Very convenient. Keys work great.
I paid $30 for new keys. 2 months ago. They were supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. I still haven’t received them. I’ve also reached out on 4 different occasions. Every single person I spoke to said they’d find out what was going on and contact me either by phone or email. Neither of those things have happened. So I have keys to my house god knows where. So now I have to pay to change all of my locks. Terrible customer service. No follow through. Did not even provide the service I paid for.
This place was horrible. The guy that showed up at my house brought his friend and then when I told him I wasnt willing to pay $400 he started yelling at me and my mother and followed me to my car and when they drove off they threw stuff at my car
Kiosk did not copy key perfectly, copies didnt work. Spent almost $20 on bad keys. Meanwhile, a local locksmith did it for $7 and the keys worked perfectly.
If I could give a negative score I would... So today I locked my keys in my car. I was at the car wash and somehow managed to lock my keys in my car thats supposed to be difficult to do with a 2017 key fob, but I did it. My 3yr old was asleep in her car seat.. I started to panic. But thankfully it was 50*, She was in the shade so it was not a emergency. I call and the lady understands my concerns and says someone will be out in roughly 45 mins. Ok. Whew! She probably wont even wake up! So I wait right by my car constantly checking on her. And I get a call from the lady asking if I still need a technician. I said yes and she said she would give him a call. So I wait for another 30mins at this time it is getting close to the 45 mins so I giver her a call. She says that she will call him and have him call me. Shes literally still asleep. Probably about 10-15 mins later I get a call from the Lock smith lady saying to call 911. I explain that this is not an emergency as the weather is not extreme. She is pretty content sleeping in her seat. Where I am then passed onto her manager. Talk about extraordinarily rude. Tells me to hang up and call 911. She also explains that the technician will not arrive in time? But i thought he was on his way? I try to explain to her that this is not a life or death situation and my daughter was still asleep. Nope she rudely tells me to hang up and call 911 and hangs! Who does that! The irony of this all is that the cop told me to call a locksmith.... thankfully i didnt have to revert back to you. I am apalled by your communication skills, and problem solving manner. Its much easier to sit at your desk and tell someone to call 911 than it is to actually help. The cop gave us the number of a guy he knew locally and she was out within the next 20mins.... Thankfully! But thank you for having my child be in the car for much longer than needed due to your negligence. I take full responsibility for locking my keys in my car but her being in there for that long is on you... I could have called another locksmith and she wouldve been out a lot sooner... but because I thought you had a locksmith coming for 45mins to an hr. I did not call another. And she was in the car for about an hr and a half. Shes fine by the way. Im a pretty good judge as to when my child is in danger, and she was not. If she were, I wouldnt have called you. So hopefully you will learn from this. And not let it happen again. I sure as heck have.. So thank you for the worst 1st experience ever.Mikaela Heck
