I’ve been searching for a nail salon in Colorado Springs for about 7 years that I liked. This place is awesome. My tech was quick, gentle, and so sweet. This is my first time coming and I will 100% be returning for my next fill.

I am very disappointed with this place. I have been referred here multiple times and me and my sister just went on Tuesday 08/17/2021 and almost all of my nails have already broken off!!! First of all my sister got her nails done by a nail tech there and they were supposed to be coffin shaped and fairly long mind you we always get our nails pretty long assuming that a nail tech, being a professional and all, should know to make our nails a little bit thicker since they are longer. This wasnt the case. My sister was very disappointed with the shape of her nails and felt that she rushed through them. By the time our experience was done my sister was irritated and just wanted to leave I got the same length but a different color and was charged $20 more then her when normally coffin shape costs more. Mine were square. We waited for almost an hour and a half just to get our nails done when we called 15 minutes before we got there and were told it would be a 10 minute wait. Overall I will be getting my nails fixed SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! It has only been 5 days and I have 2 nails left!!! I wont be going back to them.P.s. the only reason Im giving 2 stars I because my nail tech was kind.

The pedicure was good but the manicure was awful. I ended up taking it off when I got home. The base coat, two color coats and top coat were put on back to back to back with no drying so there were tons of bubbles on every nail and after 20 minutes under the fan, two of my nails weren’t dry. My hands were also still super dry as shown in the photo. Definitely will not come back again.

David a sweetie.. They got all sorts of kinds of nails n I been all over prices arent bad n they talk to u unlike other nail son salons n they give u time n instead of rushing you.

I paid $65 for a pedicure and asked multiple times for the dead skin and callus on the bottom of my foot to be removed. The nail tech barely scraped and scrubbed the surface of my foot for less than a minute after multiple request. I literally left the chair with dead skin still on the bottom of my feet. My gel polish is lumpy and uneven. Some toe nails were cut square and some circle. I was visibly upset & was asked how my pedicure was by another tech and I said horrible. They proceeded to ask me for payment rather than addressing my concern. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

They stole $25 from me it hasn’t even been 2 weeks and several of my nails are broken the lady seem agitated when I asked her to remove the nails because my real nails just have acrylic on them and only some got a fake nail tip. Never coming bck if I could give it no stars I would

I was going to Lisa Nails for over 2 years and then I took a break for my real nails to heal. I recently went to 2 other nail salons and was extemely disappointed. I had to go back to Lisa Nails to fix the nails I had gotten somewhere else. They did amazing and fixed the lumpy nails I had already. I like my nails thin and natural feeling. Thats exactly what I got. Much gentler on the hands and my nails last much longer from here! I would recommend anybody to go here! They are typically busy on the weekends but I was helped right away in the middle of the week.

They literally jumped a person they changed the price on 3 times, two of the guys that work there hit her in the face . And ripped her clothes because she didn’t agree to pay 105$ for what they said they would charge her 75$ for . She offered to pay 82 but Emma refused and went crazy. Blocked the door so she couldn’t get out . When the lady got through the door 4 of the other nail tech workers ran outside to jump on her, but she handled her own and left with a scratch . Her nails where not worth 105$ Emma changed the price when the officers arrived. Even the cops said the price was bizarre!! I CLEARLY DO BOT RECOMMEND THIS MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS. ur customers should always leave happy, not jumped .

Trash and they are unprofessional and i told the lady twice and she still did what she wanted..I asked for refund and the manager told me she didnt see what was wrong...Check these pictures out and you be the judge...

Okay. Cleaned cuticles nicely, but i didnt get gel polish and its like they forgot how to do it the ole school way. Polish lifted before the end of the week.My attendant didnt massage my hands either; and was not customer friendly at all.Atmosphere and satisfaction is part of the nail experience! Or why go?

The Roman with glasses worked out my hammer toes. And I get my toes done often. They did the best job!! Plus they are good at creating super cute designs on your nails!! Love it

I had a great experience at Lisa’s! Staff was friendly, professional, and took their time. I will definitely be back. Shout out to the gentleman in the Metallica shirt! He did an awesome job.

Kelly is my new favorite nail artist! She is patient with me and my baby when I come to do some self-care. She shapes nails PERFECTLY, she takes her time to make sure she does a great job. I’ll request her every time I go from now on.

