I got an awesome birthday present from the boyfriend. This entailed a head-to-toe massage facial and pedicure. Everybody here is professional in a location is lovely. I would recommend this to anybody who needs an all-day spa.

I have to say it was a good experience overall for mine and my wifes first massage. I think there was only one hiccup throughout the entire experience and I feel like that boiled down to some kind of clerical miscommunication. (We didnt bother bringing it up with them) when we made a reservation we had selected two female masseuses and for whatever reason (not that it ended up being a problem) there was only one available, but again that really isnt much of an issue at all as we were both satisfied at the end of the day.Tldr: place is great I recommend, they were great for our first time.

My husband bought me one of the spa massage packages for our anniversary. It was the most perfect gift he could have given me. I walked in feeling tired, parched, stressed, and just generally feeling down.I left feeling like 2 million dollars. Kind, compassionate, mindful, meditative. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Mothers Day last year that I finally got around to using. Courtney was my massage therapist. She did a great job! She was very thorough, focused on my neck and back where I have issues that we discussed, and the pressure was perfect. I felt leaving very relaxed and not sore at all. The facility was clean, covid guidelines were followed, and the staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!

Scheduled a couples day spa treatment for my girlfriend and I as a surprise gift for valentines day and Columbine Massage made it very special. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left nothing but satisfied. The Massage and facials were very relaxing and comfortable. I did fall asleep several times lol soothing atmosphere.

My daughter and I went to this establishment on October 24, 2020. I will admit that I let the look of the place gave me pause. However, let me say that the service that we received was amazing and it was clean. We got massages and facials. The massage was wonderful, but let me say that the Osmosis Facial was AHHHHHHHMAAAZING. My face had a nice natural glow and it was super soft. My face was so soft that I just wanted to keep touching it. I will be returning.

Was not happy! I scheduled a day for my wife a surprise anniversary gift, and drove from outta town to bring her. Im not very knowledgeable on how spas work or whats considered normal, and when I started to ask questions I was completely blown off, and basically told to kick rocks. I felt extremely judged for my concerns and questions.

This spa is absolutely amazing! We booked appointments for 5 of us girls for my sisters Bachelorette party weekend and they made it so special for us. The massage therapists were VERY good and made us VERY comfortable and relaxed. Vanessa was my massage therapist, I am pregnant and she was very knowledgeable when handling my situation. I highly recommend this place!!

Went in today for a “mommy and me” massage. The woman who greeted us was lovely, I assume she is the owner 🙂 the two therapists were great! Pam worked on some sore spits of mine which felt so much better afterwards. Nadia massaged my 6 yearOld daughter and gave her a great massage! My daughter and I cant wait to try their facials. The spa is beautiful and clean. We had a great experience and will be back.They also gave a whole mommy and me package where they serve you lunch and do both massage and facials

This place is far from luxurious. Its located in the lower level of an unmarked building and nobody there was able to give directions to find it. I called saying we had followed Google Maps to the location, but that we were having trouble locating it and all I got for help was a disconnected call (they didnt even call me back) and after calling again to ask which building I should be looking for I was told to look for like, three buildings and there might be a black car. They didnt know the address and they didnt know the name of the building they were in, all they could tell me was that no, there was no signage for the actual spa. Despite calling and saying we were having trouble finding the place before our scheduled time we were not offered a discount or for any of our time to be made up, just told that we should have used Google Maps so our time was cut short. The place is small and obviously just a converted office. The fellow at the front desk was frustrated with us and only managed to snap that it was our fault for having difficulties finding their basement spa in the basement of a building with no sign. I asked if we could just pay the cancellation fee and leave, but nobody knew the cancellation policy! Eventually they reached a manager, who would not speak with us, but they claimed that cancellation fee is equal to the full service fee. We decided to stay since we had to pay full price anyway. The suite was just a plain old office that they had thrown a hot tub in. There were huge windows at the ground level so youre completely exposed the entire time youre changing clothes and trying to relax. To the credit of the massage therapists, the massage was fine, nothing exceptional, but fine and they strove to be as pleasant as possible. If youre looking for a romantic or truly relaxing experience at all, I would recommend going somewhere thats actually worth the cost.

Ive been going to Columbine Massage & Day Spa for about 10 years. Always a great, relaxing experience. Every therapist Ive gone to has been terrific! Suz gives a great facial. Check out their new location too. Smaller, but much more convenient for me! Love it.

I purchased a couple’s package as a surprise for my my husband-it was our anniversary, and the staff ensured we enjoyed a quiet, private and thoroughly relaxing morning at the spa. We were greeted at the door, escorted to our private room where we first soaked in our own hot tub then thoroughly zoned out under 90 minute hot stone massages. Then we padded down the hallway to the body wrap room. This is one incredible treatment that includes mud, a space-type blanket and a multiple-headed rain shower. ABSOLUTELY try this!Finally, we were treated to lunch and a lovely steam. There’s no doubt we’ll be back-next time: facials & pedicures!!

