I used to love this place but my last two appointments werent the greatest. This most recent appointment felt rushed and my nails look lumpy and not shiny. Disappointed.

Its okay. My nails are all natural but they kept trying to cut down, shape lower lol.. smh I love the color but hated that it took an hour and fifteen mins to polish my nails wth.. and they came out bubbled and bumpy. Not going here again, sorry.

I was a walk in on late notice and they still made time for me! My nails look so good and she even did a specific design! I had Tracy and she was very polite and took her time.

Every experience Ive had here has been a good one. Kenny and Nina have both done outstanding work for me before. Ill literally drive across town to go to them. Thank you again!

Went in to get a manicure to relax before the birth of my daughter and pamper myself.They rushed through it, and cut me. Not even 3 days later and my nails look like they’ve been through a ringer.Lengths are uneven on both hands. Worst $30 I’ve spent. Super disappointed

Got my nails done here today and they did a wonderful job! Not only do my nails look amazing, the girl who did them also accommodated me when 3 of my nails needed a tip to match the length of the rest of my natural nails. She did not even charge me, which all other salons I’ve gone to do. The man who did my pedicure was also very nice. Their prices may be a bit higher than other places in the area but I’d say it’s worth it because the job is done better and with more attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back for a fill soon!

My daughter and I have been coming here for 6 months now, and it was good in the beginning but then it seemed like they were in a hurry and the quality was thrown out the window. I had to go in and have my nails redone from a sad set and I thought it would be good from there but I was mistaken. My daughter and I just went in a few days ago and my nails came out quite sad again 😔. My gems were crooked and the red is showing through my white polish and my thumb chipped the next day😫. I’m quite sad at the turn out. Sad to see that the quality is not there anymore. Time to go back to my original nail salon.

My fav salon for my nails and pedicures! Nice, clean and chill shop located centrally in town. Ive never had any issues service wise and never had to wait too long for any service.

This is was my first time going here and I am blown away my nails look identical to the photo I showed and the shape is perfect. I got a full set and they worked very fast and professional.

They have always been professional clean fair priced and available every single time I needed them to be. My wrist got injured in a car accident so I posted a pic for Sympathy and everyone kept saying how beautiful my nails were. Lol V is wonderful as well as the rest of the staff.

This place was very busy but I felt very pampered and they two young people who took care of me were very kind and respectful. I had to take a phone call at the end of my services from a doctors office and they still made sure I was cared for. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Tyrise and his sweet lady helper. Im giving this salon a 2. My pedicure was mediocre at best. I read the reviews and decided on this salon. This review is for my technician. She was in a rush. Sloppy paint job and an overall I dont give a damn attitude. She knew I was from out of town and treated me like I wouldnt be a repeat client.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Made a same-day appointment. Wait time is minimal to none. They are nice people who really love what they do and keep a clean business and afford prices. They offer a number of services. I got a pedicure with a stone massage. The man who did my nails was friendly, funny to talk to and made great conversation. 10/10 plan to go again.

This place has the worst service i have ever seen! I went in today cause I was gonna stop by the store anyways to grab a couple things and they were close. I didnt like the color on my nails so I wanted to change it and I showed her a pic of what I wanted. She said that was fine and she could do it for me. HA! It ended up looking worse than what I went in with. I went back in and told her I was not happy with the design and I wanted it fixed and if she had to she could do a whole new set. She said she would do a whole new set and try to do the design again, but she wanted to charge me $50. This is literally minutes after she charged me $30 just to change the color and (try) to do the design. Stay away from this place unless you like looking like a 3 yr old drew on your nails with a marker and paying a ridiculously high price for it at that! First pic is the design I wanted. Second pic is the design she did.

I went the day before Easter to get a gel set, they were closing early in a hour and in a rush. Ill never go back. I paid $40 for her to spend 15 mins when it shouldve taken a half a hour. She did a basic nail job. She filed my original nail, stuck the nails on, put the gel on, bumpy and uneven on quite a few fingers, buffed it with a hand file, painted them with the gel color and called it good. Ive had my nails done for years at my original salon, but they were booked, and Ive always had them shaped with the drills, and my cuticle pushed back etc. My nails look like globs of acrylic, and not anywhere near natural.