Never would have expected this place to be so nice and clean when i pulled up to one of the oldest buildings in colorado springs! But its amazing amd the color selection is out of this world.. try the pedicure!!

I got a manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure was amazing, I got an amazing massage and the polish is nice and neat. My manicure was nice, she did a good job on the shape and the nail art is cute and I got a nice little hand massage when she was all done. Pricing is good for everything I got!!

Tee was very meticulous with my new set of lash extensions. Keep in mind, Ive never done this before. She made sure to place every single one just perfectly. When I had a small issue (completely my fault) with some falling off the next day, she addressed it without issues. Its been almost a week now, theyre still great.

I love this place for acrylics & pedicures. Majority of the staff is friendly and their points system racks up savings quick if you get your nails done frequently. Jodi does awesome work & Rose is also awesome if you want some crazy nail art! (All of my pictures attached were done by Jodi)

Jodi is a freaking Rockstar and she is so flexible! The staff here is amazing and I love them! Their prices are good and products are high quality! Very professional!

Have been coming here for YEARS but likely won’t be back. Pedicure lasted 30 minutes (which included a 60 second massage). My set of new gel nails look terrible. Tips are way too wide, there’s a visible layer where the gel was applied and it sits well above my natural nail bed and cuticle). Everything was so rushed and they weren’t even that busy. Very disappointed in the service here.

David is great! Very meticulous and creative.

The ONLY reason they got two stars was because Kim was at least nice. However the quality of the nails was subpar AT BEST. First I got rhinestones that all fell off within the first couple of hours. I went in to have them fixed just to have one of the nails break the next day. I’m now three days into my full set and have had nothing but issues. I’ll be going to my usual Glo nails from now on where at least I know the quality and durability is worth the price.

Ive been going here for almost 2 years. Never had an issue and always loved their work. I usually go a month before needing a full and have no problems. The last 2 times I went I had nails brake on me. I went 2 weeks ago and the lady I got didnt even shape my nails right and they were way too long after I told her MULTIPLE times I needed them short got work. I was charged for a design I didnt get too. Pictured below is what I wanted and how they turned out. My pointer finger was a new nail from the last one breaking and its not even shaped right and when I broke off it was actually cemented to my skin. They wouldnt even do a new set for me for half price. Even though Ive been a loyal customer for 2 years and have never complained. Unfortunately I have decided to find a new salon and this one has lost my business.

Customer service is trash and they will not fix a mistake they made if the owner does not see fit!!! I will recommend anywhere else but here!!

This was my third time going to Lisa Nails. The first time went great. My nails looked wonderful. The second time, I got a fill. My nails were shaped nicely but the polish was messed up and I popped 4 nails almost completely off within a bit over one week. I went again today to get a fill, even though I shouldn’t have had to, but I didn’t mind and was completely prepared to pay full price because things happen and I just wanted my nails fixed. The nail tech ended up doing a full set. Whatever, I just wanted them fixed. My nails are completely uneven and the polish is not opaque. They look terrible and crooked and I’ll have to end up going somewhere else to get them looking even halfway decent. I also ended up getting a cut on my finger without even an apology. As I was paying, they asked if I liked my nails and I told them no. They weren’t interested in fixing anything. I was even going to tip for my nail tech’s time and effort but wasn’t given the opportunity. I am someone who is willing to pay top prices and tip on top of that because I want my nails done nicely. I guess they don’t care about my satisfaction. It’s very busy in there and there are plenty of other people to take my place. It’s sad because I really wanted to like this place. It’s close to home and they’re open until 7:00pm.

I love Lisa nails!! Been going for years and I go for all services, Lashes by Tee, Nails by Tammy and toes by Sam all of them are the best! I always recommend them plus great prices!! Can’t beat!!

Today I had a bad experience with Mrs. Kelly, who has done my nails a couple of times, I think she does not want to attend to me, when I ask her to attend to me, I can feel that she does not want to attend to me, and well today this afternoon that I went I asked her if I could put more paint on one part of my nail and she got angry and pinched (peguizco ) my fingers she hit me hard with her nails, I did not say anything out of respect and for not doing drama, in front of the clients because this is not my thing .I felt so bad because Im paying for a service and if I see that paint is missing I tell him obviously. Too bad becarse I have been going to this place for a year and because of this bad experience I will never return

They do exactly what you ask to the best of their ability, however no matter how long youve been going to them or how many people you refer they REFUSE to give you any type deal for you bringing them business.

