I came to this place with my mom and sister, great first impression as the space was bright and clean and we were greeted right away. The selection on polishes was great.

I did not feel prioritized or valued. I had an appointment but they worked on people who just walked in before me. I would not use them again. My acrylics popped off within a week of having them. I am very disappointed.

Just. Bad. We had an appointment and still waited 1.5 hours but that’s whatever. I came for a dip removal and a plain manicure. The nail tech was rushing and nicked all my fingers and proceeded to soak them in acetone. After which he wanted to clip my nails with the same nail clippers he had just used on another woman’s feet with a cleaning technique of simply wiping the tools with a towel. Lastly the polish he used was old and the quality came out so awful. That was all that was included for a manicure, no cuticle care, no moisturizer, no cleaning under the nail, nothing. The other people in my party were also given a bad time. My guy friend was refused service because he was a man and only one person could do men’s nails and she wasn’t available. My other friends had terrible acrylics that were uneven, misshapen, and dull. The equipment was dirty, the store was dirty, and there were no cleaning procedures in place. But they have a plastic shield in place for covid! Just going to go home and cut it all off.

Great service from the time I walked in the door. I was very happy with my gel nails as well as regular polish. Very friendly with conversation. Got in and out in about 35 minutes for both.

I butchered my cuticles trying to do my nails myself, and they fixed me right up! Got in quickly. Friendly staff. Full set done in less than an hour. Loved the options and designs. Check out!

Ive gone here twice now or pedicures and both times have been great! This nail salon is in is incredibly clean and well organized I did not even have to wait a minute to get my nails done.

I have been getting acrylics for 12+ years and never had someone do the shape as good as my tech did. I also get acrylic on one of my toes and she made it look so natural. I will be coming here from now on!

The nail spa is always clean. I always get a pedicure here and the polish lasts a long time. I love. Prices are reasonable. The owner is usually there and greets your at the door.

Stay away! I made an appt for my daughter and I for a pedicure and manicure. We waited for an hour past the appt time, and it took 3 hours total while waiting for each step to be done. 6 days later, my daughters acrylic nails are falling off. We went in today to get them fixed. Another 3 hours and they are finally done.

I enjoyed my visit and Im glad this is the shop I happened upon! Got both a manicure and pedicure. Service was great! The salon was clean and they took all the appropriate covid precautions.

I found this salon through my friend and now its my normal pedicure salon! I got a gel mani and regular pedi and loved it! The employees are always super nice and accommodating.

Ms. Lee was wonderful!! I got there and didn’t wait a moment. They took their time on my nails and went above and beyond to give me the look I was hoping for! She was so sweet and was very detailed (perfectionist type). I will absolutely go back and would recommend this place to my friends!

3/5 because the service was great, really clean environment, great staff and I got an acrylic powder set for $45. My only complaint is that my nails were not even and not shaped correctly. I asked for ombre, but not all my nails had ombre it was more half and half. I will be coming back but not getting ombre nails, but it a place with great prices and kind people.

I have been going for year. My mom is good friends with the owner. I went in for a fill cut and color change. My nails look so bad they look like a children’s push on nails. I showed a picture and this is NOT What I asked for! I will never go back.

We usually see Ben, he is magical. Miley is great. Your nails are always perfect regardless who you see, honestly. They are amazing! Beautiful decor and very relaxing.

I went there for the first time today. I usually dont go there but they had good reviews so I tried it out. It was absolutely TERRIBLE! I got there the wait wasnt too long. I waited about 15 mins. I asked for a full set of acrylics with gel color. The female technician prepared my nails to glue the tips on. She did my left hand first then my right pinky, she stopped in the middle of the process and left to do someones nails. I waited for 15 mins and asked another technician if she was coming back. They told me yes just give her a second. I waited another 10 mins... Finally another technician came and moved me to his table. He finished up gluing the rest of my right hand. He cut them down to the size I wanted. He put the acrylic on my nails. It was messy and all over my fingers. Just awful ! He put it on really thick and sloppy. It looked like he was in a rush or something. Then he started filing my nails. He was so rough that he cut my fingers. My right thumb, right middle finger, and my left pinky left skin cut by the file he was using. I know my fingers will be hurting and sore tomorrow. I told him to be more gentle, he nodded. I asked how much they charge for a full set. He told me $20, I was thinking maybe thats why it a good price. You get what you pay for. Which at the end he charged me $40 because of the gel polish. Which was sloppy as well. It was uneven and there was stuff on my nail that you can see through the color. The place had such a strong smell that gave me a headache. I will never go there again!! and Never ever recommend this place to someone else. I dont know how this place has good reviews unless they are all fake because this nail salon is terrible I cant think of one good thing about it. Such a disappointment!