I wanted an original style and they delivered. So nice and really caring when they did my eyebrows. Definitely coming back.

They were VERY polite and very efficient at what they do for the customers. They were very quick (yes that can make people think oh no its gonna look bad) but did an amazing job. Highly highly recommended!

Customer service was great but..I got an acrylic mani and pedi, my big toes are irrirated and swollen from the guy ripping stuff out on the sides, and well you can judge the mani job for yourself and tell me if these look like natural fingernails. Was able to make a same day appointment and I had a refill on a acrylic set. I was helped by a younger lady, she was super fast and efficient. My nails looked great. Clean shop and reasonably priced, I paid about 38 with a tip.

I booked manis/pedis for 5 of my friends as part of a gilrs day. Two of us opted for a french manicure (not gel). The way they buffed the nail, you can see the scrapes from the buffer through our nail polish. On top of that, both of our nails began to chip the very next day! By day two more than half of our nail polish came off. I called and was told we can come in and get it redone. It was more of a hassle to drive back there, plus, the nail polish they would use, would just chip off again after a day or two.

They do an amazing job, theyre clean and professional I enjoyed every time and I will continue to come back.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at classy. i recently tried to go to a different salon a bit closer to home and will never again, nothing compares to classy. kenny and nina do amazing work but everyone is so talented.

I used to love this place this place was my go to for a full set and pedicures and I used to recommend this place to all my friends, but I stopped going because I was out of town and when I came back everything was totally different, I went for a full set and a pedicure and the place a little bit full they sat me down and everything was so rushed my nails were bad she took probably 40 minutes to do them my pedicure was great but I think they were more concerned about getting people done and finishing them than taking care of the customer

Vacationing in Colorado Springs and needed my nails done. After phone calls to three other nail salons Classy Nails was able to get me in. OMG am I so glad I didnt get in with the first three salons. The people at Classy Nails are beyond nice, they are happy to take care of you, customer service is off the charts. Their kindness was sincere. If you choose any other salon it will be your loss!!!!

Tyson has been doing my pedicure for the past 1.5 years. He does an amazing job. The salon is keep cleaned and the associate are very kind.

My 4th consecutive visit here so this place definitely warrants a good review. Theyre clean, quick, and I always leave pretty satisfied with my nails & toes.Prices are reasonable, theyre one of the few places that actually use 90% of the tools from a new or sterilized package. They also dont make a lot of conversation with you to keep the place a relaxing environment which I appreciate after a long day at work.Helena is super nice and friendly. Strongly recommend

It amazes me how this little lady managing this shop. I only can come on the weekend and of course they are super busy every single time!I always have to wait which I don’t mind cause they’re so good and nice but sitting in the pedicure chair watching her doing so fast and people just in and out in just no time really is amazing.I never have to wait too long too cause she’s that fast but yet so good and efficient. I love it.I’m a mom with 4 kids working 2 jobs, I never have a lot of time that’s why I really like the way they do here.

Classy Nails are just like the name suggests. They really take good care of their customers and schedule I personally see Kenny and Tyson and both of those guys really know what theyre doing. So two thumbs up or five stars or Classy Nails!

Younger man did my gel manicure and did a great job! He was very nice and polite with my hands. Had a pedicure done as well (no gel) and one of my toes got messed up in the drying process but Ellie took care of me. For gel manicure and regular pedicure it was $55. Will definitely be coming back. Everyone was very nice

Went in on a Wednsday afternoon as a walk in and was taken right away. There was some miscommunication and I was moved around to three different stations before finally being seated. The nail technician was nice but it seems the focus here is getting people in/out quickly as opposed to spending the time needed to do a quality job. My cuticles were not soaked, pushed back, or cut. She just sanded them down using the tool. I also was not given a hand massage. When she was done with the manicure she simply asked if I wanted lotion and that was it. Ill go spend my money elsewhere.