Poor customer service! I would not recommend this nail salon!! The owner is absolutely rude. I have scheduled multiple appointments to arrive and be told that the my appointment is not showing up on the book. The staff does not call when they cancel your appointment. Tammy doesnt show up to scheduled appointments to provide nail services to customers.

Honestly its a hit or miss here. i came here twice bc the reviews are really good, but its only if you get the right person. before i start, they do not clean their tools. i have gone over the safety and sanitation laws for colorado and they for suuuure dont care about it nor pay attention to it.i had two nail techs & i thought the first one (pure black nails) was ok, my nails lasted and the only thing wrong was that one of the nails were extremely uneven. the second one just destroyed my nails. i had to wait 30 mins to get treated bc they tended to other walk-ins before me even if they came after me... upon getting my nails, they looked decent while they were getting done, even though it was uncentered. they chipped almost IMMEDIATELY after i got them done & the black lines are trying to peel off. after that it just got worse & worse. it was extremely poor quality & one of my nails even fell off out of nowhere with no force applied.i generally take care of my nails fairly well because i want them to last and theyre so long i have to be extremely careful. not to mention their prices are weird? i had to pay $40 for a full set but then $40 for a fill that literally lasted a week and a half...im overall disappointed & upset ab the service i received here and i will not be coming back to throw my money away.

I went on Friday evening as a walk in...of course I was told okay, come in, sit. An hour and 15 mins later I was walking out....my water got cold and the technician who serviced me...was way over ran, but kind!

I did my lashes here and it came off as soon as I left. Then I came back they said they couldn’t help me. Also they charged me $45 for a lash strip. When they said $35 up front. Very bad experience. Never again.I wish I could reply to the comment that was made by the owner of this place but I couldn’t so I did it here. I still have my bank statement my dear sir saying that I was charged $45 for a horrible A** job. Thank you

Got a set of Halloween nails today by David and wow. Not only did my full set come out even better than I expected, the price was extremely reasonable. The experience alone (friendly staff, cleanliness, set up) is enough to keep me coming back! David is super funny and makes me feel very comfortable. 100000/10 🤍

I just got my eyelashes done and my brows tinted & waxed. First, we didn’t get started until AN HOUR after my appointment time. Also, I was told the prices while I sat in the chair and they are also listed online... but when I checked out, each service had been up charged by $5. I mentioned it and she just told me that was the price. I checked their prices online afterwards and it was what she told me in the chair, NOT what she charged me. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to tip, after she had already lied to me about the price and basically tipped herself. On top of that she tinted my brows WAY too dark and I made a point to tell her how light I wanted them. I’m extremely scabbed up from the wax, and with my eyelashes I’m now noticing that the very inner and outer portions weren’t done at all. I sent a pic to another girl that does eyelashes and she said they look like classic and I was charged for hybrid plus the $5 she tacked on at the end. Extremely dishonest. I even had a consult before this day to discuss what I wanted and pricing. There should have been zero confusion. The dishonest person who served me was Emma.

I loved this salon UNTIL, I got my nails done for like the 10th time there. They ended up being way too thin, and 3 of my nails broke off and in half before the day was over. I came in the next day looking for a refund. I had tipped a fair amount as well. They refused that, and tried to have them fixed that day, but wanted me to wait hours for a spot. Ridiculous. I adored this place until they showed poor customer service! I’m not the type to make a big deal, but I should’ve just been refunded.

This place is cheap. Not sure what they teach they’re techs but I went to two different ladies and they both applied my acrylic so thin pressed on nails were probably thicker. Both sets I had done had at least one nail pop off by the first week to first and half. Not to mention when I got my second set done I had to go back in and have them redo the gel because it was not cured correctly. And for whatever reason the lady (Kelly) could not figure out how to cure this color she ended redoing my nails like 4 times it was ridiculous. And a day after having the set the color peeled again but I’m just DONE wasting my time and money there not even going to bother go back to them fixed. Definitely feel robbed and would like a refund smh.

