I had Tim retile my laundry room and master bath. The quality of the work was poor: tile uneven, grouts lines different widths, cut bottom of door frames (unevenly) and then didnt bother to cut tile so they would slide underneath. Stopped tiling 3 inches from wall behind washer and dryer, 12 tile with chips were laid down. His work can be summed up as a lack of precision cutting and a that looks about right approach to his work. I have had to hire someone else to fix the most egregious failures in workmanship.

His work caused my home to receive water damage. He broke a pipe when he pulled out the old shower pan and didnt have the expertise to do plumbing repairs. It was a nightmare experience. We had to hire a mitigation company for the water issues. It took months to put my small home back together again. Then, the icing on the cake was that my insurance premiums climbed over the insurance claim.