Tim did an amazing job on my nails!I wanted gel nails but was indecisive of my color. Tim helped me pick a color, shaped my nails perfectly, then painted with such precession. I liked that he didnt rush to get to the next client but instead he took his time with each stroke. I felt important and my nails came out beautifully. Thank you Tim! I will be returning soon, next visit Ill bring my daughter. She wants her nails done by you too!

I’ve had my nails done here a few times. Every time they are courteous and professional. I usually have the dip done. I had my nails done early March (pre Covid) and as of today 5/5 they are still on and no chips or breaks. Thanks to Covid they are way grown out but I’ll be back there as soon as I can. I highly recommend

Talk about packed, went in on Sunday had 1230 apt. Didnt get a seat til after 1. Talk about no social distancing gave me anxiety. $50 for a pedicure that the leg scrub was still left on back of my legs and just lacking all around in the treatment.

I love this place! I had to look for a spot that is clean AND sterilizes their tools. This is the spot. Ellie & her husband are welcoming & friendly. Unlike other spas that just sit you down and not say anything to you, Classy greets you with a cold bottle of water & a smile. They also offer free hot stone massage with your service. Definitely a atep above every other spa Ive been to. Excellent!

The owner fit me in at the last minute and did a very nice job on my nails. Its not the prettiest of salons, but they make sure you are comfortable and happy with how your nails turn out. 😄

Fast clean and affordable

I have been going to this place for almost two years and there is no other nail place in Colorado that can top it! Once you start going consistently they treat you like family and truly take care of you! They even opened the store early for me and my bridal party to get our nails done for the wedding! I recommend it to anyone in Colorado Springs!

Looking over the reviews, my daughter and I made an apt. Ive only had 4 pedis in my life to date, good experiences all. Until tonight. The man had me in so much pain, nearly every toe was bleeding, one wouldnt stop... wincing, trying to not make a scene. I may not be able to wear shoes tomorrow if it still hurts this badly.... absolutely unbelievable. Sadly I paid and tipped... should have walked out before injury....

Very friendly and professional service. I have been getting pedicures there now for about 3 years now and when they are done with my feet I feel like I am walking on clouds. You ladies out there have kept this secret too long, my daughter bought me a gift card there a while back and I decided to try it out. It was the best decision I ever made.

I want to give them 5 stars because they are all really friendly. But I had an appointment today at 12:00 and waited over 20 minutes before someone started my manicure (shellac). People that came after me were done before me (and those were walk ins) I had an amazing color which $10 extra is a little much To be honest. After starting my shellac I had to wait another 10 minutes because she went to someone else. Which is all fine but my shellac is really thick and she forgot the topcoat on my thumb which I have noticed when I was home. Probably wont last as long now, and all because it was being rushed. My advise, take as many people as you can handle and make sure they are happy instead of getting the most customer as possible and rushing things.***UPDATE***My nails didnt even last a week, they litterly peeling off. I have worked in a nail place and they should never peel off like that. It was just sloppy work and such a waste of money. Only because they were overwhelmed And took in too many costumers. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

I truly love CLASSY Nail and Spa. It is located right off of Powers and Palmer Park in Colorado Springs. Theyre very friendly, kind, courteous and just overall an amazing business. They do amazing work and they are very intricate in ensuring the highest quality of nail design possible. They are open seven days a week and will accommodate you even after hours if need be. They are always friendly and provide an environment that is warm, inviting, comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend stopping in and trying them out yourself. You will have no regrets and you will forever be indebted to them.

I like going here for pedicures because they use a new plastic liner for each new client. The men can be pretty aggressive to the point where it can be painful but the ladies there are wonderful and I always leave happy! Everyone is nice and welcoming. Place is very clean and they offer gift certificates.

