I Love going here. Have been going for years. They are very nice and quick. Respecting the customer time.

Went here just to get a set of acrylics off which I figured any nail salon in town would be able to do safely and cleanly. Apparently I was very wrong. This place absolutely destroyed my nails. I knew my nails wouldn’t look great after acrylics but the man removing them just yanked them off using an old acrylic tip to get underneath. It was painful and the man didn’t seem to care as I was flinching away. And even at the end of it all I still had pieces of acrylic on my nails. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I’ve gone to some bad places. NEVER COME HERE

They always do a great job. Staff is wonderful!!

My sister and I were both completed w full sets I. An hour. My sisters fingers were bleeding before we even left. I had gotten dips on my short real nails and my sister had gotten acrylics both cost $45 which is insane compared to other nail salons we have been to in the area. We won’t be back and I don’t recommend anyone going.

I have been going to this salon for over a year now...they ALWAYS get me in--even on short notice--and they ALL do EXCELLENT WORK.! I have sensitive (redhead) skin and have NEVER been irritated from the pedicure scrubs, which I get about every 17 days...I also get gel nails and waxing. I LOVE THIS SALON! A neat thing there is to go with a guy for pedicures together...RELAXING & FUN! I have also seen whole families come in and get the works...My daughter loves it too and they do modern nail shapes and colors GALORE!

Did not cut them short enough. Lasted one week before I had to redo.

I am new to the area *a year in* and have searched all over South AND North Colorado Springs for a good Nail Salon that does friendly, quality work at a reasonable price. This place is perfection every. single. time. This girl does a perfect job on my nails, never have to correct a crooked nail, never over charges, never gives any issue with fixing them just the way you like w no hesitation and very fast as well. I can not brag enough about this place. The first time I was very pleased but didnt want to speak too soon, however its been nothing less than perfection ever since.SN: if you go anywhere else DO NOT go to the one at the Chapel Hills mall. Took them 3 hours, yelled at me the whole time for making corrections, and overcharged.

I broke into my nail bed in 3 different spots (hit a babygate and it lifted the acrylic nail), Richard and a few ladies helped remove the nail to stop my pain. They stayed open a little later than usual to help me. I really appreciate them. Amazing place to get your nails done and AMAZING staff.

I love it here. Uyen does a phenomenal job on my nails and the pedicures are out of this world. You can also get waxing and facials. We have been going to them for over 12 years now. Good people and great service.

I have been going here for years, they are funny and always do a great job! My daughter also goes here, we have never been dissatisfied and the only people I let wax my eyebrows!

Over all my experience was OK I made an appointment at like 445 because I had to get the acrylic nails off of my nails and they were able to fit me in environment was not friendly I didn’t get greeted when I walked in the door and I basically got rushed through . she soaked my nails filed them off paint them and that’s it OK you’re done leaving black residue on my nails from the new polish I asked to get it removed and the nail tech got annoyed that I asked for the residue to be taken off or just that how I could take it off unfortunately because of the acrylic my natural nail is really Short and she kept filing regardless even though I was in pain I will not be going back again I’m just glad to be done with the fake nails I had on from my wedding day but this is not a place I would recommend if you expect quality service.

I’ve been going here for pedicures since they first opened up in the Chapel Hills mall. Everyone is friendly, and does a great job. I’ve always been a drop in, and never had to wait for more than a few minutes.

The absolute worst experience i ever had. also the worst 50 dollars i ever spent. they left all my nails on my right hand not even at all. i don’t recommend this place to anyone. not happy at all.
