I went in for the first time to get a fill for pink and white acrylics. My first impression of the shop was that is appears very well organized and clean. I will say there are more professional ways of greeting clients. The woman who did my fill was very pleasant and did a good job. She did the fill and rounded my nails from the square shape I had. I prefer the buff finish to the gel finish, but she did not put enough cream for the buff finish so it looks a little off at close look. I would probably continue to go here unless they really had messed something up.

I wish the beauty of the interior of the nail shop matched the owners personality and business ethics. The sign on the door may say walk-ins welcome but it should say if we are staffed properly, if we are not busy with other clients, if I am in the mood, if I get to work on time before my scheduled appointmentsif I dont have a hangover ......The owner does not speak to clients as they walk in the door, or say thank you for coming in or maybe thats just for people she knows. She yells across the room at her employee, which is very demeaning. Treat people how you want to be treated. Dont take employees or new clients for granted. I tolerated it because I thought the 1st time I came in she was having a bad day, but it is now the norm. So even though her employees do nails great, I cannot spend my money there under these conditions.

Helen was amazing. My nails look beautiful and she was so fast!! The salon is very clean and gorgeous. Ill definitely be going back!!

I have people comeing up to me saying eww where did u get thows cuz what i asked for i dodent get and had to wait 30 min in a chair to be helped while 2 ppl came in after me and got done first, then still jad to pay $60 not happy and wont be back...

Every one of my nails are a different length. They did not do under so I now have clumps under them and I paid $40 for a fill while my daughter paid $45 for a new set with gel. They cut my other daughter and just glued it without as much as a sorry. Very poor customer service and they really didnt seem to care at all. Very disappointed with such a beautiful place.

Says walk-ins welcome but would rather schedule you days out so they can close early. Short staffed only one person does nails. Waste of time.
