Office Pride has cleaned our dental office for 4 years now. Initially we hired them to clean twice a week, however, soon after, we decided to move up to three times a week. Their prices are very competitive ( we used to clean our office ourselves and I decided it just didnt make sense to keep our team members after hours to clean the office), they are extremely reliable and they deliver an outstanding customer service.The communication system is very simple and very well monitored. Mr. Jack Meyer answers within hours to any question addressed either through phone, email or text message and the office manager follows up constantly on the quality of the service. They even provide you with a communication notebook where you can address any issue directly to the cleaner assigned to your business.I was so impressed with their quality of cleaning and customer service, that I recommended them both to my church and to a friend who owns a Beauty Salon. All of us are very happy with their service ! I will continue referring Office Pride to all the business owners that I come across!

I have been using Office Pride for just about 1 year. I have never had a problem and the office is almost immaculate. Jack or his office manager will check in periodically to ask if there have been any problems or concerns. The cleaning staff are always friendly and want to know if there is anything additional that I need. If you have a small office or a large building, I would highly recommend using Office Pride as they are the best!

Soo 🙂 A warning for any one looking to do business with this company, they have a unsanitary way of cleaning your buildings. It’s literally one rag for all the desks, examine rooms and offices.. same rags in all the bathrooms.. and all we have to do is rinse them off with dish soap, hang dry and reuse. Anyone looking to be employed by this company, you can’t have emergencies and you will be asked to unclog other peoples poop.

This is the WORST company ever! Do not waste your money or time. The staff is rude, and they are unreliable. They were constantly late, or just didnt show up at all! Ted was incredibly rude and I dont know how they can operate like that. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

I have known and worked with Jack Meyer and his staff for the past 2 ½ years. Jack’s team of cleaning people are always courteous and prompt on handling the cleaning of my office. I have used other services in the past and found them to be very unreliable and sloppy. I do not have that issue with Office Pride Commercial cleaning. I had Office Pride Cleaning working on just my office and then passed his information to my property manager and now he cleans the whole building. I trust Jack’s crew to take care of the personal and private information that is in my office and know that they will respect the privacy of my clients and office team.
