They look beautiful and I love the design she gave me. The thickness of them is perfect! She was just very quiet but I didn’t mind it all that much.

I love the nails the look great only complaint is it took 20 minutes for them to get ready to do my nails and when she was filing them down she cut me a little.

The place feels mostly clean but it feels outdated. Like others mentioned, cash is preferred but they do take cards. I came in to get a mani pedi but quickly changed my mind to just the manicure because they don’t use the liners in the foot bath. I had an appointment yet they still made me wait. They have a good selection of colors though. The salon does not feel inviting. However, the lady that did my mani was really sweet and gentle, didn’t get her name.

If you are looking for a good pedicure don’t come here! Left with my feet looking worse than when I came in. Asked for my nails to be trimmed and instead she cut the sides of my toenails off and made my toenails look pointy. Most of the polish is still on my cuticles and she did a terrible job cleaning up any dead skin. Feet are rough. She did not communicate or check in with me to see if things looked ok. When I mentioned anything to her she acted as if I were a bother. Man at the front desk also not friendly. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had by far.

Very unprofessional. I will never return to this nail salon. I went here for several years and the past few times I went I had appointments scheduled and they could not get me in. I made the appointments at times that worked with my schedule but for the past severa months they had me waiting 45- to over a hour. This is completely unexceptional for a business. If I had more free time I would gather up some friends and protest there unprofessional behavior at the stop light by sonic. I will be having all my girlfriends and guy friends who have gone to this business post reviews and also obviously find another nail place. I truly hope they learn the value of a customer when all is said and done.

Tin was phenomenal. I had my nails done 2 weeks ago at a very expensive high rated nail salon and they looked ok but not great and I paid a fortune. 4 of them already broke off and i had gel so it should have lasted a lot longer. Today Tim replaced the broken ones and filled and fixed the others and omg they are phenomenal and he is fast but makes sure everyone is perfect and files them over and over making sure each one is perfect. Ive never walked out and just bragged about how incredible my nails are. He is the only way person Ill go to from now on. He deserves more then 5 stars

My daughter and I just stopped in to get a set of nails and pedicure done. The guy told my daughter that he needed to start on her first because her nail set would take longer. So I drop her off and go to the laundromat that is about 4 shops down and start 2 covers. Took me maybe 5 minutes. I come back and ask if he is ready for me and he tells me that he doesnt have time for me. Tells me to come back later or wait until my daughter is done. What the hell. You have to realize that we are doing this together. Mother and daughter thing! I will never come back here. I dont know how they stay in business with this poor service.

They always make sure your needs are well taken care of and that you walk out with a smile on your face. You dont feel rushed, And they always take the time to ask you how your days been. I love the environment here and the way they make me feel. Ive been a dedicated customer to them for over 20years. I got a fill in and this was the first time I’ve left a nail salon and actually completely liked my nails. They were fast and although I felt a little rushed (just because I get anxious easily) Mimi (I think is how her name is spelt) did a good job on my nails. She made sure I got what I wanted. I have been going here for years after trying many other places and I love coming here and feel welcome each time. Their prices are competitive with the rest of the city and quality and cleanliness are excellent. Of course they are licensed or they would be shut down!

They take their time and it shows. The quality of these nails are amazing. From the moment you walk in it’s a space of comfort. They take really great care of the customer and make sure it’s 100% what you want. I’ve never been more please with getting my nails done. 10/10 would recommend. I have come here over 20 years.

The only reason it may take long is because they’re busy. This was my first time ever getting my nails done, and my nail girl was very helpful in assisting me. It was for my wedding and she made a flower on my nails with a gem, all by free hand. It was so beautiful and I got so many great comments about them at my wedding. She was very talented. I would totally recommend. It was just really pricey and a long wait time even with appoinent, so that’s why it’s not five stars for me but excellent work and service. 👍

I have been coming here for almost 20 years. I love the family atmosphere. Ive never, in all that time, had a poor set of acrylics, gel or pedi (or poor customer service). I bring my daughter here on occasion as well and even though she is young, they still give her wonderful attention.Thanks for being so awesome!