Went in and asked how long the wait was. They said they can get us in. We waited for 10 minutes and left, she came running after us and said no no come sit well do it now and called a man from the back (I think the owner) to do them. I asked for my nails painted, she said a full set, I said yes but paint not acrylics. I didnt know I had to ask to have my cuticles done 🤦‍♀️ so those didnt get done. Then I had asked for a design and the pictures of the candy cane nails show what I wanted versus what I got. Wont go back. They are usually very good, but not this time

I walked in with a decent set of my own nails. I needed 2 acrylics to fill in for broken nails. They only gave me one acrylic and filed all of my existing nails to nothing but nubs. While the 1 acrylic they did give me seems sturdy, I asked multiple times to have the nails rounded. He finally rounded all of the other nubs that he created but left the 1 acrylic nail squared. My daughters nails were done by another tech and they were wonderful. My experience was horrible. I will never go back.

I’ve been goin to this place for years, I’ve always known it’s been a hit or miss but today really set me off. First we sat 20mins, then we were told to sit in chairs...waited another 20 mins. Then the owner moved me to her chair and left my mom. I had my hands soaking for another 20mins and she was nowhere to be found! Then they started on the person who came in after us and kicked my mom out of the chair. When the owner finally came back to me, she started doing my cuticles and halfway through left to do the lady’s nails across from me for an extra 15 mins. When she started back on me, she took out a chunk of my cuticle and I even jumped. She said sorry, but even though I was bleeding she just kept cutting at it. Finally she sped through the paining and got nail polish all over me.Definitely not happy by the time I left, and she didn’t even try to give a discount. They really treat their favorite and loyal guests the best and don’t care about the walk ins.

Sadly the quality of service at this salon has gone down hill over the last couple of years while prices have increased. Gel/Shellac Manicure Friday night and it began peeling on Monday night. Person doing pedicure poured Acetone on my leg rather than intended lotion. I said it was burning and he didnt even wash it off, just put lotion on top. Makes me sad as Ive previously enjoyed the people working at this salon.

Getting my nails done here was a stressful experience. I got a mani-pedi and they sat me in one of the pedicure chairs and forgot about me for a half hour. They rushed through painting my nails. Then during the manicure my technician made me bleed, rushed through painting my nails, and got polish on my finger. I was really happy with the price but I guess I got the price I paid for

My favorite place to go by far. Ben always does a stunning job on my nails, and I’ve never had an issue with them chipping or breaking. The staff is really friendly and it’s always quick! Great prices too☺️

Had a pedicure last week by a very thin, young male who I had not seen before, although I havent been in in several months. As I put my feet in the water, I looked over at a lady beside me who was more than 1/2 way done with her pedicure-----just getting the warm towel on her legs. My pedicure was finished before her final coat of polish was applied. It took less than 25 minutes. I as VERY disappointed---he seemed like he was not even paying attention to what he was doing and in a hurry to finish. He just used a pumice-like stone on my heels, not a metal scraper that they always use. Less than 1 week later, my heels are terrible. It was probably the worst pedicure I have ever had. Needless to say, I probably wont go back, unless I can make an appointment with an experienced operator. He should get another job elsewhere.

Very friendly atmosphere with professional staff. There were a lot of regulars when I went, and the technicians greeted them by name. My technician was Sarah, and she was so meticulous and skilled, not to mention polite and friendly. The prices are reasonable, and I will definitely be going there again!

Love this place! Called for an appointment with Ben and got in the same day! I did have to wait while he finished with a client before me but worth the 10 minute wait. He was so personable and did an incredible job! They only accept cash tip which sucks when you forget cash.... but his response was “no worries! You can get me next time!” He wasn’t even worried that I didn’t have cash on me!Very reasonable priced. I will definitely be back!

This place was packed and we had to wait..... but the service was AMAZING! I have never had someone take such care and time on my toes. I have had tons of pedicures and this was by far the best!!!! My pedicure was beautiful! Even though there were tons of people waiting, she still spent her quality time in my toes. And it wasnt just her, I watched multiple others get pedicures and the same care and attention was given to them! Will be coming back!!!!!

