I had someone come out to sync three of my locks. He spent 5 min merely to say it cant be done and then charged me $40. I have had countless contractors come and go recently for several projects and no one has charged me a service fee to look at job. Some companies have any spent hours looking at the job requirements and putting together bids with no charge to do that. I will NEVER EVER call this company again!! Wow - wish I made $40 simply for saying I cant do a job. Sweet gig.

I was out doordashing tonight when my car died and wouldnt start. I had a hunch that it might be my security key so I gave sky high locksmith a call and Benny answered immediately. He was able to give me an accurate quote, and he was on his way within less than 5 minutes. As soon as Benny showed up he got straight to work cut me a new key, programmed the security key feature, and ran a quick diagnostic check on my car to ensure that the key would work properly. Benny had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciate his fast service, and his amazing customer service skills. I can’t believe this guy has a 4.6 star rating. It must be for unlocking doors. Do not EVER use him to make a key! I paid him over $400 for a new key for my Nissan Leaf. When I made the appointment he told me it would be no problem and he had done “lots of these keys”. I had to go to his house way out East even though his business address is listed downtown. I’m not even sure if he HAS a storefront at the address listed because he could never meet me there. When I got to his house he didn’t know how to program my key. After spending 45 minutes, he told me he couldn’t do it and I would have to come back. I go to start my car and he had done something to it so the FUNCTIONAL key I had brought with me now also would not work. So, he called some guy he had met at a conference and spent over an hour on the phone and in the end, still couldn’t get my car to start. At this point he starts implying there is something wrong with my car (that had been working just fine up until he touched it btw). Anyway, he calls me the next day and tells me he has taken the battery out WITHOUT my permission and the reason he couldn’t make a new key was because of the battery??? He calls me later that day and tells me the key is working. I go over there...my car won’t start. I go over there 3 days later after he had “fixed it”. It still won’t start and he blames it on my car. I have to have it towed to the Nissan dealer who fix it in TWO HOURS. Nothing wrong with my car, everything wrong with this con artist. I think the thing that bothered me the most is that he kept trying to say there was something wrong with my car rather than admit he had messed up. Also, I kept the key, but he didn’t refund his “labor costs”. If I could give him negative stars, I would.

We had reached out to Benny for some remotes to unlock a 2005 Nissan Altima. Turned out the wafers in the ignition needed to be either readjusted and/or replaced. Benny was able to pull the ignition out and fix it to the point where it operates like new. His work saved us hundreds of dollars versus going to the dealership. Benny’s the man!!I had a complicated situation with making a spare key for my car and I couldn’t get it anywhere because the car was sold without keys. The owner before me switched the locks and the ignition switch but only had one key made. The dealership couldn’t make me a copy since the parts were not from the same factory brand. The dealership was trying to charge me over $1000 to change the locks and ignition switch to factory parts. For 4 months I have been looking for a locksmith that could help me in my strange situation. Benny said he could make me a spare key with full functionality for a third of the price. He even worked around my schedule to get it done! The level of dedication he puts in his work is amazing! Benny really knows what he is doing! To be honest, for as far back that Benny had to bend over backwards for me, he deserved a lot more than what he charged me.. yet he didn’t charge me extra for everything he did/time he put in on this project. I have found the locksmith that I will only go to and would recommend him to anyone that needs help with any type of lock.You’re the best Benny!

Fast and great car key replacement (less than 12hours for the whole process).There was a difference between the price as early discussed and final one because of the coding fee charged from the dealer, so making sure you leave enough time for the company to check the code fee and give you the final price.The staff was friendly, helpful and on-time. Called on a Saturday afternoon looking for a CAM lock, he directed me to his home, said he had them there. When I arrived I was in a cue then showed him what I was looking for and he came out with a solution, when asked how much he quoted $50 each. CAM LOCK is available for $5 from any lock supply. This guy is a rip off. I want to emphasize this was not an after hours call.

Worst lock smith I ever had to deal with, he’s a really nice guy to talk to about stuff with, so I trusted his integrity and professionalism, he came to my house to have a key made, he ended up saying it wasn’t my key it was my ignition switch, he quoted me 400$ to change that out so I ended up changing it out my self for 30$ after that the next day I asked if he can make a key for the new switch he said yes to come to his house which threw me off since He couldn’t test the key to make sure it worked, his house was 30mins away, he assured me it will work, so I drove all the back home to find out the key didn’t work and was cut wrong, he began to argue with me saying he’s been a lock smith for 30 yrs and I didn’t know what I was talking about and that he was the lock smith, which clearly you can see it was cut to short, so he said he will come the next day if he had free time I stead of making it rite that day. So I had a another lock smith come, he made the rite key in less that’s 5 mins and charged me 70$ for 2 keys which Ben tried charging me 75$ each key for a total of 150$, he stopped replying to my message and never kept his word by showing up the next day. Even the lock smith said he heard this guy has a bad rep so don’t do business with this guy, he over charges and isn’t professional, the type of guy that thinks his rite and everybody else is wrong!!!!

I recently had my lock cylinder changed by this company and it worked for about a month and when the part THEY replaced was faulty and not working, I was told that they know exactly what’s wrong with it (over the phone I over heard him say that’s the third one that’s faulty this Month)and still left without fixing anything while still threatening to charge me for having THEM look at THEIR faulty parts. Very rude and belligerent was not open to questions or concerns. All In all very bad experience, would not recommend if you’re looking for quality and friendly service.