Beyond disappointment... Ive gone to this nail spa for pedicures regularly, but my experience today was so disappointing. I always get the American tip pedicures but the lady who was doing my toes told me I couldnt get that because they only use clear coat for white tip. Then made me choose a color. So I picked a color, even though that is not what i wanted...when i was paying i was charged 5 dollars extra because of the color i ended up choosing. When you go to a place to try to relax, you should get what you want... time to find a better nail salon for pedicures!!!!

Love this place and the people that work there. They were the only ones that came out to my home after I suffered a major stroke. They have been kind enough to work with me while Im in my wheelchair. They do great work.

I used to come here religiously as a teen and young adult. I never had issues until the other day. The customer service wasnt great. My nail tech didnt speak a single word to me, kept giving me this weird side eye, and made me feel extremely awkward. Not only that, but she put the wrong color on my nails. Granted the color I wanted and the color I got were similar, but thats extremely unprofessional. I said 3 different times what color I wanted and still she didnt listen. Not to mention when youre paying for a full service manicure you should get exactly that. But you wont. My nails are okay, but the gel is pretty uneven and 2 of my nails are crooked. It seems they want you in and out as fast as possible. Minimal work for maximum money. Prices have gone way up and quality of work and customer service have gone down. Its also not the cleanest place.I would not reccomend at all.Take your money elsewhere.

Great service, always happy when I leave. Ive tried many other locations around the springs and they have either been painful, drawn blood or just too expensive. This place has been consistent with price and service, and best of all they dont tear my hands and feet up. Warning though, they are always pretty busy.

I love this salon. I get my eyebrows done about evry 5 weeks and occasionally get my nails done. Prices are great and service is amazing. Although i dont like the younger less experienced lady working on my eyebrows they are still great.

A great place to get your nails done.

I go here all the time. Not the Broadmoor, but a nice family run. They wax my face, brows, etc and always do a great job. Have also gotten a few pedicures and manicure. They always do a great job and take the time to do well even when they get busy. They are always pleasant and professional. Great place for the price.

Every time I come here I am overly impressed. Ive been to MANY nail salons in the area, but this one is by far the best. Ive gotten everything from acrylics to gel nails to pedicures, and I am always impressed.

I was in the shop getting my nails done. I wasnt highly impressed but I wasnt disappointed.. until I saw the way they treated another customer as I was there. When she expressed she wasnt totally pleased the tech said she was being to picky--she can be as picky as she pleases, its her money. After she stood her ground, they told her she was not welcomed back.. not welcomed back because she wanted her nails to be quality. After she left I was able to touch base with her and reassure her, she was not in the wrong. At this time I looked at her nails... 1 dried polish all over her 2 cut up cuticles, though they were able to get polish all over her fingers, they 3 were not able to fully polish the nails that were put on.As someone who has always worked in customer service, take this advice.. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT or say bye bye to your customers. I will not be returning to this establishment 100% based on how poorly this customer was treated.

Some of these negative reviews are bullsh*t! Noticed how TASIAS REVIEW has14 likes, which is a lot and makes me believe she made her friends like her post. AND the same time she posted, alot of other people posted negative reviews without any comments during the same time period. VERY SUSPICIOUS. These techs work their a**** off and you guys just post negative reviews making fun of how they speak!? Get out of here. THEY ARE LICENSED THEY HAVE THEIR LICENSE BEHIND THEIR BOOTHS. These people are incredibly nice and you should be ashamed of your negative review. Maybe YOURE the problem.

Based off of the response from the owner to one of the low ratings I will never step foot in the establishment. I saw it a few days ago and thought that I should stop in and check it out. The response from the owner is downright rude. You dont scold your customer and tell them what they did wrong when its highly doubtful they did everything you claim. That is how you lose business. The response was rude and uncalled for. I work in customer service and I understand the frustration with the customer is always right, but if you want to keep your business going and have loyal customers you ALWAYS go but he customer is always right. After reading everything Ive read, I will never step foot in here. Good luck to anyone that wants to step inside of a business that will be rude out in the public eye like this, youre going to need it.

