services.

I recently got a facial from Valerie (Peachy King Aesthetics) because I was interested in dermaplaning and it was amazing! I’ve been getting facials for years and I’ve never felt that relaxed. She does a great job and really takes her time to make sure you and your skin are taken care of. 10/10

I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience, nor ever seen anything even remotely bad. I have had multiple different stylists do my hair and it always looks great! I also get facials from Mimi and they are awesome too. Everyone there is so nice!

I got my VERY first deva cut and tbh it was THE BEST EXPERIENCE ever!!! Lilli was so amazing and so knowledgeable! She will educate you on your curl type and show you a lot of tips on how to style properly your hair. My hair used to not have shape at all and I left the salon with a gorgeous hair with a lot of volume and body. I LOVE MY HAIR! She did an amazing job I would totally recommend her from now on because she really knows what she is doing, she is very nice and cares about your needs. Thank you Lilli!!!

Mia Cioranu has been cutting my hair (Im a man) for what seems like 10 years or more. I havent let anyone else cut my hair in all that time. Consistently excellent cut. Mia is friendly and we share our stories and some laughs. Best stylist/barber ever!

I had my first Deva cut today and my hair is so beautiful 😭 If youre looking for one go see Lilli.I was skeptical because a lot stylists dont know what to do with curly hair. And factor in that I have mixed hair (black and korean) its just a different beast in itself. But she did it and my hair is wonderful.She even taught me how to care for my curls. It was educational as well. She also has good energy.My hair is light. Bouncy. My curl pattern is POPPIN. And its all thanks to her. 🙏

Do not go to this salon unless you are looking for an escape room experience! Cara will not listen to what you want. This place deserves NEGATIVE stars!!Cara charged me FULL PRICE for something I didn’t even ask for the first time. -I asked for VIBRANT red hair and she sent me home with black hair with a hint of red.- She told me she would fix it without ever telling me I had a week to come in...I told her that it would most likely be a month before I came in because I didn’t want to damage my hair.I came in Saturday and she never told me that I was going to be charged ANYTHING for her to FIX MY HAIR! The only time we discussed a price was when she told me she does dreads for $60/hr. I gave her everything I had in my wallet and then she locked me in the store telling me that I could not leave until I gave her $360!!!!!! (What I found really strange was when I gave her her “tip” she asked me how much I was giving her, which a stylist has never done. Then after counting it proceeded to throw a fit telling me I was being disrespectful. Shouldn’t she have known how much I was giving her if that had been discussed) I obviously didn’t bring that with me thinking I was getting my hair fixed for free. I told her I’d be more than happy to give it to her in payments if she really feels her work deserves it but I didn’t have it on me. I unlocked the door and got in my car and she proceeded to chase me down the road.This has brought up some PTSD and I can’t even believe someone would do something like that especially after I offered to give it in payments. I asked to speak to the owner and she wouldn’t even take my calls, saying she would only talk to me over email and then backing up her staff.Now Cara is sending me messages adding, FLEE SATAN in all caps at the end, claiming she’s praying for me and calling Satan out of me...I don’t appreciate it to say the least.

Very picky about my hair but decided to give rocky a chance after reading great reviews and seeing pictures of her work and I am so happy I did! She delivered exactly what I wanted and pictured. I was natural for two years and decided to get a relaxer and I dont regret it at all! She has a really great warming environment and she is just the sweetest! After two years in Colorado I have finally found the person I am looking for! Dont miss out you guys, she is literally the best person I have went too here in Colorado Springs! Thank you Rocky!!

Ive enjoyed a variety of services and the owner, Karren, is one of the most creative and customer oriented hair stylist Ive ever met.She takes the time to fully understand what you are wanting to achieve whether it be a cut, color or style. She checks as she progresses to make sure you like it. WHO DOES THAT?I always recommend anyone I know to come give it a try. I have only seen the esthutician Mimi. She is the bomb. Everyone is nice, but Mimi is the reason I go. Her facials are to die for. Het hair removal skills are amazing. Love this woman.

** EDIT At the time of this post there were no other reviews about Rocky, she has since had friends and family members make false reviews to boost the score for this salon*** I had been going to this salon for nearly two months and was being styled by Rocky. I was satisfied with her work until May 6, 2016 when she was attempting to trim my hair with clippers and literally scalped a 3x3 area of my hair near my temple. She apologized and was able to mask the area but I was completely mortified as I am African American and my hair does not grown very fast. To add insult to injury she only took $10 for her mistake and asked me if I wanted to leave a tip( absolutely not) had she had taken 50% off of my style for her error I would have most likely came back but due to the price I realized she didnt value me as a client. Had she had considered the long term effects of charging me that price she may have realized that a consist an customer who tips 20-25% regularly would have been more beneficial than a customer who will NEVER RETURN AGAIN! I received a refund from the owner the following week after the service. She had the audacity to call me unprofessional when she replied to my review but, in her text messages to me she threatened that I had better be there at noon and stated that I was abusing her again. How professional is that as the owner of a salon. I have since decided to forward all communications with her to the BBB even though this business isnt even accredited! Thank God and good riddance Im glad to be done with the situation!

I have been a client at Your Salon and Spa since January of this year and I have been extremely happy with the services I receive there. Karren is my stylist and I tell all my friends what an artist she is. She really thinks about each persons hair and suggests what she thinks is best, not only for the day you walk out of the salon, but for when you have to do your hair yourself at home. She takes into consideration the health of your hair and what is the best style for you. I also get regular manicures with Karren and again, she is the best! Your Salon is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Karren and her team!