I absolutely love classy nails! They always take care of me and do a wonderful job on my acrylics, plus they have a full wall of every color you can think of in the back. I definitely recommend them all day long.

First time there today. I got a Dip manicure and my 4 year old daughter got her nails and toes painted. Our experience was great!! Patrick was amazing with my daughter, very patient and made sure she enjoyed her visit. He also took his time on my nails and his customer service was outstanding.

I visited Classy Nails for the first time about 2 weeks ago needing my fingers and toes done for my sisters wedding. I visited on a Wednesday, around 11am, before my shift at work. Right as I got there 4 ladies entered before me, luckily I only waited maybe 10 minutes before they got my pedicure started. I came in (as a walk in) because I had seen all of the amazing photos here on Google of Tims work, and I had a pinterest board filled with ideas of exactly what I wanted. I rarely get my nails done, so I wanted to have some fun with it. Apparently Tim does not work at this location anymore, but I worked with a man first and then a lady and both did a great job at making my ideas come to life. I have gotten lots of compliments on my nails and they have endured perfectly with only one diamante finally falling off yesterday. They made my vision come true, and got me out of there in time so I didnt have to rush to get to work. I had a good experience and would recommend this salon!

This might be my new favorite salon. I received a shellac manicure and a pedicure. It was so relaxing! Kevin painted my nails and did an excellent job! Im definitely coming back :)

Ive gone to this place multiple times before but this last visit was terrible and I will not go back there again. I had gotten tips with gel for an event and went to get them taken off. Well the man I had, butchered 3 of my nails in the process :( ripped part of my nail off my nail bed on 2 fingers then cut me under my real nail against my nail bed on another. I still cant do things normally because they are tender and very painful. It was an awful process and I sat in the chair crying because it hurt so bad. They put shellac polish on afterwards but the next day 2 of them just peeled clean off. Ive never had that happen before at other salons Ive been to and reading these reviews, it seems to be common here. After my awful experience sitting the chair, they still charged me. They gave me a discount for my services because they felt bad but still charged me after a terrible visit :( I gave 2 stars because I have had good experiences in the past but this last visit was awful beyond words :( They are a decent salon otherwise. But I would advise you to be careful about what services you get.

The couple that runs this place does an amazing job. Their full sets does not break or chip (sometimes I dont get to do a refill every two weeks). I treated myself to a pedicure a few weeks ago, BEST ONE EVER! I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here. Try them out, you wont be sorry.

Tim always does an amazing job. He does Hollywood worthy acrylics. Pricing is a little steep but worth it for the final product. Their pedicures are out of this world too. Definitely recommend.

I had gotten a gift certificate to another salon so I went there and they were horrible! They were all crocked and uneven but then I went back to classy nails and TimFixed them and now Im a happy camper. I will never go anywhere else!

This is the BEST experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I used to get my nails done often, but I got so irritated with everyone trying to up sale, not to mention the set never came out as perfect as Id like. Its been a year, I moved to the east side of town and thought it time to try again. I WILL NOT go anywhere else after the experience I had today, not even if I move again. Great customer service, best attention to detail, inexpensive, hands down the best set I have ever had. I was a walk in and was seated right away, I can go on and on about how great my short but sweet visit went, but I wont any more then I already have. I will however erge anyone and everyone to go to Classy Nails if youre in the market.

For gel polish on my real nails and they felt very uneven on every nail polish only lasted less than a week before it started to peel. Normal gel polish set last me two weeks.Very upset with service and the price they charged as well as toe polish was very messy !!!

Refill on acrylic nails. Fast when getting it done. Didnt listen to me when I said a little bit of a trim and did them Way shorter than I wanted; to the point that they looked like my regular short nails (whats the point then!) 😤 And they were uneven! And he didnt verify the sides of the nails were polished until I pointed it out. One of my nails was chipped at the top corner-Didnt really try to fix it so its still messed up! SO disappointed! 😡😕

I left because of lack of seating and their building was very hot too. I will definitely take my business and money elsewhere.