Much better than last experience a year ago. Decided to give it another shot and I just say, a job well done. My appointment was on time and they took my me immediately. I still had to switch off and wait for another person to finish my nails in the middle of the appointment. But I’m glad I waited. Ben did a great job. I love my nails. I initially wanted this style in black, but they didn’t offer that. I’m still happy with the light pink glitter powder.

I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year, and its the only place I go. They do a great job & the prices are great. But I honestly had a terrible time last night when I went. I am very busy, so when I have time to go get my nails done, its a big deal. But last night I had waited for about 45 minutes in cold water waiting for someone to come over & give me a pedicure. This place is always busy, but last night was one of the nights where it wasnt too bad & this still happened. It just seemed at if their was no urgency. They acted as if I wasnt a priority to them. Then when I finally was able to get taken care of, I was rushed through the whole pedicure and she wouldnt even do what I wanted done. The same with my manicure, she said she didnt like my idea, so she did it the way she wanted to do it. All of that to not even be told Thank you or have a good night when I left. To be honest, your time & money is a valuable thing, and to get better service, I will start going some where else.

I have been going to this salon for years to see MiMi, driving 1 1/2 hours when we visit the Springs. Not sure what is going on with this salon, but the service has really gone gone downhill here. This last visit, she was on the phone the entire time she worked on my nails, speaking only in Vietnamese. My nails were messed up twice,needing us to be there for a little over 2 hours. I tried to speak with Lee ( owner) but she was not interested and simply said she would speak to her about my visit. I love the work MiMi does but this was my last visit. I wont be back

I came in at 6:45 with the intention to just get my nails taken off from a different place. They close at 7. I went to get them off and they offered me to stay and get them redone. I work 12 hour days during the week and never have time so the fact that they closed in 15 min and offered me to stay was AMAZING to say the least. Then I had Lee (Leigh) do dip on my nails and she took her time. She did NOT rush it like a lot of nail salons do when they’re about to close. They don’t care about the time because you’re important to them. It was an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This salon was recommended to me; I made an appointment after hearing how busy they get. I am very impressed! Though it was busy and each technician booked, my nail tech did NOT rush and spent time on my problem areas. I am def going back!

This salon is a step above the others! Extremely clean and comfortable atmosphere. They work very quickly without sacrificing the quality of work. The staff is always polite and friendly and will go out of their way to ensure a perfect experience.

I have been here before. They always have done a good job on my pedicures. Sarah did my pedicure on Sunday the 7th of May and that was okay. I did ask for a full face wax....and that was a horrid decision. The man who did it was rough, went over the same spots, and by the end of it the wax was so hot. I have 2nd degree burns on my face. MY FACE! I had surgery today on my teeth or I would have stopped by to show them the damage they did on my FACE. Very disappointed and physically in pain. They obviously should not be allowed to wax anything for anyone.

Really bummed. I went in with high hopes after hearing good things from a couple people. But I have to say, this was truly awful. Initially I was a tad disappointed by the lack of colors to choose from, but I picked one anyway. My nails were not cut evenly even after I indicated that there was an issue with my thumb nail and she fixed it. I was made to feel stupid for not knowing what hand until light meant, in regard to a UV light at a salon I have never been to before. Near the end, she used a nail file to remove polish from my SKIN, which was quite painful. And she didnt even take off all of the smudges on my skin that were left. And she was saying goodbye as she was still working on my nails, which felt quite rushed. I left with my fingers still covered in oil. It was a horrible experience and one I dont care to ever repeat.

I have been going here for a while just returning and without an appointment. I was fit in by Mily and she did a fabulous job as always. I did have to wait but considering I did not have an appointment, anestiticians were out sick and on vacation everyone was working as hard as they could. They did a fabulous job. They are terrific.

I’ve read the reviews for this place and I was a bit weary of going here, went in on a Saturday morning and Ben is the best! I told him what I wanted (full set and a gel manicure) he said we can do it right now, which was a little deceiving since the whole room was packed full of people. My boyfriend’s sister and I went to go get donuts and came back to the salon. Ben took me right away, my boyfriend”/ sister on the other had had to wait a bit, but Ben assured me that she would be taken care ofWe were both impressed with the work that they do there, and our nails looks great!