My boyfriend and I impulsively decided to visit this day spa on our vacation and boy are we glad we did. The massage was very soothing and got many of my problem areas to relax. All of the staff was friendly and made the experience even better. The biggest thank you to the two gals helping us out (we couldn’t remember names, sorry!). The massage was okay. The professionalism was mediocre. I would like to suggest moving the large mirror on the wall in the couples room since you do have both male and female therapists. When my wife was asked to roll from her belly to back the therapist had her roll toward the large mirror and as a result her privacy was compromised.

I had a five star experience with Corrine at Columbine Day Spa! Getting a massage is a rare treat for me, but she did not disappoint. I had such knots in my back, they were raised when I lay down. But she took it as a cheerful challenge to take care of that pain and alleviate the tension, and was genuinely happy to help! The environment was totally serene, but not weird or dulling. I could not have felt more comfortable and relaxed. Corrine targeted my problem points just perfectly, effectively but not painfully, and she was just a joyful, sweet person to be around. I highly recommend, and would go back in a second!

My wife an I had a great time here! We came for our anniversary and got a couples massage. They were polite and treated both of us like royalty! I have to say the showers are amazing! They had like 4 shower heads all shooting from different directions and a steamer! It was amazing! All in all best massage my wife and I have ever had!

Afterwards, Eileen gave us a lot of good and useful info and recommendations about beauty products and plants, local attractions, and eateries.Great massage, great employees, and great experience! My husband has made, at least, three (3) couples massages with Columbine and NONE of them was disappointing. The lunches were from a delivery restaurant not far from there and their food is so good we wish they delivered to our home, too. The facial treatments were so soothing and calming that it would be fabulous to have them weekly, if not every day! But! The massages...perfect! We have had a couple of different massage therapists each and weve loved them all. They take into consideration your needs and wants...my husband prefers a very light touch while I LOVE deep tissue.There is only one thing that we both would like to have changed...after a massage together (in the same room) and lunch together (in the same room), we dont want to have facial therapies in different rooms, which is what they do, at this time. That is the only reason why I gave this review 4 stars.The people are all fantastic, check on you whenever you arent involved in a treatment, offer wine when you are between treatments, and treat you like royalty. In addition, I once had there steam shower and it was out of this world!

Best deep tissue massage I have had in years. My therapist listened to exactly what I said my issues were, and then worked on those. I am not one that needs the full body massage, but prefers to have someone target specifics. It was wonderful. Worth every penny. Love that you can make online appointments. My only complaint is that I should have made a 90 minute appointment - but that is my fault! You will not be disappointed in this salon. Peaceful, quite, and relaxing atmosphere. I made my next appointment before I left.

I really like this place. I travel alot and need a deep tissue massage at least once a month. I always leave feeling like the knots have been worked out. Their pricing is fair and the staff are always friendly.

All their services are excellent you will not be disappointed DONT go to the mall or the grocery store to get your nails done. I am not a spa guy. Never stepped into one before. But, at the end of May, my wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary in Colorado Springs. I wanted to do something special for her so, I decided on a couples massage. Sue encouraged me to do the hot stone massage, so I went with her suggestion. I did not disappoint! I actually may have left my body at some point! Sue and her staff were sooooooo sweet and kind to us. I have pretty bad psoriasis on my legs. I told the young lady who was doing my massage that she didnt have to touch those areas. Her reply, Oh, no. The oil will be good for your psoriasis. She was so kind and sincere and I really appreciated it. When we go back to Colorado Springs again, we will DEFINITELY be paying them another visit. Sue, thank you so much for being a part of making our 20th anniversary so special!

Went here for a massage awhile back and never returned. I have been to several places in town, and get massages frequently due to an injury. At most other spaces, you are on a table with a heat pad, covered with a sheet and a blanket to stay warm and there are proper techniques to make sure you stay covered in the proper areas and warm. At columbine, they only used an old towel, my feet stuck out at the bottom, I froze for the entire massage and felt very exposed and uncomfortable. So much so that I cant even recall the massage experience because that it what stuck with me and I never returned.

I have been using Columbine Day Spa since moving to Colorado in 2011. Their services are always amazing and the staff is top notch! Cant wait for tomorrows massage and facial! Perfect Mothers day present!

We come here as often as we can. We have a physically demanding job in which we are in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time throughout each day. We have specific therapists we prefer, but even when they are not available (we make last min appts sometimes) we are not disappointed with any other therapist. Every since time we are in we have been treated incredibly well. They are very professional!! I decided to get some gift certificates for my daughters teachers this year. Cant wait to hear about their experiences.

Strange location but kind and soothing staff

AWFUL! DONT GO THERE IF YOU NEED BIKINI OR BRAZILIAN WAX! The service lasted over an hour (when it really should have only lasted 20-30 minutes at most), and I still had a lot of hair left over. Ive never had to actually help the esthetician by holding my skin. She dripped wax on my leg and still had wax left over at my bikini area. I was furious when it cost $80 for a bad service. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