I went in to get my nails done for the first time in about a year, they were very flexible with me even when I was late for my appointment. I asked my technician Emma to do something fun and pretty and as I watched her work I was blown away by her focus, professionalism, and dedication to her art. I have kind of odd fingers that are hard to work with but she was very firm and gentle to ensure I received the best set she could give me. And she exceeded all expectations!! I am so hopelessly in love with my nails, I feel like a completely different person. Emma is truly a very passionate artist. Thank you all so much!

Appointments mean nothing because there is still a long wait, they were very unprofessional when I pointed out the mistake of them up charging me and gave themselves a tip, they were not clean with their tools, and left me under a fan to dry my nails for over 20 minutes and never came back. Overall the nails came out terrible for the price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Love this place. It has been my go to for the last 8 years. I try other places but always come back because no one else does as well.

Manicure could have been better. My cuticles were cut in even on some of my fingers. Didn’t bother to apply cuticle oil after. Please do not apply a top coat on nails that has visible scratches. Other than that really good job on the pedicure. Nice place, very comfortable.

Sat for over 1 hr waiting to get seen. Worst place ever there more worried about talking to each other then taking care of there guest.

David and Big T with Lisa Nails are the best. They have never done a bad job on my nails. Very professional, nice to talk to while they are making perfect works of art. Very friendly staff. They do whatever I want from Halloween designs with graveyards and tombstones to Christmas designs with pine trees and snowmen, to everyday wear with simple color or French manicure, both short or long nails depending on my mood, and even thin but strong nails so I can pick up tiny pieces of jewelry making parts. In my 30+ years of having acrylic nails, I have found no better place and have been going to Lisa Nails for roughly 10+ years now. I won’t go anywhere else.

When I went there, it was nice...at first. Then when I paid a good $45 plus tip for a gel set, I noticed there was air bubbles in my polish and the nail was lumpy. When I went back in and told the lady, she got mad, did a deep sigh and threw her buffer down as well as her towel on the table. Then when she was finished, she walked away from me to the back, without saying a word.

I have been to so many nail places in the area and This is by far the BEST!! I have never had my nails done so well and so consistent as this place does. I always ask for Emma I think she is the best, but David did my sisters nails and is amazing (she does designs and stuff, he did an ombre for her and it turned out so well) 100 % recommend!!!

Had an appt at 1, didnt get in a chair until 2 but my nails look really good and so do my daughters. Hopefully next time make an appt I will be able to keep that appointment time.UPDATE: Went back for a fill.. appt time was not kept and on top of that, the OWNER decided to make my daughter wait an extra 30min so she could go eat lunch... straight up ignored us when we requested a matte finish and the COVID situation here is NOT under control. Elbow to elbow NO social distancing. They do not wipe chairs after one customer leaves and everyone is using the same lotion pumps that are also never cleaned... long story short, this is not our new regular spot. I hope they get shut down!!!

I received wonderful service from the guy who did my full set of acrylic nails, he made sure each one was perfect and just how I liked them. I also got a pedicure done here and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Best nail salon in the springs.

I called and asked if I could come get a pedicure they said yes. I came in they told me it would be 5 minutes for them to set up the chair. I waited over 30. On top of that the chair I sat in was not ready and had old water in it from the last customer. Once they actually cleaned the water I sat in the chair for another 30 minutes with no service and ended up leaving.

I was here for the first time yesterday. The salon is clean and stylish. The atmosphere was what one would hope for at a salon; energetic and upbeat. There were many techs and still customers were waiting, which is to be expected at a good, professional salon. I encourage people to make an appointment!Jody was my nail tech and she did a fabulous job! I had been going to a different salon, and my nails had been improperly cared for. She took her time taking off the old set and putting on a new set. She was patient and did what was necessary to ensure that my nails were properly treated. She gained my trust and confidence and I will definitely be her client now. Thank you, Jody, for a set of healthy and beautiful nails! See you in two weeks! 😊

Asked for a ombré glitter. Charged me 50$. I kept telling her my nails wet lopsided and uneven. I just need post a picture of it. I asked for someone else and they said it was a 2 hour wait 🤦🏾‍♀️

I Love EMMA!!! Shes detail oriented, patient, and she listens to my needs. Whatever I want she gets it done. Perfect nails. Aligned/straight. Thinness just perfect. Blending amazing! Loveeee her work of Art and just her work for nails. You can tell she loves doing nails.