Went in to get a full set of acrylics, got there at 3:30pm and didn’t get home til 6:00. My nail tech rushed through my nails without asking what shape I want and was so distracted. My friend’s nails were done by the owner but every single one was crooked. For the price you could easily go somewhere else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. If I could leave zero stars I would. I went with my mom, and first of all, when we walked in we were not greeted. We were sat down and they began to soak the shellac off of my nails that I currently had on. As I was sitting, my tech was on his phone the entire time, which was very unprofessional to me. I was looking around, I noticed the salon was extremely dirty. After that, I warned my tech that I had a nail that was a little cracked on the side, so he should be gentle in order to not damage it more. When he started to take off my nail polish, he was extremely aggressive, and proceeded to catch the broken part of my nail, and rip almost the entire nail off, leaving it hanging by a thread. I was bleeding and in a lot of pain. He proceeded to say “oh, it looks like your nail broke a little bit. It must have been broken before,” as I proceeded to bleed all over. My blood was all over his towel and tools, which he did not change. After attempting to fix it with acrylic, he quickly threw on my color and rushed me out. After he rushed me out, he did not change out any of his utensils or towel, and proceeded to bring another client over to his station. The entire place was very unprofessional and VERY unhygienic.My mother also had a very rushed service, and left with nail polish all over her fingers, and it looked like a toddler had just completed her service. Her tech was very unprofessional as well, which leads me to believe that everyone in this salon is unprofessional as well.We will be calling OSHA to come and do an inspection on this salon, and between the unventilated space, unhygienic work stations, and uncleaned tools, I hope to see this place closing very soon.

Haven’t came here in a while but after my regular nail person at another nail salon canceled my appointment after I stated I needed a full set not a fill, I decided to try this nail salon again and Lee did an amazing job on my nails. I asked for coffin ombré and was a little hesitant that they would be shaped correctly and truly be ombré but she absolutely nailed it and I’m so in love with my nails. Thank you so much for taking me last minute and doing a wonderful job! Would highly recommend this nail salon!

At first, my mom and I came here every month for pedicures. Cheapest in town and awesome service. 15 years of coming to this place, even trying other places was a bust and we kept coming back to this one.Of courses like everything, prices went up, and that was okay with us as long as the service kept being great.Recently, service has been mediocre at best. My mom always makes appointments and she always has to wait for her gal. She chose her because she was awesome at doing massages and nails, but now she just zooms on by to get another client in. For me, I come with no appointment, ever, and I get sat first and done with my nails first always. I always have to wait for my mother to get done.To make me finally write a review was todays experience. My mom and I came in, nobody there waiting, 4 workers just chit chatting standing around. But, where is my moms gal? She isnt there! Not even a phone call to let the clients know if its ok or to reschedule. We decided to stay regardless. Got sat right away and I got my feet started at the same time as her. I finished first, with a meh massage, but my mom got an extra massage, she was impressed. She asks the guy you going to do my hands too? Yes, yes of course!! She got moved to a station once the pedi was done and then the guy bailed and went to go do another pedicure for a lady that had literally came in 5 mins ago, did not sound like there was an appointment made tbh. He got another guy to do it, whom sat down for 2 mins then got up and called another girl (didnt wait at all) over to do her nails... So, confused, my mom sat there for 20 mins before she asked who was going to do her nails. The second guy came back only after finishing with the other girl... Thats not good customer service, I dont care what place, how busy, etc, you take care of the first customer, first, then move on to another one. There might have been appointments, but my mom had an appointment as well, an hour and a half ago, and she didnt deserve this.Along with the prices going up, and the service going down, my mom and I decided that we will more than likely not make an appointment for here again and go try another place. After more than 15 years of coming to this one.

I have gone several times for shellac and acrylic manis. The prices are great and the results are consistent. I do wish theyd take credit card for tips, though.They are generally pretty busy so unless you have an appt, expect to wait a while. Ive waited an hour in the past.. Ill have to do some research on slower times of day to stop in.Recommended :)

I came here for prom to get acrylic nails. When I arrived, I had already called ahead and made an appointment yet I still waited 25 minutes, while they took other, walk-in customers first. When I finally got a seat, the person doing my nails did not ask what length, or shape I wanted. The were much longer than I wanted and were not the shaped I wanted either. They put glitter, acrylics on BOTH hands in a mere 20 minutes. The glue was never filed off under my finger nail. A couple hours later, the glue began pulling up, under my finger nail. It ended up ripping up the skin right under the beginning of my nail. On top of this, they charged me twice as much as they had quoted me. I would very highly not recommend this place. I asked the person working on me to shape my nails, and then she got very rough and gave me a dirty look so I did not want to say anything more, as I am not very good at being stern and am shy. Much to say, I wore bandaids on 4 of my finger nails to prom because the nail job ripped my skin up & wouldnt they stop bleeding. 0/10 would not recommended, unless you want to be crying two nights before prom.