I’m not too sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I would like to say they are licensed and you can see the plaques posted on the walls. Yes, they may speak a different language to each other, but that does not necessarily mean they are saying anything bad. People need to stop being so paranoid and enjoy a nice pedi! I have been going here for years and I enjoy their service. I believe if you have a problem with the service you should tell the owners instead of posting reviews to sabotage the business. I would recommend ignoring the negative comments and try this place out. It is clean and very professional.

Proffessional, courteous service. Good products. Did not complain about running my card being that they are mainly a cash business. I will be back. Bring cash for tips, their machines does not run for gratuities.

Ive been here twice and so far they have done an excellent job with my pink to white ombré acrylics. The shape is perfect and the color blends well however Id recommend going to the older gentlemen (last one on the right) if you want a more friendly person. The 2nd lady on the right was rude (although she did a good job). She kept shoving my hands out the way, pulling on my fingers, twisting them, never spoke, & didnt put lotion on when she finished. Pretty much just got up she was done and walked away.

I had to give the nail shop 1 star in order to get a review in. This nail shop May do good job on your nails may be clean and may have one or two nice people that work there. My sister and I went in there to get our nails done. Were a little older but my sister has some mental illness. She needs to have things explained to her in detail and she questions a lot. The heavy set owner, female, was very rude to her when she couldnt get my sister to understand something about the nail polish. You can tell when people are talking about you even if you can understand their language. My sister was treated in such a rude way, downright mean, and she would never hurt a fly or even come back and yell at somebody even if they were hurting her feelings. She was sitting about four seats away from me and the chubby owner started to talk about her to her customer and how crazy she thought she was. The customer, claiming to be a nurse, imagine that an unprofessional nurse, who thought that she knew what she was talking about. So, you can have a good business but if you can be cruel and not act like a human being but still take somebodys money, then you dont deserve to have a family-owned business.

Terrible experience. When I asked for the lady to please fix a mistake on the flower that I was paying $8 for she said no it was too hard to do. Rude service. On top of that she cut my cuticle and caused it to become infected.. Terrible service for $35. Will never visit again .

I went there on 6/12/2018 worst nail experience of my life I went in with two other friends they went for pedicures I a full set of nails. I sat there for a hour and thirty minutes waiting to get my nails done. I paid 45 for nails that are lifting not fully painted and not the same shape. He messed up on my middle finger horribly got a mad when asked to fix it 1st and last time ever Tony was a nice guy his work however is poor and just disappointing 40 dollars down the drain smh

Waste of time to make an appointment as they dont hold to it. Very disappointed that I made appointments for my sister in law and myself and then she was done before I was seated. Hence, I walked out without service.

Asked for a soak off, to keep my natural nails healthy. She filed them with an electric file, until she hit my natural nail. Completely unhappy.

I came to this place a few times.everything was good, I was pleased. But last time i was there, the guy sits on the left who was assigned to me was completely unprofessional and lacked any skill, rude. He rushed, my nails look terrible, the gel polish is lumpy and unevent.

THIS PLACE ISNT EVEN LISCENSED I received the worst manicure from this place. The guy who did it was very standoffish to start. He was hard to understand and hear. I asked for help choosing a new shape. I also requested more polish as I could see my nail. I was told I was the worst client and to picky. He was so rude I cried. I had been looking forward to having my nails done all week. Never have I recieved such rude and disrespectful service. My nails look like the service I received, horrible. This was the 2nd time coming to this establishment. 1st time I was so happy with my services I couldnt wait to come back.

Ive been getting my nails done for years and this is the worst place in Co springs.

I explicitly asked the woman not to make my eyebrows thin. She plucked away half of one of my eyebrows and then laughed when I asked why she did it. Terrible service.

I like the end result but the prices are a little high. I got a fill on my nails and it was basically the same as getting a brand new set.

I have been going here for 15 years and now it is impossible to get in. They require an appointment but never have anything available for the times I need even when I call two days in advance. Sad, but I will stop trying to get in here.

Very unhappy. Man who did my full set was very bad, he was unhappy I didn’t want them long, left paint on my hands and my nails unfinished. Apparently you have to pay extra for a manicure here it doesn’t come with the full set?!?! I complained and the lady doing my pedicure did a quick 30 second manicure. So frustrated, it’s too much money to not receive exceptional service.