I just went to Lisas Nails for my first visit today, for a pedicure and then Gel Manicure. Sam was great for my pedicure and Jody was fantastic for my Gel manicure!! He was so passionate about doing my nails so perfect, it is all quality with this guy, which is so rare. He is absolutely amazing and actually puts in the work. you dont feel like just another person in his chair, 1st time I had a nail tech ask me questions to make sure he made them the right length and thickness for my lifestyle. Ive gotten pedicures here 6-8 times/year for the past 2 years. It has always been a busy place, but Ive never felt as though I wasnt getting my moneys worth by coming here. There have been a couple of times where it did feel a little rushed; but as I stated theyre always busy so I never took it personal. Theyre working in a service position and arent always tipped well by other guests that are over the top demanding. They have always been friendly, there is a rewards program and the prices make it worth driving from 20+ minutes away.Since covid, I first went back late May and I was very impressed with the measures they took to ensure safety. I went again a week ago and while it was packed like life before covid, they did place a barrier between myself and the person next to me. I noticed they kept people that were together sectioned off together; so that was better than in May when I was separated from my sister-in-law.

At first I was little nervous to come here because the area is a little sketch...BUT Love love their work! David did my nails, and they look fantastic!! And not bad priced at all! Also seriously what nail salon has a point rewards system??? They do! It’s awesome!!! I Loved the environment! Everyone was so nice and friendly and welcoming! This will definitely be my go to spot!!!

For my first time doing nails, my tech was amazing (Kaylee i believe) she did really well, Im very happy!

First of all we had called before we went and they said that they were not busy at all. And when we got there it was packed like crazy. But we stayed anyway and checked in. Then we waited about 30 minutes we started to get confused so we asked how long of a wait it would be. The women said about 10 minutes but we waited AN HOUR!!! We got so mad and they finally called us to get them done. So we went in the back and they started doing it and when they did they filed my SKIN!!! We finished it was about $85!!!!!!!! I do not recommend going!

My girlfriend went in there today and their pedicure chairs were completely full. Not even 6 feet a part. I think that’s very unsanitary and not safe with Covid going on right now.

They were terrible and very rude I was talking to the receptionist and she walked away while I was talking to her and I had to wait an hour and a half for a nail Lisa the boss was doing a girls nails at the time and the girl said hey someone wants to talk to you and she said ya I know I’m doing your nails first terribly customer service

I went in to get a pedi and full set. The lady who did my pedicure cut deep into the side of my nail and it got infected. It was also very full and not meeting any of the COVID regulations.

I’m so happy with my nails!! I walked in today and was sat immediately and she did my nails perfectly. They were exactly what I wanted and she gave me professional recommendations on what products would look best. I will be coming here from now on!

Shout out to Jodi Adams. Very good at what she does. So if you ladies need your nails done go see her. Also love the massage chairs there...

David is Amazing! He takes pride in his work and it really shows, he’s thorough pays attention to detail and asks for your input to guarantee the best service possible. He definitely knows what he’s doing, he takes excellent care of his clients. Highly recommend this establishment!

My sister and I had an appointment for 5pm today as a birthday present for her nd we had to wait 30+ minutes ...we eventually left without our pedicures because we had other plans that revolved around a 5:00 appointment. Very dissapointed in the service, if someone schedules a certain time, they should be seen at that time! If they are short staffed, then they should not be scheduling appointments!

One nail is crooked.. the guy doing my nails kept hitting my hand with the nail filer telling me to relax.. did not get the coffin shape right AT ALL and my nails were not the worth the price. The salon that I usually go to which is still closed because of Covid would have charged me about 40 or $45 for the same thing that I got done at this nail salon for $70!!!. ugh!. I will not be returning and I DO NOT recommend

I love less than 2 minutes away, I came in with no appointment to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time, they had me out the door in less than 10 minutes with my eyebrows looking gorgeous ❤️ Thank you Lisa Nails! Definitely coming back for a pedicure next week!!

I just had my eyebrows done there and she ripped skin off of my eyelid. I mentioned that it was bleeding and she just rushed me out the door. When I asked for a refund she told me she didnt want me to come back after giving me my money back. Surprise surprise, I wont be.

Lisa nails was one of my better experiences in any manicures Ive had. Great service! Great price! Such amazing atmosphere! It looks sketchy on the outside but super classy inside. 10/10 would go again.