Terrible!! Went in for ombré nails that were coffin shaped. Left and they were square not coffin at all. I asked him if he could do them I even had a picture and he said I can do anything! Umm I don’t think so!! Came out with thick bumblegum pink nails with glitter on the ends!! You can still see my previous color, Que did not take off my previous color. You can see the hot pink tips under the polish. Took 25 minutes. He was so worried about missing the broncos game! I will never go back there! Wish I could post pics of what I wanted and what they actually looked like.

I love this place, but you need to know what you are getting into. Be prepared to wait. They get SWAMPED Friday-Saturday and appointment or not you will be waiting from about 30 minutes to perhaps an uncomfortable hour before they can see you. That being said, the prices, services, and staff are truly excellent. Mylee (sp?) is very good at eyebrow waxes and Ben and the owner or her husband are really spectacular at gel. Try to go Tuesday-Thursday and you will find yourself attended to much more quickly and for the great price of 20$ for a gel.

This salon is awful. They deserve 0 stars. They are unhygienic, they do not properly clean their utensils or their stations. The wait is awful, I do not understand why people enjoy them. They make you wait forever, then rush your services, while still charging full price. Go somewhere else if you actually want quality for your money.

I have been here three times now. Prices have been raised at the first of the year. It is a cramped place that smells horrific. They do a good job, but still speak Vietnamese continuously to one another in front of you.

Nothing special. Really good selection of colors and the paint job turned out great. I brought my friend which sucks because they sat us away from each other. Plus my friend waited 20 mins after I got a chair. No lotion or hand massage with my manicure!!? Odd. Toes were not dry when I left. Due to the thick layer of glitter polish they put on them. Glob of shellac polish on my big toe totally gone 40 mins later when I accidentally tripped. Toes shouldve been dry by then.....

I wasn’t a big fan after my appointment. I rarely get my nails done professionally, but it was a Birthday gift to myself. I asked for, what I thought, thought was a simple design. Matte solid color nails and an ombré style for the middle Nail and pinky nail, and a coffin shape. After putting the acrylic on, they put a hot fan on my nails, it felt like my finger were burning. I tried telling them but they weren’t listening. After they filed down the acrylic, they sent me to a Nother person to paint my nails. They said paint in the nails the colors that I wanted and begin doing the hombre style and I started looking like a hot mess. After was completed with the nails I ended up sitting there for an hour and 50 minutes to do my nails. The price actually were done was $43. I went home and realize some of my nails were crooked, and the acrylic was far too thick and it did not look natural, I did not blend in with my nail. I just decided the very next day to go to a different salon, JC nails, to help fix my nails. I’m not a big fan of this place and I would not return.

Unfortunately, their service has gone downhill. Ive been going for 15 years and I will not go back. They are so worried about making money, theyll get you in a chair but you wait for an hour to get anyone to see you. It takes hours to get a manicure and pedicure. My mom went in to use her gift certificate and she sat for so long! Then the owner did her nails and did an awful job and had to start over but instead of taking care of my mom right away took care of another customer first! My mom left and her nails hurt because they did such a horrible job. She was there for 4 hours! So disappointed to see them treat her this way after so many years supporting their business.

Each time I go into this salon I wait for nearly 2 hours for a 30 minute service, even with an appointment! The staff is not very friendly and the time they actually spend working on your nails is not worth the wait. They do a good job, not enough that you waist that much of your time and the prices aren’t the best. I have periodically visited the place over the 15 years I have lived nearby hoping it’s different and my experience is always the same.

Im from Southern California and it was my first time to a nail salon in Colorado.. they did a great job on the pedicure and the prices were good compared to some of the other salons Ive seen.

Have went to Lee for years. A very busy place but my nails last and no lifting or breaking for weeks.

I had a gel nail mani done on a Friday after work. The place was super busy (which you like to see) but they got me started a couple minutes after my appointment time and it only took 25 minutes and cost $20!! Definitely sticking with this place. Thanks Mylie!

Best shellac manicure I have had since I moved out here to Colorado Springs. Lasts well over 2 weeks.
